I will be choosing fiat as long as there will be merchants that dont support crypto
Seriously both of them are important and necessary. Fiat can be used to settle daily billings while cryptocurrency is more of a long term investment kind of thing. So i think both are necessary
If your asking if are we going to invest in fiat or crypto surely the answer is crypto, but if you're asking about the day to day basis fiat will always be the first choice because at the end of the day earning from crypto will always be converted to fiat.
For me i'll choose both because fiat and cryptocurrencies are different uses in online and offline services. Fiat is used in many countries because this is need to everyday lives while crypto is for online services that is useful for this time because of the pandemic . Its up to us either we want to use or not.
At this point in time, I'd still choose both. Primarily because, not all businesses and services accept cryptocurrency yet. And personally, I still convert my cryptos into fiat before I purchase things online or even in physical stores.
However, this pandemic somehow made people shift to cashless payment (like in our country). Though fiat is still the currency used in some online paying apps, crypto is now being recognized. In fact, I have encountered for several times already some ads in social media which involves crypto and how they earn money from it. It looks pretty good but people still have to be careful in clicking and be aware of the possible harms.
Well, point is, as the time changes, the way of payment would also change. And the shift from fiat to cryptocurrency is not impossible. But right now, both are important. We cannot conclude yet on which one is the best. We'll just cross the bridge when we get there.

I have recently been quite curious about the many debates about which currency is better.
Many people say that they will choose Crypto because it is convenient and creates a common currency, bringing equality to all countries.

they need crypto for multi using,they can use as currency but they can use as investment for holding also.

I am for Both,I am using fiat because that is the majority of payment option in my country,but i also use wanted Crypto currency for long term holding as i have some extra money each month so instead of spending in nonsense i invested them all in crypto.
Right now i need the both but i need fiat more now and i will buy crypto little by little. Cryptocurrency is an investment for the future
In my opinion, now we can’t live completely without fiat money. But we still cannot fully choose cryptocurrency until the whole world switches to digital money. everyone is striving for this, but you need to consider that this will not happen until every person has a well-functioning Internet. Currently, in my opinion, cryptocurrency is used more for investment. Although for example on Amazon or eBay you can buy things with bitcoins.
In terms of future and the investment types, crypto would be the obvious choice and will continue to remain it. As not everyone is accepting the btc or crypto while accepting the payment, so fiat is still required at this juncture. But I am sure in coming time it would be more and more of crypto and less of fiat.
Both are needed at work but the demand for crypto is higher than Fiat In the case of Fiat it is not possible for everyone to try to make more profit at work This is why choosing crypto makes you more profitable by making long-term investments. Since Fiat is legally operated there is more risk involved in investing.
There isn't that much industries that pay entirely in cryptocurrency maybe online businesses do but they are still small compared to the businesses that are using fiat as a mode of payment for transactions and salaries to the employees. I agree with your point that it can be a good investment but having fiat at your pocket as a safety net for emergency is a good thing too, I haven't heard of any investments in fiat so I do not know that much.Seriously both of them are important and necessary. I do not agree that they are both necessary inherently, you can still live even without cryptocurrency but fiat is a different thing, fiat has a stranglehold in any government, with their roots so deep in the history of any country, I do think that fiat is more on advantage here. On a side note regarding investments, diversify your investments so you can have a constant cashflow even if one of your investment goes down.

I don't think that either is better than the other. I think each has its purpose and place. There are technologies that remaking them more interchangeable like the Tap prepaid card that allows you to spend your crypto the same way you would spend fiat on your day to day expenses like groceries, because of this I think the lines are getting increasingly blurred.
i think both parties have their own opinions and there is nothing wrong about this case because everyone is free to choose to use the payment instrument they like, after all fiat has indeed become the main currency in each country so it is not surprising when they consider fiat as the currency the most important thing than crypto, while crypto itself still does not have the same regulations in every country
But if crypto is giving us more benefits and giving us more convenience then why we not openly say that we choose crypto. I know the features of crypto and I know that I am earning because of this community so I choose the crypto and anyone who will get benefit from crypto will like crypto. I have my own national currency but that is not much convenient like crypto, I have issues while paying online and it is hard to earn that in other places where crypto is not used. But when it comes to making money over the short and long term then this is a no contest, cryptocurrencies are by far your best option because the money that you can make in this market is incredible, if you invested at the beginning of the previous year and sold your coins one year later you could have obtained profits above 100% and that is with the biggest coin in the market so in that case I'll choose cryptocurrencies over fiat.

I choose both. for me, Fiat and Cryptocurrency are just as important. I still need fiat money because my country's government regulations forbid using cryptocurrency as a means of payment. The cryptocurrency in my country can only be used as a digital asset commodity that can only be traded on an exchange.
All sides are right. Both crypto and the Fiat have their own up and downsides. I honestly think both will have to work together, and probably be options for people. For me, I can’t pick sides.
I do not have any problem with that scenario and I'm sure that many of those that are enthusiastic about cryptocurrencies have the very same opinion but governments do not think like that, they used to have a monopoly when it came to printing currencies and now they are realizing that finally after a long time they have competition and not only that they are realizing they have no way to compete with cryptocurrencies.And they do not like at all that in the case they have to print a lot of money in order to get out of economic problems they will be unable to steal the value of your currency if you are not holding fiat but instead you are holding crypto.

Both honestly. Crypto is nice to have as it supports currency of a new generation and puts banks and governments in check. You can hedge against your specific economy by having crypto, but fiat is still needed for common things that you cant get with crypto, and at this point is a much more stable currency than crypto
Well, there's no specific answer to that wrong. Your question has to be answered subjectively, so it would depend on which side they feel more comfortable on the person. Our reaction is rather biassed as an enthusiast of cryptography. Of course, we'd prefer crypto over fiat, but there are some things that crypto can't work while fiats can, well, and also fiats. On their fields, they are both constrained.
