OK so I'm looking at this colour chart wondering what the complementary colour to orange is (it's blue)...
...and it dawned on me, the oxide coating on the dome is gold (or yellow on the chart) making the sky purple! So I did a Google search and I found this:

This is bullshit. The reason the sky looks blue/purple is because the lower wavelength photons that appear blue/purple are scattered more by the particles in the atmosphere.
It has nothing to do with complementary colours.
Yet another example of Flat Earthers scrabbling for evidence for their frankly ridiculous hypothesis.

It hasn't been proven, you've got no proof we're living on a spinning ball. The horizon is perfectly flat and rises to eye-level no matter the altitude, it's pretty fucking obvious we're living on a flat plane when you examine the facts.
