sometimes i just get disappointed from deleting my posts so i don't post much from now on i will review my posts twice before i post so i know what is the reason

I think pay per post is not a good solution (without a payment Limit) This can result in many spam postings and forum admins have a look on this. Nobody wants a general Signatur Campaign ban, which would be the consequence of too much spam. For me i can say that i cant write many posts every day (no time) but the 20 postings for 2 Week was never a problem for me.

Out of curiosity I took a look at the post count on the spreadsheet. I really don't think that I post all that much, but I was still tied for 3'rd most posts with 64 (based on a quick look at it). It's really not difficult to make 2+ (or even 3) meaningful posts a day imo.

That's what I'm thinking too. The 20 posts per 2 week requirement is an extremely fair one. Just for reference, another campaign I'm running requires 25 posts every week.

Maybe switching to a pay per post payment instead of a fixed rate could be a solution?

I've considered this as well, but I think a lot of people would either get angry since they make a lot of posts and others may get angry because they want a spot in the campaign and then there's some people making 10 posts per 2 weeks or so.. But I've considered it, and we'll see what happens in the near future
