Please don't forget in their latest match in World Cup 2018, Argentina got a big defeat at 0 - 3 against Croatia. Caballero made a mistake which gave an opportunity for Ante Rebic to score a first goal. Later Modric and Mandzukic finalized that match with other two goals.

World Cup 2018 is a milestone for Ante Rebic and helped that young striker to move to AC Milan. Unfortunately, after the first two impressive seasons, now Rebic lost his position in AC Milan and failed to convince Dalic to call him for World Cup 2022. I totally agree with you. The performance of the Argentina team is completely dependent on the performance of Messi and goalkeeper Martinez. At least that's what we see in every World Cup match. And so, if these two players do not perform well, it will be difficult for Argentina to win.
On the other hand, Croatia's main strength is their midfield. Croatia's midfield is one of the strongest in this World Cup. And they are able to counterattack very quickly. This is why Argentina's defenders have to perform very carefully. Conceding a goal against Croatia will make it difficult to equalize the match.

All the players of Argentina team play very well but if we say that Messi plays very well in Argentina team then it will be wrong for us because if all the other players play bad then Messi can never do anything by playing well alone. Argentina team looks very solid this year, it's true they don't have many good players but i always feel something special when i see them playing, the spirit of the team make theme look stronger and that is the thing that make me feel Argentina will finally get this trophy, it will be a fantastic epilogue for messi career with Argentina

Not only you, all of us have been wrong with our predictions on many occasions in this world cup Roll Eyes

, and it is because the tournament is one of the best i have ever witnessed, so tough and hard to pick a winner, even if you pick one, the game may not go in the way of that team, making your prediction wrong. Croatia have a big chance to beat Argentina, the Argentine national team haven't been too strong, Messi is making most of the difference for them, but the squad doesn't have many players that are of great quality and they are surely beatable, Croatia are looking to make it back to back finals, and it is even possible for us to see a repeat of 2018 final this year, this world cup is a wonderful tournament, i did not expect all these drama.

If the last world cup final repeats itself again I'm sure France is going to win it but I really hope we don't see that this year, the France team is still young and still have time to win it again so I would really love Argentina to win for the sake of Messi. Lol I'm biased but at least he has shown more desire to win than any other person else and we can all agree to that.
