With 3 countries hosting the World Cup it will be the first time, but we already had the 2002 World Cup in South Korea and Japan, and it was a success.

In my opinion, a World Cup hosted in the United States, Canada, and Mexico makes perfect sense, and it was a great choice.
For 2030 we could have 4 South American countries (Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay, and Chile) or Spain, Portugal, and Ukraine, which also makes perfect sense to me and will be great choices again.

What was not a good choice and was totally questionable was holding a World Cup in Russia followed by one in Qatar, the criteria made no sense at all.
What I mean by all this is that in the past these choices have been very questionable, but something seems to have improved within FIFA, hopefully.
I don't believe there can be corruption with the US confederations for example, since they led the previous investigations against FIFA and its former presidents.

If the World Cup is held in 3 countries I think the fans and supporters will suffer a bit. But FIFA is always trying to find innovation, perhaps by hosting the World Cup in these three countries, we will find something new and everyone will be able to enjoy it.

But I think I didn't understand why they had to choose three countries instead of one, I mean during the last world cup Qatar hosted the whole world cup games they had no problems while Qatar is a smaller country and they had to build stadiums for the role cup and not America or Canada both got more potential and they could even host the whole world cup in one country instead of three.

Well, it's not like organizations are created out of thin air. They are created by people.

If you change people to others that are not corrupt, then they would make changes to the organization, making the whole thing less prone to corruption.

It's a cycle, if you have corrupt people things start to degrade, and if you have great people, things start to improve.

Once it had happened and then the officials gets used to it. This is how corruption continues even when the officials weren't interested to take bribe. The involvement of businessman corruption can be eradicated, but when we move towards the national team businessman weren't able to make certain decisions. It is said that Qatar bribed the officials and got the hosting rights. I'm not sure of it, if that's true some other country will be allocating a big fund and waiting for its turn. This is how it continues.

The idea is a good one, and I believe it would be beneficial to those teams that weren't able to qualify for the world cup in the first place. They will have the opportunity to keep themselves prepared and do rework in order to have a better chance of qualifying next time. However, the problem with this idea is that these teams that did not get qualified are usually the weakest teams in the world, which means that even a friendly match will not do much for them.

Having more people to vote on the outcome would at least raise the price for corruption. Perhaps there should be some probabilistic procedure where 200 people get to read the applications, all of them have to cast a vote but only 20 of them will count based on a predetermined selection procedure. Like a lottery here on Bitcointalk that is based on the hash of a future block.

The basic idea would be to raise the price for corruption in any way possible, but I don't know what the right way could be to go about it.

FIFA earns revenue mostly from matches involving the stronger teams, such as Brazil, Argentina and France. Irrespective of whether it is a 32-team competition, or a 48-team competition, these teams will be playing the same number of matches (and since there is one more round of knockout matches, there is a good chances that some of these teams may exit the tournament prematurely). The only benefit for FIFA is that increased participation from Asian and African teams would translate into increased viewership and enthusiasm from these nations. The decision to expand the world cup was not based on any assumption of increased revenue.

Maybe this is the start of a new era of multi-country-hosted world cups. Already we have 3 for the next one and there's talks about having 4 in the 2030 one in South America.

Given that so many teams will be able to qualify, it's not crazy to qualify immediately more than one host.

Just because the team is part of the host nations and getting opportunity isn't good. Atleast for this reason one country needs to host the event. Through this two teams additionally gets qualified into the World Cup. This means two countries that have given the best and stay unqualified. These situations needs to be taken into consideration and properly managed.
