Pep Guardiola is always right and doesnt rush when he wants to choose players to buy from other clubs because Guardiola as an experienced coach always prioritizes the quality of talent that can fill empty places at the City club so whatever happens when new players arrive they always make a very good contribution to the team. the club.
Regarding the current problem that is occurring, Chelsea performance is not getting better, I think I would agree that Todd would be better off retaining Mauricio Pochettino because if he were to replace a new coach again it would take a long time to adapt and I'm sure that even though Pochettino does no have much experience, he has reliability in terms of strategy for Chelsea player and I will see if Chelsea will improve as the end of this season approaches
.
Im not surprised by Pep Guardiola's success with Manchester City. He makes good decisions, especially when signing fresh players. Doku and Nunez demonstrate how he recruits talented players. I think Pep picks guys to make the club more competitive, not at random. Because no one wants to be benched, every player improves. However, Chelsea's situation worries me. Liverpool remained with Klopp through good times and bad, even though sacking coaches often weakens teams. Im worried about Chelsea under Pochettino. Though new, his intentions haven't gone as planned. Progress should have increased by now, right?

It is certain that Julian Nagelsmann will fill the seat of German national team coach in the near future and he will get a short-term deal until Euro 2024 ends. It seems that the rumors circulating previously have now been answered and the former Bayern Munich coach will soon take charge of the German national team. I think it was the right decision taken by the DFB to appoint Julian Nagelsmann as the new German coach because even though he is still young, his achievements are already quite good. Moreover, he already knows the characteristics of the players in the squad so it will be easier for him to process them. Maybe my only hope is that Julian Nagelsmann will be able to achieve good results with the German national team at Euro 2024, especially as hosts, Germany cannot be eliminated first.

He's a fantastic boss and tactician, achieving great things with Bayern Munich. Bayern shouldn't have let him go in the first place anyway. What he has achieved over the years is truly remarkable. This man is set to elevate German football to new heights. Julian Nagelsmann was the top choice from the beginning. The DFB appoint him to reignite the team's spirit with his youthful enthusiasm. He deserves this position, and I believe this is even more prestigious than being a club coach. This is just the beginning.

It's good because he every managed Bayern Munich, so he already know the capability of the players and also with other Germany players. Nagelsmann could become the best youngest coach in the world if he successfully brought German at least enter semi final at Euro 2024. German always get eliminated too early, not like when they were in the last decade. German problem is same like England, they have many quality players but bad coaches.

This summer, Lucas Paqueta almost joined Manchester City, but considering that his negotiations failed at the appointed time, he had to stay at West Ham. The latest rumors say that Newcastle are interested in bringing in Lucas Paqueta in January and he is one of the players Eddie Howie wants. Newcastle is even willing to offer a big deal to ensure this transfer goes smoothly and it seems we don't need to doubt Newcastle because they have a very rich owner.
Paqueta was an over rated guy, his price is not even worth with his skill. Manchester city has been taking the right choice in picking doku instead of him. I don't know why but this seems weird. I meant newcastle had gordon that was always playing so well and why does the club need paqueta?
Newcastle is not need paqueta at this moment but the club needs to get a new coach which has capability in maximizing the performance from the available players in the club. It looks so pathetic to see that how eddie keeps try to waste more money to buy the new player.
Eddie must aware if himself has no capability in coaching the new castle. His mission is now even bigger compared with last season. newcastle was also getting some bad performances in EPL.
I would like to see him stay in westham rather than go to the newcastle. Newcastle has gordon and it's more than enough for the club. I think if paqueta will be used as gordon's back up only.
It will disappoint to see him move to the newcastle. He will get less time to play in newcastle.

This is what we read when someone knows little or nothing about the particular player, from today make sure you watch him pressing, tackling and team work. He has been compared to Bernardo Silva for his qualities. Brazilians are blessed he is the nearest player to replace Silva if he had left when Barcelona made him a hot target.
If what you said was true, then pep would pick him. Being compared with silva doesn't mean he was as good as silva.
It's funny how you said you knew everything about him while city humiliated westham even when moyes's club was playing at home.  Cheesy
Silva was still able to play. There's no need to replace him at this moment. Paqueta was going to take over KDB's spot, but Pep was aware of his poor character and ongoing investigations by local authorities and the FA.
He may get the same sanction like what already received by ivan tooney.

Paqueta was a flop when he was playing for lyon and acmilan. His performance was only a bit better when he has been doing his debut with westham last year but it doesn't mean he is the best guy to replace KDB. His level is far below KDB.

Westham and David Moyes knows the worth of the player it is the reason why they raised his fee so high to delay Man City signing out one of the finest midfielders they have. He deserves a big club still city should have taken him over Kovacic.
City was the smartest club in EPL. Pep knew better than moyes in recruiting the best player for manchester city.

