This Tottenham side since the defeat to Chelsea had gone through lots of setbacks, injury and red cards and that has caused a shift from top position to them sitting 4th on the standings, this doesn’t reduce the team’s capacity but is an eye opener to them that squad depth is really needed rather than depending on 2-3 key players.
Funny enough the President might not be releasing funds for players purchase by January and that will be a huge task for Agne to deal with, Manchester City though aren’t even in top form but they seem they want to get the league and we can’t take our eyes off Arsenal’s fighting spirit too, Liverpool could pose serious threat too, Let’s see what this year’s league experience holds for us.
We know very well what Levi's policy is for the Tottenham squad, even previously Antonio Conte criticized him repeatedly to the point that the Italian coach was finally fired. and apparently, I agree with you in what you said. however, Spurs could buy several players in the winter window, but with a limited budget. if not, Ange's task will make it even more difficult for her to return her squad to its best performance. We'll see, and we'll find out ahead of the winter transfer window.
As for City, IMO, Pep has not shown City's complete pattern and strength. So far, he is still having fun experimenting with rotating his players. that's why City is not like last season, apart from several players who left. however, towards the end of the season, Pep will re-evaluate what he has to determine and solidify the position of his players.
To be honest, I don't underestimate Jurgen Klopp's squad even though they are currently in 2nd place, but the difference in points is only very small. It's just that this season is not the time for Liverpool. although in reality, in football nothing is impossible.
Arsenal, my favorite team squad. So far Arteta has not shown the best game of his team's squad, from my personal point of view. However, I hope that Arsenal's young players will develop and become more established in their game. and hopefully, they will be able to realize what the Gunners supporters hope and want.
