. I believe it was mentioned that it would be at the cost of a business flight ticket. Which is laughably cheap and would make me very very happy if it came true. I'm not going to go anywhere near those rockets for at least 1 or 2 years though. Don't want to be the test dummy that ends up in a rocket explosion, as badass of a way to go as that would be.
An explosion would be a nice way to go - instant and painless.
I would be more worried about something going wrong, and then you have to sit in expectation of death for ten minutes as the ship plummets to the earth out of control...
That's what I would be the most worried about. At least with a plane crash or an explosion you're just gone. Meanwhile burning to death in a rocket or drowning or getting sharked thanks to a sunk ship don't sound particularly fun.
I could probably deal with potential anxiety of dying (I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like, even if I'd delay it indefinitely out of curiosity of where humanity is going), but excruciating pain is a whole different story.
