Theo Walcott has officially announced his retirement from football at the age of 34. The Arsenal legend has made 563 club appearances and a total of 129 across 3 different clubs. During his career, he has always lived in England and has never tried a new challenge outside of England. Last time Theo Walcott played for Southampton and it seemed he was done then decided to retire now.

I thought that before he decided to retire, he would have gone to the saudi league, but considering that there was no such offer, there was no possibility of going there either. During his career he has collected 5 trophies with Arsenal and that was not bad during that period. Happy retirement Legend and wish you all the best! Smiley

I think Theo Walcott had a fulfilled career having been spotted very early by Arsene Wenger who signed him from Southampton in 2006 when he was just 17, he was such a pacy and talented player then at Arsenal, I recall his runs at the right flanks had always been a problem for opponent defence and his goal scoring abilities is topnotch, honestly I was expecting a switch over to Saudi Arabian league to earn money for a least two more seasons unfortunately he had decided to experience a new of life outside football according to a statement credited to him     link I believe after some period of time out of football life he might probably become a football analyst or pursue a career as a manager because age is still on his he can still be active in football related career

You are talking about Yassine Bounou, right? I think it is a good decision by him. He’s already 32 years old. I am going to the Saudi league is definitely a good choice. He should improve the situation of his team. I also agree that his leadership was quite a good way to Morocco in recent times. Consequently, he can likely leverage these qualities to achieve substantial success in his club career within the Saudi league.

Yeah it is good for an old player as he can play at top form there and can have a very good package. But for someone with potential, I don't think it's a good choice as he can obviously develop his skill in much more competitive leagues like PL, LaLiga etc.

I don’t think Liverpool should expect too much from Mohamed Salah. He is getting quite old at this point. I know that he is only 31 years old. But I already think that his age is starting to have an affect on his performance. Liverpool should have thought about it seriously.

I think they are relying heavily on Salah at the moment. Mane, Firmino both have left and Salah is the regular player on left wing now. He is the most experienced and a goalscorer on whom Liverpool is relying this season also. I think despite being 31 he is still performing very good. Last match he had some good shots and made an assist to the only goal as well.

Is it true that Tuchel didn't want David de Gea to be signed by Bayern Munich? If it is really true then I have no idea why he doesn't want this transfer to happen. He has watched him in the Premier League for a long time I mean. He knows how great goalkeeper he is.
It's true. Tuchel vetoed him and looking for another goal keeper. De gea already agreed to join in bayern but tuchel disagreed with the decision that already taken by the club. FYI, ancelotti was also doing the same thing like tuchel once real madrid management was approaching him in the past. Tuchel might have different opinion regarding him. I can't even tell you caused by tuchel the only one who knew that.

Besides the only reason why Manchester United released him was the issue with the contract extension. There was a disagreement on salary amount.
AFAIK, salary was not the main problem in this case.

However de Gea is still a quality goalkeeper at this age - 32. I think Bayern Munich should reconsider this as he seems to be best alternative in the market right now.
It seems bayern has closed its door for him. Tuchel doesn't like him. The management can do nothing about that. Tuchel was determining which goal keeper that suit to the club.
It's hard to accept reality but de gea already rejected by ancelotti and tuchel.

Even after the game between Sevilla and Macnshter City in which Sevilla lost the game in the penalty kicks, there are some offers from Saudi League for Sevilla's goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, this time again Al Hilal sent an offer for this goalkeeper and after hiring Neymar from Paris they want to have a batter goalkeeper.
Bounou is under contract with Sevilla until 2025 and it seems it is going to join Al Hilal for 21m.

Bono officially joined in al hilal as a new goal keeper. Al hilal is seriously trying to strengthen its club in all sectors. It's started with winger, midfielder, defenders and now goal keeper. There will be some players already under target by al hilal at this moment.
It would not surprise me to see another popular name to be recruited by al hilal. I hear that if ittihad is seriously trying to recruit salah from liverpool which is amazing if it's coming true. Salah has been reported interesting to leave from liverpool and join in al hilal as long as al hilal gets a greelight from liverpool to buy salah from the club. It will become another sensational transfer after neymar to the al hilal.

Im waiting for another surprise came from saudi clubs. Saudi clubs is very aggresive in recruiting the new player from the various clubs.

