It blows my mind for the past 15 months, I've been unable to convince even one person that I know, personally, that the earth is not a globe. I know some very smart people but they still can't understand any flat earth proof I show them. I've told everyone I know about the flat earth and I have been laughed at, I've been told that I need to see a shrink (several times) and my mother told me that it was a good thing my father is dead, so he can't see how his son turned out.
I even paid my 20 year old son and my sister to watch many hours of the best flat earth videos and I've shown anyone who would look at it, videos that I took with my own telescopic camera that clearly shows there is no curvature 11 miles across Tampa Bay. But still, I have never, in my entire life, spoken to even one person face to face, who believes the earth is flat.
My girlfriend of 10 years can't accept that the earth is flat. She hasn't dumped me over this but we had to agree to disagree on this subject. She's a Christian and she's very smart. When I told her that the earth was flat, she read all of the Biblical scriptures that talk about the Firmament and the pillars of the earth, etc.and watched some flat earth videos but she still couldn't see it.
This HAS to be MORE than just cognitive dissonance. It must be a satanic spell. No other explanation makes any sense. I've never felt so alone in my whole life. I pray every day that God will allow someone I know see the truth, as he let me see it. But so far that hasn't happened.
I won't give up though. God woke me up so I would teach the truth to others. God bless anyone who's reading this comment and who still believes that the earth is a globe. God can work miracles. Just a few years ago, I didn't believe in the Bible and I believed that the earth was a ball.

Hopefully, this will teach him that there are consequences for having the arrogance to simultaneously think he is smarter than virtually everyone, and that the collective of humanity should discount the billions of man hours spent on scientific endeavors to satisfy his own personal lunacy created from all the hard "work" he did watching YouTube videos. Indeed, look at what the "truth" has done for him.
