Once again Manchester city are approach to sign Chelsea Full back Reece James: SourceManchester City is planning to sign Chelsea's full back and captain, Reece James, in the summer transfer window. Pep's main focus is to produce a replacement for Kyle Walker as soon as possible because Kyle Walker will be 33 years old now, and in the future, there is a fear that he will not be able to continue the form and morale that he is performing now. For this reason, Pep believes that he will bring 20-year-old Reece James, Chelsea's full-back, and make some new upgrades to the team so that if there is some weakness left, then his shortcoming will be fulfilled. And anyway, I think Reece James's style of play and the new element that a player needs are there.
So Manchester City's decision to sign Reece James to replace Kyle Walker will be based on improvement. Everyone is aware of the performance of Reece James and how he performs well in big games. For example, we have the UCL final of Chelsea vs. Manchester City, in which he had a very good performance. So I think Manchester City boss Pep no longer likes Kyle Walker to play anymore and likes Reece James to play instead.
What do the rest of you think? Will this transfer be better for Manchester City or worse because the biggest problem with Reece James is injury, which has been presented to him repeatedly? He has recently recovered from a long injury.
Looking for a replacement for Kyle Walker is a good idea because of his age. They could have let him go in the summer, but they kept him because they don't have a replacement yet.
But will Reece James be the right player for Manchester City? The reason I am saying this is because the player has been an injury-prone player. He has not been active for Chelsea for long due to injury; will Manchester City sign him like that and rely on him?
Interesting news. Damnit, this is a great offer to work with Pep Guardiola. ( I'm giggling ) I would want to work with Pep Guardiola anytime the offer comes in but Recce James is the Captain of Chelsea would they let that happen? Todd Boehly is a business man and is building his own squad, I believe he would let him go!
Real Madrid have also been rumoured to want the Englishman to replace Dani Carvajal. I do think it's a good move, but playing for Chelsea is about honor and loyalty, I would love to see how it ends. Fingers crossed, I have got nothing to say truthfully.
They will let him go because they have signed his replacement already, so between City and Madrid, one will sign him.
My only problem with the player is injury; if not, he is a world-class right back who is very skilled and talented.
