There are lots of fake ICOs around and i can understand your frustration. It is very painful to work for the success of an ICO, to get ditched at the end. I wish there was a mechanism in place to determine fake ICO's from real ones. Also, i think a good ICO depends on its success. However, there are some that set out for mischief from the beginning. I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. I have faced the same problem as some of bounty programs I participated ended up being scams. The time we spent on them just becomes a waste. When I compare the bounties which were successful and which were scams, they do not show much difference, some scam projects even looks promising than real ones during ICO period.
