there were some discrepancies when Di Maria was left. but it's not bad for Argentina either. they could play a bit more toward the middle. by keeping the French midfield looking more aggressive.

I think we are the ones who have pressured Messi, I mean without him knowing we expected him to do so much for the team when in fact they are 20 there running trying to get a good play and score. He has his country on his back, everyone of them was but he was leading it all the way. It was a hell of a journey for Messi winning that world cup, his final year will be so memorable indeed. What a great ending for him. I was thinking if it was Ronaldo that qualified for the finals, it won't be hard for France to beat them, I mean Ronaldo wasn't the same after the tragic trauma he's got after a baby loss.

more precisely tense when argentina won 2 goals then mbappe scored 2 goals to draw the score, then in extra time when argentina came back ahead then france got a penalty prize and mbappe was able to execute it well and finally they had a penalty shootout, but i believe this year's world cup this belongs to argentina and france will not get its world cup in a row, congrats to argentina

Hahah I watched ceremony after match ended. Argentinian goalkeeper made some weird pose that looked terrible in my opinion. So childish. But it was funny.
By the way his save at last second of match was very important. I realized he is very good goalkeeper tho. I think he has extraordinary, flamboyant moves which makes him sort of special. I would love to see a player like in my favourite team. That kind of players make matches more watchable by breeding stories.
Messi kissing the cup was unforgettable picture also. He is literally a legend.

The final match was very tense. I haven't watched such an interesting game in the final for a long time. I liked the way the French played and I was rooting for that team. They evened the score twice in the match. But Argentina won. Both teams deserve to be world champions, but there is always one winner. To be fair I have to give France manager the credit he is due. At 40th minute when he made the changes I really got confused, and I assumed it was a horrible mistake. Giroud was mad as expected and Dembele did a mistake with that penalty for the first goal, but he could have worked harder to make up for that mistake, and he took them out. Not even during half time or anything, he took them out on 40th minute, and then some more later on on second half.

I have to say I didn't expected that to change the game but eventually it really did, it really changed a lot and while I found it wrong, dude really made some amazing changes to give France some more pressure and attacking chances.

I myself won a pretty penny from the France vs Argentina match but those last minutes did make me a bit nervous. Just when Argentina seemed to be heading towards an easy win, France really powered up by 200% and almost brought home the win. And here I was, totally underestimating them. I really did not think France had what it takes to go toe to toe with Argentina like that in the last few minutes. Mbappe has gained my respect this World Cup.

After the first half, it looked like France would lose the match 2-0 to Argentina, but the game turned completely after the second half, when Mbappe converted a penalty kick. Mbappe's second goal a few minutes later sent Argentina into a sea of despair. Then after the scheduled 90 minutes an extra 30 minutes of play began. Argentina then went ahead 3-2 but soon after France received a handball in the box. France also got a goal from the penalty but the fate of the game was decided by the trybreaker. Lost to Argentina yesterday in a cruel irony of fate. However, this World Cup was very important for Messi and Messi tried his best to add the cup to his name tomorrow. It's a great final match we got to enjoy. The players of both the teams played brilliantly. In the first half, we saw only Argentina's dominance. But France attacked a lot in the second half and Mbappe equalized with two goals. In extra time both teams attacked and tried to score. I would say Argentina was a bit lucky. Also their teamwork was better than France's. They were a team that deserved to be champions. I am very happy to see that Messi won the World Cup. Feel bad for Mbappe. Young Mbappe has put in a lot of effort to win another World Cup.

Such a stressful match, especially if you were betting on France Cheesy

The 8 minutes extra time was also quite fun to watch, both teams gave their all.

It was the greatest final ever we watched in world cup history , so much tension ... so much unexpected events in a very short time , i was betting on france to catch argentina when they down 2-0 and get a great odds ... turned my $10 into $80 quickly in just a couple minutes and then cash them out.

Luckily i didnt continue my bet as the match remain draw lol . Easy money over there.
