Scammers really have the guts and the know how to make their way through a crowdsale and still be able to pull it off without any doubt for a few weeks until it becomes obvious. I would only do what I always do and that is to make sure that the said bounty has lots of followers and participants especially from the upper ranks of the bitcointalk community.
For these fake ico, we have no way to prevent them from being released. The only thing we can do is not to invest, not to participate in ICO. When everyone does not participate, then these Fakers will also automatically die. just little add, bounty Scam usually the prizes offered doesn't make sense. that makes us complacent with the prize. if observed the rules are very simple and when viewed, the website is just an imitation of another website.
