Another 100+m transfer will be completed soon in Premier League.

With this condition, it seems that the drama has officially ended for Arsenal and Rice after several weeks of being in a state of confusion.
Westham really stuck with their 100 million and Arsenal, who really wanted Rice, had to be willing to give in after several offers were not looked at by West Ham.
On the other hand, the advantage for Arsenal is that now they don't have to bother thinking about Xhaka's departure because there is already a replacement whose performance is actually quite good but for the price of 100 million it is clear that Rice will be glanced at how his performance is the same as other expensive players and when he does not make a good contribution it is not impossible that the same taunts as Maguire or even more recently Mudryk will surely be felt.

Regarding Mason Mount, he had good performances in Chelsea and helped his teams while he is also a young player and he could be a good investment for this team while Chelsea is losing the players they have, and Mason Mount, is going to also leave this team while Arsenal is trying to hire this midfielder for the next season.
Chelsea lost many of their players in the transfer market this season. and now their new coach must quickly assemble their squad and prepare to start the new season.
I think MU is more interested in getting Mason Mount. it was even rumored that Mason Mount himself wanted to move to MU. unfortunately when MU submitted 3 bids to Chelsea and all were rejected. but if Arsenal is involved in these negotiations, I think MU may have to step down.

Chelsea has not really lost any players, but instead they are trying to get rid most of them. When a team plays a season like Chelsea did, what is the point of keeping most of the team for the next season as well?

Changes have been due here and Boehly is going for another shopping tour, but whether he will make the right decisions this time or whether he will mix more superstars together and hopes that he will find the right recipe will first need to be answered in a few weeks when the new season begins.

Chelsea will still be losing more players. Players like Kalidou Koulibaly, Hakim Ziyech, N’Golo Kante, Edouard Mendy, and Mateo Kovačić have all moved. And Mason Mount and Mason Mount are also on the verge of leaving. It is now been discussed in the football arena that the English midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is close move to AC Milan. Stefano Pioli believes that the 27-year-old player will be important to the Italian side. I wonder how Chelsea will be able to replace these players because some of them played regularly in the first team.
Chelsea have been preparing to make overhaul this summer even before the end of the season and this window seems to be going in their favour because they have made some good sales to make up for the money Todd Boehly spent in acquiring a number of players at the club. Now they will have t more resources to get good targets to replace the departing players to suit Pochettino’s preferred squad.

I think Ten Hag knows better what the team needs, Masom Mount is a very good player, it's just that last season the performance of the Chelsea team was bad so many people were disappointed with masom mount, but I think it's not masom mount's fault because of the performance of a team depends on all the players in the squad not just a few players.
And regarding Chelsea who set a very high price, I think it's also very reasonable because Masom Mount is a young player and has good quality so it's possible for this player to develop and be in top performance for a long time.
That's it. The fans are too easy to judge which player that is worthy to be bought or not while it's all still remain gambling. Even though if MU will able to buy caicedo and there's no guarantee if his performance will better compared if mount gonna be united's new player. He has been winning many trophies with chelsea on his age right now. Chelsea is seeing him as a potential one. that's why such price is worthy enough for him.
MU fans were only able blaming ETH's decision. I heard that if MU's bid for mount still remain active till the end of season even though chelsea has been rejecting it again.
It shows how ten hag wants mount come to the club. I see that if ETH sees something that didn't owned by another player on mount.
Honestly I really wish Arsenal will turn their focus to Mason mount, he is a very fine player, good pace, good with the ball and off the ball, he would form a good partnership with Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice and Kai Harvertz next season if Arsenal manage to complete these deals. I am sure Manchester United will be getting a good trade if they can complete a deal this summer but if not they will be missing out on a player with good potentials.

Arsenal is certainly stepping up, unleashing a hefty 100 million euro gamble on Declan Rice! They're pulling no punches. Its the green light for a fierce face-off. Yet, Manchester City isnt sitting idle. They're eyeing Rice and, looking to replace Gundogan, could raise the ante with a higher bid.

The latest news Manchester City has come out of the offer they will not submit more offers maybe they think the price doesn't make sense
Regarding Gundogan actually Manchester City got a replacement he is Mateo Kovacic brought in from Chelsea with fee 29 million
So if Manchester City failed to get Declan Rice I think it's not a big problem they already have other options.