I didn't see so much of the player during the years spent with Sevilla but I saw him leading the backline very well with Morocco and he was a good leader from the back. He will take those good traits of his over the Saudi League and pass that on to the young players of that league to learn. They have all the money now all they want to do is attracting quality players, what next would be grow a media to start the hype of that league.  Salah will disappoint Liverpool this season, since the rebuild is ongoing why not push him out.

Felix is having a hard time at Atletico Madrid, I don't know if the   coach and the player are having issues because I don't see that connections between the coach and the player for him to start and he's not happy. Ever since he got back from the EPL on loan to Chelsea, he hasn't been the same player he was when he left on loan.
Now he wants the club to terminate his contract and the club don't want that but they increased his market prize to £80m, to me I feel he's not up to that amount and even if that amount is divided is a No to me, maybe he should be around £30-40m.
Is he up to that amount, £80m?
Joao Felix is one of Atletico Madrid's young exceptional players, and it still detrimentally impacts me to see such incredible abilities being kept on the bench by Los Colchoneros manager, Diego Simeone. It's obvious that the coach and the Portuguese are at odds with one another, which is one of the reasons he was loaned to EPL team Chelsea but has also fallen out of favor in the eyes of the new manager. The conditions are quite complicated from the player's side, and he will undoubtedly figure out how to leave the club and transfer to a place where he can play regularly in games. Barcelona enters the picture; there's a lot to be gained from the player; let's wait for the ideal loan move, while contracts are being negotiated.
Look at what already tweeted by romano if he was always putting barcelona on his mind. It doesn't wanna be recruited by another club than barcelona. This gentleman's mental state has deteriorated due to prolonged bench-sitting. I don't even know what's gonna happen with this guy once he will not be signed by barcelona forever. It's crazy to see there was a guy who is not open-minded to get more experience as many as he can. Someone needs to wake him up.

felix will never ever play in barcelona. This guy must accept the truth if getting as many experiences as possible will help him to be considered by xavi as a potential recruitment. He has not proven himself to be worthy enough for barcelona. I hope that felix will be able to regain his sense again. Barcelona was not everything, he must be aware if his career is far more important then moving to the barcelona even though it was his dream.

Joao Felix no longer has the desire to play at Atletico Madrid, that's why he chose to be a loan player at Chelsea last season and is now making a statement that is even more damaging to his name at the club, it's not a pleasant thing when listening to a player from a certain club expressing his preference playing for a rival club. I think Joao Felix's career at Atletico Madrid is finished he has to accept offers from other clubs if he still wants to play and of course he still wants to play because he is very young.

Liverpool failed to get 2 midfielders because they lost to Chelsea in the transfer market, but finally, they managed to bring in Stuttgart midfielder Wataru Endo, he is no longer young like the two midfielders that Liverpool failed to get but the price probably won't be as high Caicedo or Lavia and most importantly he can do well at Liverpool later.

Chelsea were more convincing under Mauricio Pochettino's tutelage despite Liverpool's impressive appearance in attack but Chelsea also played more openly. There is great hope under the new coach and Chelsea are expected to develop into one of the title contenders this season. The presence of several young players in the team has changed the face of Chelsea and is increasingly being taken into account, now their abilities are exactly the same as Arsenal with the young talents they had when Arteta took over the coaching chair.

If Mauricio Pochettino can manage this team properly and is able to read the character of the players when they are deployed, then I'm sure Chelsea will get better going forward. Romeo Lavia refused to move to Liverpool and he prefers to go to Chelsea, if this transfer materializes then Liverpool have lost the hunt for players twice with Chelsea in this season.
I have to commend Mauricio Pochettino’s work because in the opening game against Liverpool I noticed a huge change in Chelsea’s playing style, they showed much improvement against one of the best teams in the league and were able pull their own weight. I see many achievements for the team if they can continue in this fashion and stay consistent, finishing in top four would be a difficult task for them this season.

@rendravolt Liverpool are desperate and I don’t blame them for a reason that I’m yet failing to understand every player they wanted decided to reject them despite their bid being the winning bid. Also I like Poch a lot but how could any player turn down the chance to work under Klopp and agreed they had a bad season but he’s a top class coach and I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets the best out of Endo too which will justify why Liverpool bought him.

Do you mean about Caicedo turning down Liverpool? If yes, then actually Caicedo chose Chelsea because it was Chelsea who actually approached Caicedo first. They already had an agreement with the player done before getting things done with Brighton. Liverpool were late in approaching for Caicedo otherwise he would have gone to Liverpool. Had Chelsea not improved the bid, then again Liverpool would have gotten Caicedo.

