That is something natural. Barcelona's current financial condition is better than before but they must still try to reduce spending to maintain stable finances and it seems that for this season they still want to focus on Xavi to reduce the salary burden and they prefer to find good players but their contracts are running out or with free agent status.

But until now, Xavi's decision is quite right because even though they are quite passive, they are still quite good from the current performance.
PSG at the top, I'm not too surprised by this

There is nothing related to the German National Job it is far different bfrom that job. Nagelsmann lost game he should have won and drew games he should not have he was given enough time to fix things but he could not do sso to reverse all of the mistakes he has had that season. It was the right decision, before the start of that season they failed to sign a player to replace Lewandoski.
He will have no problem with German National Team. Same board owners that controls the job at Munich are not the same people in charge of the Countries. They should not have signed him up if that's the case.

Todd Boehly doesn't understand anything about football, so i am not expecting him to make any rational decision, Chelsea have been buying players left, right and center and i'm not sure Todd knows when to stop. I think it is very possible for Chelsea to finish in the bottom half of the EPL table this season, exactly the same way they did last season.

Having said that, i doubt Mauricio Pochettino knew how difficult it would be coaching this Chelsea side, but i'm pretty sure he has found out now, he is the one that's under the most pressure, if performances don't improve from now until January, there is a high chance that Todd could fire him, like he has done to Tuchel and Potter.

How can barcelona spend a lot of money to buy the new players while it was still in the financial problem? I meant look at how la liga was preventing barcelona to register the new player before it was selling another broadcasting right to raise the funds as per la liga's request. Barcelona has been also taking felix from atletico madrid and felix has also agreed to cut a lot of his salary to join in the barcelona. Barcelona is still in the financial crisis right now caused by its financial was always being negative.
It's hard for barcelona to leave from this problem. The most successful transfers owned by manchester city. I saw another club was only buying average players to join in their club.

There's no need to rate chelsea's players. That team played looks like a relegation team this season. It's pochettino's fault to pick non experienced players to play for chelsea. Chelsea is now playing like a relegation team but with completely different squad at this moment.
I would say chelsea has even worst early season compared with last season. Chelsea could still take some points easily last season during the early seasons but this time is far worst than last season.

The dysfunction in the team made things so messy even players were dropping in performance and market value. Right now Chelsea is just a normal team, nothing more.
