Seems good for Real Madrid fans because Florentino Perez decision not ended with transfer for this season, I think Madrid still need with new center forward although success signing Joselu from Espanyol. I think Real Madrid need more attractive and experienced center forward like Harry Kane or Mmbappe. Joselu scored 16 goals last season with Espanyol and he can't helped that team relegated to La Liga 2 for next season but seems Joselu is compete for back up with center forward position.

Madrid should brave highest bid for signing Mbappe or Harry Kane, if lower bid seems difficult for signing their target and looks not realistic depend with other team interest want to give higher bid.
Real Madrid signed Joselu on loan for one season. Actually Joselu is not a new face at Real Madrid, he has studied at the Madrid Castilla academy and made his debut for the Real Madrid first team in the 2010/11 La Liga. Real Madrid's decision to sign Joselu was due to a shortage of players up front after losing Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio, Eden Hazard and Mariano Diaz.
Real Madrid is still trying to bring in a new striker with a higher quality to increase the sharpness of the front line. Until now, Real Madrid has been linked with Kylian Mbappe, Lautaro Martinez and Harry Kane. Real Madrid will have to fight hard to get one of them in order to compete with Barcelona in La Liga and other big teams in the Champions League.

I think if they fail to sign any of the top class strikers, it would certainly be a big burden for them to carry because the team will lack alot when it comes to the striking force, just imaging having a player like mbappe or harry Kane to their squad it would definitely boost the confidence of other players just as having benzema did for the  youngster that wants to impress and create a name for themselves. Real Madrid is a big club and losing these set of players can distabilize this team and will indeed affect them if they ever want to win trophies next season.

I don’t understand the Havertz signing, he hasn’t been great for Chelsea so not sure why Arsenal think he’s worth signing. Arsenal need a proper goalscorer, Havertz won’t give them lots of goals. He is not going to be the man to take them to the next level. As a Liverpool fan I am not concerned, then again we have our own problems.

Your perspective of view may not be as true as what the management saw in him that prompted them to sign him. Havertz may not be a prolific finisher, but he can contribute on the field and assist the club create more opportunities. Maybe he was missing some crucial links on the field of play that he can receive at Arsenal. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts doing better at Arsenal than he did at Chelsea.

I think Pochettino is making too quick bold decision since he letting their good players to join other teams e.g. Kante, Kovacic, Koulibaly, Mendy and Havertz. Obviously Pochettino already pick his 11 best players and few good players in bench, but if it's not go like his expectation, Chelsea fans would be very angry.

Ziyech is also among the players departing the club during this transfer window. I'm not sure what he's after, but whatever it is, it should be for the good of the entire team. We can't scrutinize him until the season starts, and we can't see anything helpful in all of the adjustments he's made to the team.

I want to believe that you are right as an Arsenal fan that I'm but the skepticism is giving me some doubt about Havertz as to why Chelsea keep bringing in alternative players to him instead of the coaches to used him. I mean look at his stats this season, he made about 35 appearance for Chelsea matches and was able to had 7 goals which out that matches, he started 30, that's a poor performance to be honest but anyways, I hope to see some changes from him in Arsenal, perhaps he can bring back the same luck he brought to Chelsea; In his first appearance, Chelsea had their first UCL cup with Tuchel, especially now that Arsenal is making their first appearance in Champions League after many years of trying.
Being a first-choice player is always desired by every player. In Chelsea, Havertz was not frequently played in his natural attacking midfielder position. This is why, in my opinion, he didn't score many goals this season. He was often utilized in a deeper role, focusing more on maintaining the team's overall play.

Hopefully, at Arsenal, he will be deployed in his preferred position and given more playing time to showcase his best performance. Let's wait for the official announcement of his transfer.