During the last month in the transfer window, many players in Europe left to teams and they joined the Saudi League to earn more money.
Some players took this decision and joined the Saudi Leageu because of the other players who joined this league.
Aleksandar Mitrović is a player who left his team and currently playing for Al Hilal in the Saudi League, he said Dušan Vlahović, another Serbian player to joined the Saudi teams, and Vlahović asked him about his situation in Al Hilal.

It seems like that vlahovic is not so happy stay at juventus at this moment. Juventus has been always trying to offer him to the various club but juventus's offer always been rejected by the various clubs like chelsea.
It will be disappointed if vlahovic will decide to leave from juventus to join in the al hilal but if it will be his decision and i can only put all of my respects to his decision. Vlahovic is still young enough.
The only problem if juventus puts non sense price for his clause. Vlahovic will able to get the new club easily if his price will be decreased by juventus. As you can see that if vlahovic is still useful even for the club who didn't like him to stay.
It's tiem for vlahovic to think about his future. Vlahovic can start to give pressure to the juventus in decreasing his release clause. Im sure there will be a lot of clubs will try to get him from juventus. Vlahovic can force juventus to do that in january.
He really needs to find suitable club for himself.

Guardiola will try to repeat the same thing again. Manchester city's prime reminds me with real madrid's prime when ronaldo was winning UCL three times in a row. It's pretty similar to the manchester city.
I hope that guardiola will put three times treble winners as its target for manchester city. It will be so crazy to see that happens on manchester city.
It's not possible because Pep will manage England national team if he successfully brought Manchester City win Premier League and Champions League. There have been a lot rumor Pep will join England because until now England always sign poor coach when they have many star players.

He already successful in managing club, now it's the turn for him to proof if he's able to manage national team.
In as much as England has good players and is in need of a better coach, Pep has individual accolades to win for himself rather chassing another nation's honour. If by Chance Pep wins the Champions League of this season, he will likely go for Zidane's trio and if he accomplishes the trio challenge, he will like to add 1 more. That is the nature of man and his challenges.
Manchester City is paying Pep very well, don't expect him to leave City in a haste and start to gamble around. Pep is already a big bird in the coaching world, so he will like to set records.

There's no confirmation has been coming from pep regarding him to be linked with england national club. Gareth southgate will be leaving from the club after euro 2024 but england has not yet tried to approach pep.
I can't even speculate his future. Pep may also reject england's offer as well. I remember he has been committing to coaching manchester city till end of his contract. In fact, pep is always aiming to break more and more record.
I think that england needs also to find an alternative plan once pep will be rejecting it.
Seems good opportunity for England national teams winning trophies if Pep Guardiola agree become England head coach, but he still has contract with Manchester City and difficult for replacing Pep Guardiola position have success winning many tittles for City from Premier League until most dreaming tittle UEFA Champion League.

FA have one year left looking for position leaving by Gareth Southgate after announcing he will not extend his contract will over after EURO 2024. Pep Guardiola is most manager dreaming not only by club but also for national team, but I am less interested if Pep Guardiola only focus to be national team head coach because he was success manager with all club ever become manager from Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

With the current conditions, I don't think we should be able to distinguish between the past and the present.
A few seasons ago this strategy might still end with good results as we know where there are a series of great coaches who have been at Chelsea but now it is difficult to happen again.
The reason is because currently Chelsea do not have staff who can be considered reliable like Cech for technical advisors and team performance or the loss of Bruce Buck and Marina Granovskaia from the ranks of Chelsea officials.

Even though they are behind the scenes but in this case we must realize that their role is really very good for Chelsea so that the strategy of changing either coaches or players can still be done because their planning is mature but now they make changes and reshuffles based on desperation for something instant not mature planning.
this is a normal condition that Chelsea is currently experiencing and perhaps will also be experienced by several other teams when every season the players and coaches always change which causes a much different performance update and as we can see, it is not only Chelsea, but Man United is one of them. In all of these conditions, the main key is actually in the management that manages the finances. I mean if management can really manage the finances to buy players and contract the right coach for the team, I am sure a team will never experience a very drastic decline in performance like what Chelsea experienced at the time and also Man United which is experiencing a decline in performance.
this will be a challenge that must be solved by the coach of each team to find ways to improve the performance of their players to strengthen the team in the future.

Draxler was actually a football player that I found successful, but he could not hold on to PSG. He looked like an average player with average stats. I'm sure he will be much more successful in Qatar. However, as a result of this offer from Qatar, PSG's Qatari owner is under suspicion. If there is an illegal transfer as a result of the investigation, it will be a big risk for PSG.

