Turkish sports media is reporting some news about Fenerbahçe footballer İsmail Yüksek. According to the reports, Benfica, Atletico Madrid and Olympique Marseille want to sign İsmail Yüksek. He was a very good duo with Fred last season. This season, even though Amrabat was on loan, he was never substituted and played in all the games. He is a combative footballer and has good technical capacity. There is a possibility of a transfer in the winter transfer window...

There are rumors about Man United and Liverpool wanting to buy the Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Marmoush is having a great performance at the Bungesliga, with 9 goals and 5 assists in his first 9 matches for Frankfurt. In his last season, he scored sixteen goals and made six assists. Maybe he will be the replacement for Salah in Liverpool, but this would most likely happen in the summer of 2025. He has good height(1.83cm), but he doesn't score headers and he's 25 years old. Lots of big football clubs should keep an eye for him.

The rumor is that if Liverpool has  Omar Marmoush and Karem Adeyemi on their list to be Salah's successor.

As for Omar, I'd prefer him to go to Liverpool instead of burying his career at Manchester United. He should have learned a lot from what happened to Manchester United's striker. It's gonna be a hard place for him to get into the main squad. And i don't wanna see a potential talent like him wasted for nothing.

Liverpool is the right place for him. He can step up his career if he joins Liverpool as a new striker, and it has a friendly manager. Just checked Liverpool fans, and i see many positive opinions about him. They're very welcome to him.

Adeyemi is a very interesting player and it is too bad to see that he recently got injured. But what the hell was his speed like against Celtic Glasgow. The guy is faster than Salah I think and while he had some problems with his ball control and his egoistic manner, this has changed quite a bit and he is a real asset to the team.

But his contract ends in 2027. I think buying him in 2025 will cost Liverpool a fortune. But it will depend on whether or not he is physically able to play his best most of the time. As far as I remember, this wasn't his first major injury.

now all the players go to Arabia to get money it's almost normal, I'm just saying that at that age thinking about money is the right thing but when you're young it's highly wrong to go and gamble your career with such a poor championship, Having said that, it is very likely that he will go there and get the money

Approaching the end of a professional athlete's career, it would be very natural for some of them to choose money if an offer comes to them. For example, Maguire is currently 31 years old and he is actually still eligible to play with a European club for 1 or 2 more seasons. However, if an offer comes from one of the Saudi clubs, it might interest him to continue his career there. Apart from the big salary, he can still continue his career in the world of football. And even if there are young players who choose money rather than playing with elite European clubs, what's wrong with that? After all, everyone has their own rights and desires. Perhaps, the priority is money rather than an achievement. In addition, one or two seasons at a Saudi club, then returning to a European club, especially if his performance is increasingly established and better, there are still many teams that will recruit him. Except for young players whose potential is mediocre. BTW, each league has different levels and cultures involved. If you mean the bad championship is the Saudi Pro League, that's a big mistake. Just look, many elite European teams are owned by elites from the Middle East. they are able to bring in players with high salaries, not necessarily other countries or leagues outside Europe are able to do so.

They might be pricing themselves out of the market with such a high ask like that...but why not? At the moment he is better than Deligt, Licha, and Lindelof. He and Evans are the rock at the back but it's time for United to clean the warehouse.
£10m for Maguire is a pretty wild price drop, cheaper than Marc Guéhi and scores more goals. He would be a great backup player but the Saudi club will make him the starting eleven, they will call Maguire...
That is a very cheap price tag and destroys the market value that was previously associated with a move for Maguire last summer.
As some rumours have suggested the new management are planning to cut the wages of some of the players who are not contributing so they don't have to pay such a large wage bill.
There are a lot of issues facing Manchester United that they are looking very inconsistent at the moment and if nothing is done quickly it will only get worse.

At the Saudi club it might be different and he could find his best form again as there's less competition between team-mates.

Well, it looks like when Ten Hag was getting 25 mil for him, he should have let him go because now 10 mil for a player that they brought in for 80 is really the biggest loss project. And they only got bad performances from him for most of the time he was in the team. Maguire was not ready to be the big name of man utd and he crumbled under pressure.

Now man utd has basically low money and probably that's why they are considering to sell him for such a low price. I think it is not a good idea. But maybe they should sell him for what they can right now. I will be interested to see if any team will actually be that interested in him because of the history of him. I honestly think that it is better for any team to go with any other player rather than him even though the price is really low. Because you never know when you will get a ‘hArRy mAgUiRe’ moment from him and that will cost you the match. I still think that any team that is thinking of bringing him in right now will be making a big mistake if they actually bring him in.

This is what Nico Williams says now.

It doesn't seem like he is very sad about not joining Barcelona. He is professional of course so he won't just talk negative. I hope he doesn't have any problems at Athletic Bilbao this season.

As far as I know he stayed especially because his brother Iñaki Williams wanted him to do so for another year. Otherwise Barcelona was really close to signing him. At least they have brought Olmo but I hope he recovers from his injury ASAP.

