I think Southgates time is coming to an end gradually and wth the wrong choices of some players he picks to represent England international duty, I think with time alot of fans would start to drag him out and call for his sacking , however i don't know how possible it would be, if Pep would even be interested in coaching a country side, maybe that would after he's done breaking all the records and setting new tougher ones in the EPL lol.
 
 However i regard him as the best coach because he's proved himself in several leagues,  even won the treble twice in two top leagues therefore I don't think managing a country side would be difficult for him, also the England squad is filled with multiple talented players which makes it easy for Pep cause he's known for bringing out the very best of talented players, anyways if yhe rumors are true then it's a good news for England if Pep agrees to coach a country side team.

It's not possible because Pep will manage England national team if he successfully brought Manchester City win Premier League and Champions League. There have been a lot rumor Pep will join England because until now England always sign poor coach when they have many star players.

He already successful in managing club, now it's the turn for him to proof if he's able to manage national team.

Manchester city has everything needed for back to back champion of english premier league. It has a good starting line up, It has good secondary squads as well, It has chemistry, it has attractive and creative game play. There's no need to buy someone else who would disrupt the situation in the dressing room. Manchester city must also try to avoid sanction from violating the FFP regulation in EPL. The club doesn't need to make a lot of movement.

Pep Guardiola have been able to level up the performance of Manchester City since his arrival as headcoach for City, a great deal of things have changed. Signing potential players that are capable of contributing to the team and not some random average hyped players like other EPL clubs do. I liked the pattern Pep employs in signing from the transfer market, making his scouts go deep in searching for players, those ones that are consistent in league performance, making his previous signings, Erling Haaland, Julián Álvarez, Manuel Obafemi Akanji and Jérémy Doku, all contributes to the club, despite their new presence to Etihad Stadium, but they played as if they've been in the team for years.

To be honest, if manchester united performed quite better than chelsea. I meant to look at the overall gameplay from both of clubs. Manchester united can very least scored a few goals during the match but what about chelsea? The club was rarely scoring the goals even though it was facing non strong club like nottingham forest or bournemouth. Chelsea has lost ability in scoring against its opponent. It keeps doing shitty back pass that makes the game become very boring. The same question that never be answered for chelsea is what was going on behind the scenes of club?

The club may necessarily chance the coach if there was no improvement happened to the club. Sanchez has done amazingly against bournemouth with some of his great saves. 

Pep Guardiola has been described as always looking for talent, and he has been successful in this regard. Waiting until the end of the season to evaluate Chelsea's league performance under Mauricio Pochettino will be detrimental to the team's progress. He had patience and time to build a good team. a newly formed team with a new coach, they don't get synchronized immediately, they need a lot of training and game time, from what I could see Chelsea have improved significantly compared to where they were last season, but they still have a lot of work, probably in the next window of transfers, Pochentino will correct some mistakes such as hiring good attackers and not spending a lot of money on meaningless signings in attack and sometimes on players that I honestly don't even see a reason for them to have. It's funny that real madrid has a lot of good players in midfield but in attack it seems like they don't have much interest in improving, we can even talk about very old players having to make room for others because they have a lot of good players who are old and new in the midfield. It's going to be fifty-fifty in my opinion.
Modric might get his contract extended but he might not. He is one of Madrid's greatest midfielders and deserves to be aligned with other legends especially with his loyalty to Madrid which has been more than a decade I think he deserves the status of a Madrid legend but in this case the age aspect must also be considered because Modric is no longer young. Not that Madrid is selfish not to extend the contract of Modric but of course in this case we must realize that competition is very important. Responding to Chelsea situation, I think the same as Man United, it is true that the steps taken by Pochettino are the best for him. However, the fans' orientation remains on winning, as does the club owner. The absence of several key players cannot be an absolute reason to scapegoat a decline in performance. What happened was a form of club policy that did not take into account the players they recruited, who were young, had little experience and were expensive.

When adding players cannot be done, changing coaches may not necessarily improve performance. Automatically, The Blues have to survive and find the best way out for now, by not competing in the UCL, Pochettino should be able to do it more quickly.

Manchester City's not being too active is totally normal. Because they don't need it. They already have a wonderful squad. They are just focusing on increasing the number of alternative players for some specific positions that's all. Gvardiol transfer was for adding him to the starting eleven though but generally their transfer policy is like this these days.

Guardiola has just the kind of a squad he would like in his hands. They won the Champions League title with this squad recently. I think they can even win this title two times in a row with the same squad.

It seems like we all have almost the same thoughts when Manchester City is more focused on its current players who are already strong and perfect without having to change any formations in each line because changing players will only change the performance of this club and of course Pep Guardiola will have to reorganize.
So there is no other reason except that Guardiola's goal is not to change anything that already exists to get good results like last season and maybe if Manchester City wanted to maybe be active in the transfer market to get more players but Pep Guardiola doesn't have many choices because of the squad. which is already strong enough no longer needs new players.

Pep is not always right but may be we can say that he is right decision makers. So far, all the players he has bought and sold are all beneficial to Manchester United, none has disappointed a bit and I think 2021-2022 market has been so far one of the greatest moves he has ever made. He won the Premier League 2 times already since they bought Haaland and has also won the Champions League since that time and now, they lead this season with 5 straight win matches, no club come close to compare what those guys have done, even while he was on medication, Manchester City are still doing well in his absence, that's how you know good decision maker.

It's funny that Pochettino still think that he need more ingredients to be able to cook nice meal In Chelsea, how many more players does he need to sign more to be able to win, he should at least win some match and lose few, that will be understandable but not winning a match and he think addition of players is the problem. I'm just wondering the kind of pressure he is going to be experiencing in Chelsea if Erik lost to Brighton put him on edge of Manchester United.