I saw today that Liverpool are ready to enter the race for Mbappe, it was previously reported that Real Madrid was ready to pay 200 million for Mbappe, but PSG did not want to let him go for less than 300 million, and if we can believe the news, Liverpool could be the team that will pay that kind of money for the player. If I'm not mistaken, at the moment the most expensive transfer is the transfer of Neymar from Barcelona to PSG, then the deal cost the Parisians 222 million euros, if Liverpool decide to take such a step, it will be a new record.

I agree with you 100% because with Real Madrid I see a better future for Harry Kane, he has the qualities and attitude to succeed at Real Madrid. He also has good and experienced midfielders at Madrid just the same way Erling Haaland is enjoying life and scoring many goals at Manchester City that is the kind of privilege Harry Kane will enjoy at Real Madrid and certainly winning trophies is assured.
I have not seen any news that Kane can become a Real Madrid player, at the moment Bayern are in talks with him. We can say that Bayern has already agreed with the player, now it remains to agree on the financial moment with Tottenham, the first offer of 70 million, Tottenham rejected, and Bayern is preparing to make another offer.

According the report some media, Arsenal have submit bid offer 100 million euro for West Ham United to sign Declan Rice, its official bid from Arsenal for fighting race with Manchester City announced interest with West Ham United captain team Declan Race.  Looks excited with Arsenal bid offer 100 million euro and depend with Manchester City will bid above 100 million euro or back from fighting to sign Declan Rice.

Arsenal looks confident for reach deal agreement with Declan Rice and West Ham United due their bid offer 100 million euro, I don't sure Manchester City will give up because they have loss Gundogan and Declan Rice could be best option for replacing midfielder position empty in Manchester City.

Who will win for signing Declan Rice Arsenal or Manchester City?

The competition is fierce, and the thrill is real. Who will triumph, and importantly, where will Rice end up? I strongly believe MC will have a better chance in this competition

PSG should start calculating their losses because no team would pay such a large release clause, and Mbappe should start learning Chinese or Arabic because no team in Europe pays such high salary unless he is willing to cut it.

Real Madrid, Newcastle United, and Chelsea are the only clubs in Europe capable of triggering such a release clause but I don't see it happening.
True, with the release of such a high price I don't think any club would want him to even make a proposal. I understand that PSG didn't want him to leave as a free agent because that could lead to a big loss, but if indeed PSG are charging such a high price as a solution to offset his losses then it's a bit unreasonable and unlikely for a European club to make an offer. I think it looks like PSG will go after Pro Arab clubs and they set that price for Arab clubs not Europeans, because they know that money is not a problem for Arab clubs. I don't really know if Mbappe will stick with his decision to stay and leave when his contract expires, or agree with PSG's decision to sell him.

Damn, why the price of this player so expensive even more expensive than Haaland when he was brought in from Dortmund, does he have a good record so far?
I also read other news that Declan Rice has the potential to surpass the highest transfer record in the Premiere League which is currently held by Enzo Fernández when Chelsea signed him for €121 million, honestly I'm not sure it's worth the price it would be better for Manchester City to find another alternative.

The Enzo package was £106m, £65m fixed + add-ons, whereas the Daclan Rice deal is £105 million, £100m fixed + £5m add-ons, therefore Arsenal is paying more than Chelsea because there is a chance that Chelsea will not pay the add-ons if the contract requirements are not met.

If the bid is accepted, Daclan Rice will become the most expensive package.