Harry Maguire will really be sold next season? This is very good for him because his services at Manchester United are no longer needed, but remember that I agree that Maguire is still a reliable defender, experienced and even better than the current United defenders who mostly do not have a defensive vision. Maguire loves Manchester United but for Ten Hag it is a disgrace because what he needs for United defenders are Ajax graduates or his former students. So Maguire and Evan hope to leave the club that is very vulnerable to losing at any time. It has been proven that players who leave Manchester United will have their careers shining again. Do you need proof? Simple who are still very new, Sancho (Hopefully Chelsea will make it permanent) and McTominay, both of these players have performed impressively at their new clubs. So Maguire and Evan must immediately improve their careers at other clubs.
Manchester United had tried to sell Maguire last season to West Ham, but they failed. And they're trying to cash him out considering his contract is going to end in June next year. So, they can take some of their money back from selling him. He is still a reliable CB despite so many blunders by him.

The only problem is that his club wants to sell him. They have no interest in giving him a new contract. And i think this is not a rumor. Just hope he's gonna have a better career once he leaves his current club.

He deserved a better place to play, and hopefully, he can be as successful as Sancho and McTominay at his new club.

Harry Maguire has a pretty complex story with Man United. He was signed as the most expensive defender at that time, but strangely when he played for Man United he could not meet the expectations of many people and he even lost the captain's armband because of his poor performance.

Now Man United want to sell him because it seems they don't want to lose much with what they have spent on the defender. But, if we look at his contract which will expire in June 2025, it seems that if there is a club interested in Maguire, they will probably prefer to wait until Maguire becomes a free agent.

It's time for Maguire to leave Old Trafford, his strength is no longer needed in Ten Hag game scheme, especially after they brought in Lany Yoro and Matthijs de Ligt in the transfer market yesterday. Maguire is considered a burden to the club, if he doesn't leave in January, he will be free to do so at the end of the season. West Ham seems to be able to contact Maguire again, and it is possible that the former The Red Devils captain will move to the Saudi Pro League.
When talking about the decline in market prices, Maguire is not the only player who has experienced a drastic decline, Antony is also included in the list. Meanwhile, efforts to encourage Maguire to leave are a step to balance the club finances, to be honest there are several other players who can be considered a burden instead of contributing to the club improvement.
Ultimately, the club management and higher-ups might have to push Ten Hag out of Old Trafford, who has long been considered the culprit behind the decline in the market value of a number of Manchester United players.

When the time comes for Maguire's six-year contract with Manchester United expires by next year, 2025, the two clubs you mentioned may not be interested in Maguire again because of his age(31 currently) and the time remaining for him to retire from football not be long. He may be better off in Saudi Arabia, where he would pack his last money in football and retire over there as a former England and Manchester United player, who earns £80 million as the world's most expensive defensive player.

However, the bottom line is, in next year's transfer window, Manchester United will be off-loading many of their players, to buy new players

I don’t know why many people see the Saudi Arabia’s pro league as a place for older players to go and retire and make their last money off football. A lot of money that they may not have made throughout their career playing in the Europe. The case of Maguire might be different though, as an England defender that he is and how they value themselves above many of players in their league, he may want to just retire from international football career at a big club like Manchester United which may not be so though.

The Saudi Arabia league are trying to get their league well known and make it more popular like those in Europe, I just feel the only way they can make this a success is by bringing in already made players and so far since they started it with Ronaldo’s signing, they’ve made some significant progress in making that to happen. They know what they’re aiming at and they won’t mind bringing more and more players to their league by enticing them with a lot of money which is what is the dream of every player in football.

Hmmmm... What are you talking about  Huh
Barcelona voluntarily signed a contract with him and are obliged to fulfill it, if they want to break/change it, then they either pay a penalty or negotiate with the player (it is naive to think that he will reduce his salary). They also cannot sell him without his consent.
By the way, what do you think about Olmo? Look at his injury history  Wink

Oh you got me completely wrong my friend.  Grin  Why would I think they can just simply change his current contract conditions? Of course it is impossible. But maybe I should have written it more clearly.

Anyways, I actually meant doing that by a new contract. It seems like Barcelona doesn't intend to sell him these days. Then they can just offer a new contract and try to convince him for a lower salary. Yeah maybe it would be optimistic but maybe he would make sacrifice a little by thinking of the financial condition of the team.

When it comes to Olmo yeah I must admit he is also prone and already injured if I'm not wrong. But isn't there still a big gap between his and de Jong's salaries?  Smiley

https://www.capology.com/club/barcelona/salaries/

If we are talking about a future contract, then yes, there are no questions. But I don't think De Jong will stay in Barcelona, most likely the love has already passed  Grin
As for De Jong's "big" salary, it is only because he agreed to receive very little for a couple of seasons due to Barcelona's financial problems, but for it to be compensated later. In other words, he essentially gave the club an installment plan. And after that, the club repaid him with black ingratitude (they first tried to convince him to agree to a serious salary reduction, and then tried to sell him to United and thus "forget" about the installment plan).

