If you check out my example holographic projector (time traveler game) you can see there's no issue with double images. Also I suspect the dome is only 3,000 miles high.

Where is the projector(s) located? I have my suspicions but I need more information before I make any claims.

I've got video of the ISS captured with a p900 and a canon lens that shows a plane with a blinking light.

I've also go documents produced by NASA stating that they launch balloons (project echo) to an altitude of 1000 miles, ISS @ 250 miles debunked right there.