Kai Havertz is a young and quality football player. I think Arsenal made an important player transfer in the coming years as well. I don't understand why Chelsea sold him. I don't think it was the right decision to sell him, especially to a strong competitor like Arsenal. Of course, the decision has now been made, let's see what kind of gem Havertz will turn into in the hands of Arteta.
I am actually ambivalent to his signing at Arsenal. He makes the team stronger and will add or offer balance in Midfield. He has champion's league experience in terms of teammates he will fit in comfortably playing with  Gabriel Jesus and Gabrielle Martinelli Another  positive side I see about his signing is his height. This his physical presence. I think he is like six foot ten or so. This is a good signing from Chelsea to Arsenal and in Arsenal we are going to see his potentials and talents fully exploited more than we saw in Chelsea.

Real Madrid will compete as it is, it's repeated every season, so you certainly don't have to worry about that. About Mbappe, I thought it was clear by now, as the media keep saying that Real Madrid want him in 2024 for free, just when his contract expires. And besides, you could hear that from Real Madrid more than once

The latest news that has broken the speculation about Gundogan's future, Gundogan has now signed a two-year contract with Barcelona and the agreement between the two parties has been completed. With Barcelona officially withdrawing Gundogan, it means that the strength of the attack line is getting sharper, of course, Gundogan is experienced and can provide guidance to young players. Moreover, Barcelona's position is the same as Manchester City which managed to lead the top of the standings in La Liga. Gundogan will surely be Busquets' replacement captain and Xavi is far more in control of the situation. Gundogan's presence is quite important and does not rule out the possibility that next season Barcelona will still have the potential to win the La Liga trophy.
What do you think about Barcelona's performance in the future?

source : https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1671558716594745345

This is the news I've been waiting for. at least, Gundogan has proven his work ethic while with Manchester City. not infrequently, he is the decisive factor in the team's victory. to be honest, I was happy with this news and tried to check Fabrizio Romano's link. Gondohan, is a player who can play in various positions. Of course, by joining Barcelona, Barca currently has a replacement for Busquets. However, I'm not sure if the captain's armband will go to Gundohan. I'm pretty sure, he can partner with Do Jong in midfield and become a very solid team.

Ideally, Barcelona still needs one more newcomer from City. Yes, Bernardo Silva. that way, Barcelona will become a very strong team and have the potential to be a team that counts in the champions league. unfortunately, financial problems made it difficult for them to move in the hunt for potential newcomers. so, welcome to Gundohan to Camp Nou. but at least, Barcelona have solved one problem the team needs and, welcome to Gundohan to Camp Nou. thus, Barca still has the potential to defend their league title next season.

Some news sources started to say that Manchester United aren't interested in Harry Kane anymore. Because they find his cost too much to bring to the team. Actually Manchester United have newly been bought by a Sheikh so they would have a huge transfer budget to make their signings. But it looks like it isn't about affording him now.

They must be seeing it not very sensible to do. He is going to be 30 years old by the end of July so not every big team would be eager to spend 100+ million euros for him from now on. Of course he can still be productive for many more years but it is still a risk to take.
This is the transfer window season and news do circulates faster round the space. Spending €100 million on Harry Kane is completely unacceptable; after all, he has yet to win a title, so why is he so expensive? Harry Kane is a big fish in the picture, Manchester United would have signed him long before now, it's just that their scouting and deals have been put on hold until the new owner takes over, the Glazers wouldn't sign any player with their money knowing full well that they're leaving Old Trafford. Harry Kane will leave Tottenham Hotspur if the necessary bids are placed and a price is agreed upon.

Surprising move for me, but maybe Gundogan after winning everything with City is no longer so motivated and can afford such a risky move. But so far there is no news regarding his salary - after all, obviously he will not receive little, but the League requires Barcelona to reduce the payroll. Will its acquisition not hit the salary budget?

After Joselu's arrival in Madrid, there have been no further player acquisitions in their transfer window, as recently conveyed by Perez to the media. Kylian Mbappe, Lautaro Martinez, and Harry Kane are no longer pursued by Madrid. This indicates that they have halted their pursuit of securing the signature of any of these strikers.
Although the transfer window is set to close on August 31, 2023, it seems that Madrid intends to conclude their player purchases earlier. I believe this is merely a typical tug-of-war game in their pursuit of signing one of the aforementioned strikers.
It's very interesting how Perez came to the conclusion, but I'm sure it's not the best idea if Real Madrid still wants to win the title next season. Supposedly Real Madrid need to sign a quality striker after Benzema and several other strikers left the club at the same time, but if Perez really doesn't want to do it then it means Real Madrid are satisfied with the depth of their current squad.

