Are the paypal funds all gone already?

Yes.  $9,000 in 3 hours.  Sorry.  Went blazing fast.  I think I saw smoke coming from the bitcoind.

Update:

Tangible Cryptography is reducing the minimum number of confirmations before payout on the FastCash4Bitcoins service from six to three.  We continue to use 100% cold wallet, and manually process payouts in batches.  The reduction in minimum number of confirmations will reduce the number of instances where a placed order misses the current batch and will need to wait for the next payout batch.

What is the point of a password?

You will need the order number & password to lookup the status of your order.  Even if your password (keylogger, malware, etc)is compromised a thief can't change the order details.  The status page is read only.

How long do bitcoin refunds usually take? As a suggestion, automated bitcoin refunds for trivial issues like sending bitcoins too late would be a really cool feature, if possible.

Refunds are usually processed within 2-4 hours.  We don't do automated refunds as that would require a hot wallet.

I always forget as well, now have a really big order and can't check the status :\ Maybe an option to use bitcoin address or email to check order instead of order number. I assume they use order number for privacy but I don't really care about that personally. Deposit address should be relativity private anyway? (not sure if they reuse any)

Good suggestion, I will look to integrate that this weekend.  Also send an email or PM with the deposit address and we will provide you the order# to check the status.  All deposit addresses are single use only so should be relatively private.

- Last sale I made, I didn't get the order number off the page before I lost the page due to technical difficulties - can you maybe email the order number? it'd be nice to have that and email confirmation of the order. I remember passwords fine - but remembering to write down that number is apparently beyond the capacity of my brain.

I've used this a few times now, for PayPal, and I'm very pleased Smiley Rates are very good. The only thing that I can do better (for PayPal) is OTC.

- I'd like to see stated payment batch windows - between 7pm and 8pm UTC-5 or whatever (so I have a latest payment time in mind when I transfer money)

- If the above were in place then a stated cutoff time to make the payment batch (i.e. 6 confirmations need to happen before 6pm to make the 7pm window)
