that's good news if Facebook will launch their third new program, moreover we also know that Facebook has the biggest users this will have a positive impact on those who don't know this cryptoqurrecny world. I also believe that if they seriously develop this new program, there will be many large companies that partner with them.
We don't know if that true or not. But let's wait to the third quarter of fhe 2019 to make sure what happen if the facebook will really create fb coin or not. Because until now there is more people who still not know if the facebook will really launch facebok coin.

I learnt that they were also raising about 1 billion dollars I think for the project and for them to have thought of launching the coin, and then they must have finished raising the fund. So my question is, who raised the fund, what time did they conclude their ICO for them to raise such amount from public, I doubt the authenticity of this Facebook news.

I don't really care about what facebook have to offer anymore to the crypto space, I have closed down my facebook account never to make use of it anymore, facebook is so centralized and I think it's totally against the idea of the blockchain, if they are going to launch a coin, I believe it would be a centralized coin which can be used on facebook for payment of ad created instead of using fiat as a method of payment, because I don't see any reason why mark will ban anything crypto in his platform and create a crypto project. There have been rumour about Facebook altcoin over a year and till this moment Facebook itself haven't acknowledge such development and if eventually it comes through it'll be a coin to pay for services on Facebook and nothing more I guess

Although it will be yet another stable coin but i think it will still help in understanding and adoption of crypto and blockchain to the masses and general public because fb has millions and millions of users and after seeing fb coin they will search and invest in other cryptos as well so it will be positive for crypto market.