It's simple as he (Caicedo) gave a word to Chelsea and kept it until the end.

It is definitely a great gesture from the player. He gave his word and he kept his word. of course, it could have been a better move for him if he did decide to go to Liverpool instead of Chelsea. Nevertheless, if he truly had a verbal agreement with Chelsea, which I firmly believe he did, then he made the correct choice.

But as much as I respect him for keeping his word, I also think that this decision might be wrong from him. He should have definitely taken Liverpool as his feature club instead of TLC. Because we all know what Chelsea is currently going through. Let’s see if Chelsea can perform well in this season.

I'm reading trends on Twitter and I'm astonished to see Eden Hazard trending. It's truly remarkable because the Belgium international retired from international football and plans to retire from club fierce competition in addition. He will be a free agent this summer after Real Madrid terminated his contract, which is extremely distressing for Hazard, who was formerly regarded as a demi-god in Chelsea due to his stellar performances at Stamford Bridge. One single mistake wrecked his career, and even though some supporters are talking about Hazard returning to Chelsea, I believe his prospects are quite limited.

I don't know if he will play for Chelsea again, but we see that Hazard's career is in a very sad way. It once had enormous potential. Real Madrid had a very bad period in his career and was far from his performance at Chelsea. I wish he would go back to his old days so we could see him again in his magnificent performance.
Eden Harzard who was once regarded as one the best players in football after Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi has literally lost much of his footballing capabilities since left Chelsea to join Real Madrid.
After Belgium was eliminated in the  FIFA World Cup last year he confessed to the media that they're never gonna see the very energetic, pace and dribbling kind of Harzard they were used to when he was still at Chelsea again. I think he understands his fitness much more than anyone and moving to the Saudi Pro League or the MLS will be a great idea.

In recent times there is a trend going on right now. Tomatoes really good players are not being able to end their career successfully in my opinion. Or at least not as well as they wanted. Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard are certainly those names. If we go further, I think we can also talk about Coutinho, Agüero etc.

So Eden Hazard is going to be the latest name on the list. He was definitely one of the best and was also compared with Lionel Messi at one point of his career. But now he is a test of field project of Real Madrid. And we can also say that lot of being out in the field has affected his physicality and attributes a lot. He is not the player that used to be. The best he can do right now is to go to the Saudi league or MLS.

The joining of Neymar to Al-Hilal has made Dembele now officially wearing number 10 at PSG and it must be understood that PSG does not want to continue to depend on Neymar and I think this is the right time for PSG to transition to a new player. I heard the news and it seems true that Neymar will get full facilities while joining Al-Hilal and that is a very fantastic offer for a star player. But Neymar must also try to promote and popularize the Saudi league in the future so that it will become more famous throughout the world.

Neymar was an average player in PSG because of his inconsistency caused by injuries, so the club didn't depend on him. I will say that more responsibility was placed on Messi and Mbappe but the latter had more responsibility. I totally agree that Neymar's move to Al-Hilal will bring more attention to the Saudi Pro League but he has much work to do. The SPL will not be that easy for an injury-prone player like Neymar. The league is rugged and soft or non-physical strong players might find it difficult to perform up to expectation. All eyes will be on Al-Hilal because they have invested more than any other club, it seems Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund has a special interest in the club.

Joao Felix is one of Atletico Madrid's young exceptional players, and it still detrimentally impacts me to see such incredible abilities being kept on the bench by Los Colchoneros manager, Diego Simeone. I don't think the reason for the dropping of Joao Felix from the first team of Diego Simeone is because of personal reasons. The truth is that Felix has failed to establish himself as an important player after his record signing from Benfica. He enjoyed a glorious time in the Portuguese league but has failed to replicate the same performance in Spain and Chelsea. I am sure he would have gotten a permanent deal if he had added quality to the Chelsea team. He might be moving to Barcelona on loan but he would not also have an automatic first-team opportunity. Until he improves, Felix will still maintain his current reputation as one of the overhyped and over-estimated players in Europe.

Al Hilal's official Facebook page has confirmed that Yassine Bounou has joined Al Hilal. This Saudi League club has already made several posts about Yassine Bounou. After completing the deal with Neymar they completed their deal with Yassine Bounou. Yassine Bounou was spotted doing a photoshoot wearing an Al Hilal jersey, so it's no surprise that Yassine Bounou could be seen on the field wearing an Al Hilal jersey very soon. Saudi Arabia may host Neymar and Yassine Bounou together. Where other teams in the Saudi league went for big stars, Al Hilal was failing by offering only big stars, finally they succeeded because now Al Hilal managed to sign Neymar and they also managed to sign one of the best goalkeepers, Yassine Bounou.