Well now there is actually an improvement in Harry Maguire's game, but his contribution is still not that big, so I think the decision to sell this player is not a bad decision. On the one hand, there are still many players who have not shown their best game with Manchester United, so this is also a challenge for them to be able to restore the performance of several players.
One more thing that makes me wonder, why does Erik Ten Hag like to call players who previously worked with him, because the players he brought back were not very effective. There are many problems that must be solved within Manchester United, so this must be handled seriously if they want to return to their former glory.

Maybe Ten Hag still thinks his players have the same quality. or even improved. but as we see, United just wasted their money on Ten Hag's unsuccessful wishes.
Many have suggested selling Harry Maguire last season. but that did not happen. we know the player has a high price that does not match his performance. he is one of United's worst purchases I think. now they sell him at a loss? they are joking by wasting their money.
But it had to be done. even with some other players who may not have much role in the team. United need a lot of improvement.
Well, management should have learned from their previous mistakes, because it turned out that what Ten Hag wanted did not work either, but almost every transfer market came they did the same thing without considering what had happened to them. Eerik Ten Hag's success with his players at his previous club cannot be equated with the competition in the Premier League, because it was very different, so it was a less than appropriate step. I think this is a very natural thing in recruiting players, because when they first brought in Harry Maguire, he also played well, it's just that when he joined Manchester United he declined very significantly. Many clubs end up selling at a much cheaper price the players they brought in at a very high price.

The statistics proved that this English player is his true love. Maguire is showing that he is Erik ten Hag's best center-back. The stats don't lie. Maguire wins more duels, aerial duels, and interceptions on average than De Ligt and Lisandro Martinez.
But then, Manager Erik ten Hag has spent £100m trying to replace Harry Maguire. In the summer transfer window of 2024, MU brought in Matthijs de Ligt and Leny Yoro to refresh the defense. They are expected to actively look for more central defenders in the upcoming transfer windows, so the chance for Maguire to play is almost gone. Leaving in January would be good for all parties.

The rumour about Mo Salah was into the radar of Saudi Pro League clubs has been appear since last summer but he has a commitment want to stayed for at least until his contract ended and if Mo Salah has decide will not to signing new contract then we won't see him playing again with Liverpool for next season and actually the contract for these 3 players actually will be expired on June 2025 which mean at the end of this season but not 1 year left and i think Liverpool still working hard to negotiations with them to talking about new contract but i don't know why the negotiation is still deadlock until now and Mo Salah, Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold is the key player of Liverpool so i don't think they want to losing them at the same time

Alexander is on the radar of Real Madrid, Mo Salah on the radar of Saudi but I don't know for Van Dijk therefore he might want to renew and become the highest earner when Mo Salah leaves. I don't think Van dijk should leave anytime soon or it'll collapse the defences of Liverpool. He's needed to help train some of the new recruits and make them play as a team before he leaves and when he does, he can go retiring in Saudi Arabia and they'll welcome him with open arms. Liverpool needs to start looking for replacement for this players as they don't have ages on their side again and soon they'll all retire and then the squad will be left very weak.

Manchester United and Liverpool interest in Omar Marmoush is indeed very reasonable considering that the two teams currently have limited strikers, Salah has so far not received a contract extension offer from Liverpool even though his contract will expire soon so indeed Marmoush may be the right replacement later, as well as Manchester United who so far have not been able to expect much from Antony and also other young attackers who are still often Inconsistent, so indeed Marmoush will most likely be a hot asset to be contested in the transfer market later, Marmoush has been the mainstay of Frankfurt so far and his collection of 26 goals with Frankfurt from 50 matches is of course an attraction for many teams today, apart from that with bringing  Marmoush to squad, of course the Manchester United and Liverpool coach have many options because of his ability to play in several positions in the front line.

The news of Manchester United putting Maguire for sale truly disappointed me. But I can accept it if they bring a better and more experienced CB to replace him. This is because he has been better than when he came to our club. His mentality is fully developed. That's after he got thousands, even hundreds of thousands of critics from United fans.

It's probably why he was working harder to reach this position. But it saddens me he must leave ASAP. They have around 7 months to sell him before the end of his contract. Hopefully, someone better than him to join us after they sold him.

But I'm wondering whose club has an interest in him. Maybe, Fulham? or Westham? The last time i've heard that they rejected 20m offer from Westham for him.

I also saw these news. Liverpool are interested in him, there were reports before that Tottenham were interested in him. We read these news last season but there was no transfer in the Summer. Maybe next year he will go to the Premier League. Many teams are watching him right now. He is very productive in the Bundesliga. He didn't do much in the Europa League game against us. He scored a goal from a penalty but other than that he wasn't effective.
His stats this season are much better than last season. I'm not sure if he will go in the Winter transfer window, but he will probably move in the Summer. At the end of the day, it's a logical move for such players to prefer economically higher level teams where they can earn more money when they have the opportunity. Eintracht Frankfurt is also a very big and successful club, but they cannot compete with Premier League teams in terms of wages.