But what do you mean by successful? It's correct that he had his successes here and there and it would be wrong to say he failed in his career, but his goal was to go to a European top club and become the number one choice on his position. I think he never achieved that and he played a little bit less than 80 full 90 minute games. I am not counting substitutions here, just did the maths on full 90 minute games. That was in 6 years and he scored less than 3 goals per year and he played about 13 full games per year during his engagement at PSG. Of course that has to be respected as well because first of all someone has to make it to PSG, but I think his real plans didn't really come true.

I've said before that changing coaches too soon won't help them improve their performance and that's still true now.
Todd should be aware that the number of times he changed coaches during his tenure at Chelsea but the results remained the same and nothing has changed in this regard so removing Pochettino at this time is also not the right answer to improve the club.

Charging coach isn't good but that's the strategy Chelsea has been using for the past 20 years and  it has been working for them. In the tenure of the past owner, we changed manager whenever things weren't working for us and the new manager always delivered so probably that's what Todd Boehly is going with changing managers. He really need to rethink because probably changing managers isn't going to be what will work for him, he should try giving one manager enough time to try to fix things. The previous managers before Pochettino weren't qualified managers therefore sacking them was understandable but he shouldn't do the same to Pochettino but give him time to prove his worth.

With the current conditions, I don't think we should be able to distinguish between the past and the present.

I have just looked at some of the history of the best players that Brazil has and am interested in seeing the career history of Ronaldinho the star player from Brazil after Pele who managed to make great achievements and achievements in the history of football.
Ronaldinho had a pretty good football career he even became a gold star in his time when he played with Barcelona and AC Milan but unfortunately at the end of his retirement Ronaldinho had a history of transfers to play with teams that were not very well known or top big teams.
Even after retiring Ronaldinho lived a bitter and difficult life and even went to prison after retiring.

If you look at the history of Ronaldinho it is very different from today top players who have careers at the end of retirement but instead have wealth and are still playing with a team that is able to provide large payments for later retirement savings from the football industry.
Looking at this frame reminds me of the golden age of Barcelona. All the players in this frame are legendary players. Maybe those in this frame have now retired from football or moved on to other professions. While all the legendary players are in this frame, there is one other talented player. You must have guessed by now that I am talking about Ronaldinho.
Ronaldinho was a football legend. He was called the wizard of football, football was like an art when he played football and he was a master of that art. The way this legendary player ended his career could have ended differently. Despite having considerable talent and skill, he did little for Brazil and served much less time in the national team than expected. When he retired from football, he went to jail in the women's scandal case and lived a miserable life there too. At the moment, this legendary player is living a normal life with the help of his other teammate Lionel Messi.
It's true that at that time it was Barcelona triumph as a big and popular team in Europe and of course the Spanish League and in the photo you can see how happy Ronaldinho was with a smile to be able to pose with his former teammates.
But again it is a shame that he who is a star player has to have a history of bad transfers with unpopular teams at the end of his retirement.

This is because Man City has much more stable finances than other clubs in the Premier League and the availability of players is more than sufficient with the main squad and second caste being very balanced.
What has happened to Manchester City is not only because of good financial support but also how clever Pep Guardiola has been in renewing his squad so far, several clubs in other leagues such as PSG have great financial capabilities but the owners and coaches appointed so far do not have the intelligence like what Pep has or is it just a matter of time because City also need some time to become a strong team in the past few seasons.
Pep and Manchester City have truly realized the wishes of all fans in becoming the strongest team in European football and Pep has succeeded in achieving all the success with the young players he has chosen in contrast to PSG which has sufficient finances but has not used it to look for some talented young players to fill the vacancies they currently experience.

Talking a little about English football where many Manchester United supporters expressed their disappointment with Ten Hag and what is in the spotlight is that Ronaldo can now really develop with Al Nassr in the Saudi League and many people say that Ten Hag failed in making the decision to get rid of Ronaldo from Manchester United and currently Manchester United cannot have a striker who might be able to bring victory to the squad coached by Ten Hag.

Newcastle is even willing to offer a big deal to ensure this transfer goes smoothly and it seems we don't need to doubt Newcastle because they have a very rich owner.

On the other hand, I think if Lucas Paqueta agrees to join Newcastle it could mean that he will be in a better place or even vice versa considering that Newcastle has been quite difficult in the standings so far. However, there are other advantages if he wants to join Newcastle because he can get more playing time in the Champions League competition this season.
Quite curious what made negotiations fail for him to become a player at Manchester City? because it is the biggest opportunity for him to make his career shine even more if he can develop well at that club, but if he is at City he will not get the bigger playing portion that he got at West Ham or if he later goes to Newcastle.
Of course, he will be able to play in the Champions League with Newcastle if Newcastle can get through the group stage, isn't that right? because the transfer market has closed, his chances of going to Newcastle are in the middle of the season when the transfer market opens again, while Newcastle's chances of getting to the knockout phase are still quite doubtful.