West Ham United are in negotiations with Ajax about signing attacking midfielder and winger Kudus in a deal worth more than £40 million ($51m). The Ghanaian international was on the verge of joining Brighton earlier this month, but the deal fell through due to the player's demands for a release clause in his contract.
https://www.goal.com/en/news/west-ham-gbp40m-ajax-mohammed-kudus-chelsea-michael-olise-transfer/bltc52a281d5505d235

Since olise's mission failed and chelsea shall try to get a good replacement for him. I would prefer kudus over barcola. Chelsea can try to compete with westham to get him. It will not be so hard for the club to get him as soon as chelsea agreed to pay the same price which is mentioned in the release clause. Kudus is talented player. I do believe he will shine play in EPL with chelsea. Boehly needs to put him as the best option after the club fails to get olise. Chelsea needs to approach him as soon as possible before he will be going to the westham.
The chance is still open for him to play in chelsea. Eghbali shall try to get him as soon as possible. Comeone boehly, you can do that.
Barcola is quite good but kudus is more experienced player compared with barcola.

Neymar don't need to promote and popularize the Saudi Professional League, but there are so many medias and articles following Neymar. We've seen Benzema, Koulibaly, Kante, Firmino, Mane, Fabinho etc come to Saudi Arabia, but it's only known by football fans. For Average Joe, they're only know Ronaldo and Neymar join Saudi Arabia which mean they have a lot power and popularity.

Antoine Griezmannm the mate of Jao Felix said that Felix should keep hard-working because when he returned to Atletico Mardi he was also under pressure but he could get recorded and Felix should do the same thing.
Well, Antoine Griezmann did not allow such demarches against Atletico Madrid and the footballer has a great relationship with Diego Simeone. Joao Felix, on the other hand, decided to follow the path of Cristiano Ronaldo and force the process of his departure from the interview and thereby clearly not adding weight to himself in the eyes of Diego Simeone. Therefore, the football player's playing prospects are now quite vague, Atletico Madrid will not let a football player go cheap, given the funds invested in him, Barcelona in its current state is not able to pay the amount necessary for Atletico Madrid.

Felix is still young, but he is always following his ego. He shall use his sense. Barcelona is never trying to sign him. He may destroy his own career caused by he was always following his ego. Atletico madrid bought him with a lot of money.
The club doesn't wanna suffering a huge lose caused by selling him with cheap price. There have been some clubs interest to sign him but since the price is very high and it's impossible for another club to buy him as permanent transfer.
Felix will not able to get more experience if he keeps being so harsh in moving to another club. I wonder when this kid will learn to get more experience is far better rather than always try to catch something that's too good to be true for him.
he shall improve himself a lot before he will able to play in barcelona. Barcelona doesn't have a lot of money to buy him. He will always sit on the bench.

Many reports said that Diego Simeone did not like the player, Felix statement that he wanted to cross to Barcelona added to the heat of the situation. The price set by the ATM for the player is the reason for the complexity of the Portuguese striker's move. On the other hand, this is very reasonable, because Felix was bought at a high price from Benfica in 2019.

If you look at the price on Transfermarkt and compare it with its current performance on the field, it's too expensive. Agree with you 40 Million Euros is perfect for Felix now.

The transfer news of Joao Felix is definitely getting heated up. There are a lot of talking going around about him going to Barcelona. I don’t know if that is actually going to happen. After all the situation of Barcelona is not good at all financially. But at the same time, a lot of people are also talking about they are going to terminate the contract with Felix. So as a free agent,  for Barcelona, it is not going to be a problem to get him. But I don’t think Atletico Madrid is actually done. They are not going to terminate the contract. They are most probably going to sell him. I actually do not think that Barcelona can actually spend €40 million right now.

At the rate all these signings are happening with Saudi Arabian clubs, am starting to have a feeling that these guys could break the sport we all love to watch!
Am sure they are trying to tip the competition in their favor but this is turning out to be a non compete league and the disturbance in a clubs team build up is going unnoticed and someone needs to put a stop to this as soon as possible!!

Otherwise great bargain for Bono, hope he gives his best for his new club Smiley