Im sure bayern will be giving up in bidding kane. It will not meet €100m.
Harry kane does not sincerely look like a player for Bayern Munich. Real Madrid looks more like a club for him but since they are no longer interested, Bayern Munich has picked up the race to sign him. Bayern Munich are the owners of the Bundesliga as they have shown winning the title over and over again in the last couple of years, if Tottenham agree to sell Harry kane to Bayern Munich, he will not play in all games but can be assured of winning something in his first season. A move to the Bundesliga does not favour every player like Sadio Mane,  I prefer Harry kane moves to an English club like Manchester United still.
I agree with you 100% because with Real Madrid I see a better future for Harry Kane, he has the qualities and attitude to succeed at Real Madrid. Now Manchester City have pulled out of Declan Rice deal. I think though Manchester City might not have prioritize Rice but they would have taken him in if he had chosen them... So, the OPTICS now is that, for once Arsenal beat a top team to the signing of a "top player" ! And also they were negotiating a deal with the Leipzig defender Gvardiol, so I felt like they can’t pay more than what Arsenal offered, if they do it they are fucked because Leipzig will ask for more money which will put Manchester City in a tight spot.
So they had a very tough decision to make Rice or The Croatian defender. Now they might go all in for Gvardiol.
Manchester city had so many options. There are so many great midfielders available in the market with sense price compared with rice. There's no guarante if rice will perform like what already expected by arteta too.
That's why city was pulling itself out from the race to get rice from westham. Manchester city just need to find an alternative player which is very easy for a club that has won treble winners last season.
It can be said that if guardiola needs to pure more effort to find a great alternative for rice.

City has been doing the right thing by pulling out from the race to get rice. 100 millions are a lot of money for this time.
It's the time for manchester city to get a new great midfielder.

Alternative players are definitely needed to make the team stronger. If any of the regulars currently playing for Manchester City are out of the field due to injury, it will be very difficult for them to win the match. Basically, if there are some players outside the regular eleven, they can support the team during the period when the regular players of the team are absent due to injury. In that case, Manchester City may have defense and midfielders on their list. Because I believe defending goals is better than scoring goals. Because if the defense and midfielders perform well and can supply the ball well then the forwards will do well. So right now if Manchester City can find an alternative defender or midfielder then their team will be a more balanced team.

Player doesn't have to have a good record. If he perfectly fits and adapts into most roles in his position then his value easily crosses above 50-60m Euro mark nowadays.

About Haaland, let's throw in another example- Mac Allister (35m Euro),what happened was the clubs (City, Liverpool) triggered the release clause in the contract for the player. In such scenarios, the current club of the player has to accept the bid and in that case the player's choice is what matters if multiple clubs have triggered the release clause. In case of Haaland, the release clause was 60m Euro and in case of Mac Allister it was 35 m Euro. Now in case of Rice, there is no release clause present so club can accept/reject any bid they want. The race between City and Arsenal spiked the value and which is why he is going for 100m Euro around.

Arsenal needs a DM right now which is why we have gone to this length in order to acquire Declan Rice. It's a gamble and I hope it turns out well.

The way I see this attitude of Man City dropping out of the bid for Rice is as if they wanted to force Arsenal's hand. I doubt that Arteta would have upped the bid if he hadnt seen the competition. But from an honest standpoint, I don't understand why they would splash such an amount on a player that isn't worth it. Instead he would have seriously chased Brighton defensive midfielder, Moises Caicedo.

I always knew Manchester City will not sign Declan Rice. They have no real need for him. You can only spend that amount of money for a player that you really need, plus a player that is actually worth it. If Man City didn't have Rodri, I'm certain they would have bought Rice.
Arsenal actually needs Declan Rice, but not for that price. If I was Arsenal I wouldn't spend that kind of money on Rice.
I honestly don't know what Man City really wanted Rice in the first place.
I hope Arsenal gets Rice though, because they've spent a lot of time on him and they really need a good player in that position. I wonder how they would strengthen other part of their squad if they spend over 100million on a single player.

Manchester City is not going after Declan Rice anymore. So of course it is Arsenal. As we can see from the tweet of Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal is expected to get him very quickly. And honestly don’t think any other club is going to offer more than what Arsenal is offering right now.
With Declan Rice out of the way, Manchester City can now concentrate on getting other players.

Interesting development in Declan Rice transfer rumours today. Manchester City had first bid of 80m Euro fixed + 10m Euro addons before West Ham and Arsenal as expected made their third bid of 100m Euro fixed + 5m Euro addons [1]. City's bid was rejected and Arsenal bid is still on the table. Today, Romano has reported that City is now out of the race [2]for Declan rice, City don't want to be in the bidding war is what Romano reports. Now it is very close for Arsenal as City is out of the race and there is no other clubs in the race for Declan Rice.

Right now West Ham and Arsenal are discussing about the structure and payment terms of the fixed fee amount. It is very close now for Arsenal.
