You have to make a good reserch on project before participating and do not take part just out of the blue. Pay attention on actvity before ico, team, product. What I can recpomment ois Nagricoin project. It is not a scam

One of the easiest ways to choose good bounty campaigns is to create your own list of bounty managers who have authority on the forum. They usually manage a lot of bounty campaigns at once. You also need to research the projects as other people have already said, but even then you will face scam quite often.

For me, before joining any ICO you look at for the bounty manager and the trust level this helps and also to me I try to check the number of followers on twitter and telegram this might also be a good pointer.

First thing i look at is bounty manager, if its a new account you should procede very very carefully, newbee as well, if its a legendary member than i would give it some more trust, BUT i just had a scam ICO with a legendary bounty manager, so even that is not 100%

before joining a bouty campaign better check if the one who manages the bounty is trustworthy, study the icos white paper, it will help you determine which bounty campaign to join.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
Avoid them! If you see something fishy about the project, you should avoid for you to not be scammed. There are a lot of fake ICOs in the cryptocurrency market, you should make a research first before you make investment.

I think every one of the bounty hunters faced such a situation when after a long time of participating in the campaign bounty it turned out that this project is scam! I can list such campaigns from my experience: these are Benebit, Vionex, GasFiles. In this situation, we have nothing left but to humble ourselves and start participating in other campaigns. The main thing is not to get upset, because that case will not be the last!

I would advice you to do more research next time before joining any bounty. Study the project and take part in projects that already have working products as the risk in this is minimal. Better luck next time.

I participated in some bounties which turned out to be scams.
It looked legit since their telegram is huge and raised more than 10 million dollars.
I got nothing for more than a month work, and we can do nothing about it.

We are in the same track. I am also joining bounty campaign and unfortunately there are so many ICO that i do not know if those ICO are legit or scam. Anyway with or without the system is still good to go. And we are taking a lots of benefits with the ICO today and we should be thankful also. And i guess it is not all about scam or legitimacy, it is all about success or failure of the project to get the crowd's attention to put their money or investments. This is why i wish that all ICO will be successful and that we should not forget the reason or objectives of ICO which is a project that could benefit to all investors and the community.

You have the right to make a thorough research on any bounty program you want to join, you have to check their forum on telegram to track their progress, actually  you're not restricted to any area of the ICO to know more about them.
Try to safe your time.

It is quite common to have scam bounties, but it is as common to have bounties that pay like 10 cents per post and the like. You have to accept that this is like a raffle to join.

Nothing to do in my opinion. We all make mistakes. Therefore, it is best to be as attentive as possible to the choice of the project to participate

Unfortunately, most ICO projects are projects at an early stage, which do not have a community or a working product for its development. Instead of dubious promises, it's better to invest in ICO with the existing customer base and partners who are set to switch to blocking (and tokenization).

To distinguish usually from managers who hold projects and teams that are in it, if we have any doubts with managers and teams despite having a good concept, we better not only follow the project because there are many other projects that are really real It is actually quite difficult to distinguish which scam and mana are real because most of the gift projects offer interesting products

if you can know, what bounty project are you following? try we can see from the number of investors or roadmap it, from there seen if ico is able to achieve the target, ico can be believed and not scam, most ico scam that ico who did not reach the target

Like others said, do proper due diligence/research.
Don't just blindly retweet, but check out if the ICO has signs of trustworthiness:
- does the management team have a verifiable linkedin page? and do they have relevant experience or is it obvious they are just doing the ICO to get money and scam people?
- do they have reviews from trusted websites?
- google for 'scam + name ICO'
- accept the fact that it is impossible to get a 100% scam-free rate. Some people say they have experienced 33% of the bounties actually delivered, so perhaps that's something to take into consideration.

It will help only the experience and intuition that comes with it. As a beginner, I would advise to participate in the campaign only known managers (there are not many of them on the forum and everyone knows them). Well, of course to delve into the materials of the project

This is just an eternal problem, both ICO and bounty, personally I follow the discussion of the campaign in social networks.

The most important thing for me (but this is also not a guarantee) is to find out who the project manager is? how did the previous projects he held and handled? is it successful? and how is the project manager's credibility? If he is a project manager has negative credibility, I will leave it.
Yes, the reward manager is also important, and most people will choose a reputable manager to follow. Finally, it is necessary to evaluate the authenticity of the team members and their development status.

Research first and review the project  to avoid fake bounties..and if you feel the bounty is scam leave immediately then do not paticipate learn to understand the character of the project..Think twice before you join make some research about a bounty..careful always to choose bounty before being part of ICO..
