Have you ever been on a plane or a train? Did you feel like you were going 700mph? Obviously when it accelerated to that point, you felt that right? Well now just think about that for a second and realize that the earth has never accelerated while you were alive. It wouldn't really matter how fast it was going because you were already a part of the system when you came into existence. Do you think a fly flying around in a car understand he's going 70mph down a freeway? Of course he doesn't, because he doesn't understand the interior of the car relative to the outside of the car. Much in the same way that you don't understand it, actually.
I'm honestly feeling like the majority of you people who push this bullshit information are just trolling everyone and flat earthers are much rarer than this. Some of the shit in this thread is beyond the point of stupid.

Ask them how it's possible for a commercial flight to fly direct Santiago Chile to Sydney Australia on the flat earth map. Take a look at the distance on the flat earth map and realize we could never make that flight direct on that map. The way we are able to do it in the REAL WORLD is by flying over the southern hemisphere. BTW that flight happens several times a week!

I was watching a live feed of the ISS, and you know what, I kept waiting and waiting and waiting for the it to go into a part of the earth that was dark, and it never did. I was so irritated because I needed to go shower, but it just kept in sunlight.

Just get together with some other flat earthers and measure where the sun is and the latitude you're at all at the same. Measure it according to your flat earth map if you want, the results will still be pretty damning. At the same time, try to calculate the distance between places as well, the flat earth map fucks all of it up. For gods sake just do your own research.

Sometimes I'd like to just attach to small details like flat-earthers do and just use them in the same ludicrous way.. like "If the Earth is so flat, explain how the ocean gets deeper.. or explain mountains. I stood on a mountain once and it actually appeared that if I jumped off I would get hurt."

So you know there are giant human fossils everywhere but they really aren't anywhere because we can't see them?