Indeed, it was a great opportunity for any player to play for Manchester City and regarding his failure, Lucas Paqueta was involved in a betting case and the FA at that time was under investigation to resolve the case. This is what made Manchester City withdraw from the transfer of Lucas Paqueta so that the transfer was declared over.

Source: https://www.skysports.com/football/news/12040/12942474/lucas-paqueta-man-city-transfer-on-hold-due-to-fa-and-fifa-betting-investigation

However, not long ago Manchester City were again looking for a midfielder and they got him from Wolves, the player was Matheus Nunes. Coming back to Lucas Paqueta, even though if he joins Manchester City, it is true that he will not get proper playing minutes like in his current team or Newcastle, but it is likely that he will be made KDB's successor by Pep Guardiola, especially at that time KDB was also still injured so Pep Guardiola must look for a midfielder as a temporary replacement for KDB. Indeed, I agree with the possibility of Newcastle failing in the group phase considering their performance has been quite poor so far and is hardly what we expected to cause a surprise in the champions league, but yes everything is not certain until we see the results later.

The current problems Chelsea are suffering from are too difficult to solve. Blaming Pochettino for his decision to reshuffle earlier will also not have any impact because his performance has not changed.

Todd Boehly made a mistake sacking Thomas tuchel and that was the genesis of every problem Chelsea is facing currently. We sacked a coach that won us almost everything in a very short time that he spent at the club and yet we couldn't give him sometime to get his shit together and that's why Chelsea is paying for such an ungrateful act that they did. It'll take us time to recover and going out to spend money on players or hiring new coaches isn't going to bail us out. We need to give the club time to recover fully from the managers going, previous owner going before we start spending money in the market unless we just want to waste money.

I think Southgates time is coming to an end gradually and wth the wrong choices of some players he picks to represent England international duty, I think with time alot of fans would start to drag him out and call for his sacking , however i don't know how possible it would be, if Pep would even be interested in coaching a country side, maybe that would after he's done breaking all the records and setting new tougher ones in the EPL lol.

However i regard him as the best coach because he's proved himself in several leagues,  even won the treble twice in two top leagues therefore I don't think managing a country side would be difficult for him, also the England squad is filled with multiple talented players which makes it easy for Pep cause he's known for bringing out the very best of talented players, anyways if yhe rumors are true then it's a good news for England if Pep agrees to coach a country side team.

I also get to say that he has stayed for too long and should be warned ahead he had the last Euro's and screwed things, The World Cup was yet another and now another European competition. If he does not win a major award and trophy for england side this period his sack is just a few steps away from his doorpost. Southgate disappoints he choice and selection are always not in alignment no wonder they struggled to win the big occasion games. Against Italy and also between France during the world cup.
The Euros is next year Pep Guardiola can not leave his job with city for England too quick.

Real Madrid might extend Modric's contract according to some rumours. However I don't think this will happen. Maybe Kroos would stay for one more season at least. But Modric is way older than him now. I think it is time for Real Madrid to part ways with Modric and give more chances to younger midfielders.

But I must really admit that Modric is still doing really good. It has been a great joy to watch him at Croatia recently. He can still have even more than a full match on the pitch as we have seen him play for 120 minutes for Croatia recently.

They are Legends of Real Madrid for they can stay a year further together in with Real Madrid. Real Madrid can now let go of these players who have made history together with the club.
I don't think real madrid will give em another contract extension for their careers. The chance owned by kroos is far bigger compared with modric which will be touching 38 years old. he will be too old to play as a midfielder for real madrid.
Modric won lots of trophies with Real Madrid and became a legend, but his performance has declined due to age. Modric's current performance is far different compared with what it used to be.

Modric is a smart midfielder for Real Madrid. Leading the Croatian side and to be runner up during the Last two world cup games. Modric cam still.do same but not to the Croatia way no more.
That impress me how modric can still play in both football club and national club at the same time at his age. He may need to find a new place to go caused by im not sure if real madrid is interesting to extend his contract for another year.
Modric may suffer the same consequence as Ronaldo did, if Real Madrid chooses to release him from the team after he has spent a considerable time there.

Oh that deal was amazing for PSG for sure. No other club in Europe would have ever paid 20 million for him given his performances for PSG. I guess that this deal was amazing for everyone involved Cheesy The Qatar club doesn't care about money but they have an average player from Europe, the player will make a ton of money and PSG received a transfer fee that they didn't ever dream of. I think they have more or less written him of and accepted the loss.
That is true what you write. But with him, they have someone who become world champion in 2014, 4x champion in france, 1x champion in portugal and 1x cup winner in germany. At Al-Ahli SC he is the most valuable player, no one of the players in the team has so many successes as he does. So he will not only play good football, but also high motivation - "play together with a world champion". At the age of 29, mybe he will play another 3-4 years.