There is still plenty of time for some changes to be made about the Real Madrid transfer saga. I still don't fully believe that Perez will actually continue next season without a few additional players, so the Real Madrid transfer saga is still very interesting to look forward to.

The signing of Havertz by Arsenal may be to add a player with a winning mentality that Arteta has not had so far, even though there are already many Arsenal players in Havets' position like Pablo Veira. Another possibility to accompany Odegard in creating Arsenal attacks.
Another reason behind signing Havertz was to anticipate Arsenal players leaving the Emirates Stadium.

Havertz wasn't so bad at Chelsea. In the 2022/2023 season, almost all the players played could not perform like the previous season.

£60m guaranteed fee + £5m, the price of a Havertz as stated by Romano.

I don't know I still think 60 million pounds is still a huge amount for Havertz. I agree that nearly none of the players in Chelsea squad had an impressive level of performance. But I think he wasn't as good as his Leverkusen times in the 2021/2022 and 2020/2021 seasons as well. They were decent level of performances but I still don't think he is worth this much anyway. But I would really like to be wrong about him after he starts to play for Arsenal. I think finally we will be able to see him playing as attacking midfielder most of the time.

Because Chelsea used him as a centre-forward so many times that he couldn't play in his natural position as much as centre-forward.

Newcastle did a bid of 50m euro to Milan for Sandro Tonali, 23 years old.

We are going for 3 billion spent this summer from Premier League.
Now news comes about Sandro Tonali that Newcastle have made their official bid €70m this is close to an agreement I think it is true that Newcastle want the AC Milan player until the previous offer was rejected but they dare to bid even higher, well this is their preparation to welcome upcoming season especially they are now in champions league competition.

In this article, Newcastle is still looking for a number of players to add to a better squad, there was even previous news that Newcastle would spend € 75m during this transfer season, it is clear that the management wants to add more to their spending finances.

https://theathletic.com/4627390/2023/06/21/newcastle-sandro-tonali-transfer-milan/
With the current conditions for Milan this will also be a good thing especially since they need money to make some purchases so that their conditions are balanced and at least their gaps can be repaired.
It's still quite big and I don't think they will be able to refuse this money for their current condition.

As for Newcastle at the moment I think they will indeed continue to look for some players to improve their quality especially now that they have to be ready to be in more competition because the Champions League is waiting.
Other news in the last few days they tried to sign Raphinha from Barcelona but according to some sources I read the offer was quite bad and even a cheap offer because indeed they would only give 30 million as well as Bruno Guimaraes as a means of exchange for Raphinha.

True, Jesulu is an alternative option that Real Madrid needs to consider since it has lost many strikers. I'm not sure why Real Madrid let go of so many strikers this season instead of extending their contracts, even if it's good for a revamp, but if we don't have good strikers then the performance of the team is very doubtful.

I've had see Barcelona grow and improve since Xavi coached them. Barcelona have been very strong domestically and we mustn't underestimate them again like they did a few seasons ago. Obviously I don't want Real Madrid to be humiliated again by their rivals in the El Clasico match, so we have to be able to get a quality striker instead of just Joselu.

We've already let some of the deadwoods and injury-prone players go so as to build a competitive team for next season, and some of these players were already out of contract, so letting them go for a decent price is good business.  Mount is the one player worth keeping and who would cause a lot of fuss if we let him leave, but if we can receive anything close to £70m, it's an excellent deal.
In my opinion, it can be allowed to be sold with a transfer fee of 70 million, but if there is not enough profit, this transfer may receive a lot of criticism. Mount is a key player. I don't know with whom they can make his contribution to the team, but if they approve the transfer, the technical team of the team must have a plan.

Perez already confirmed it and that statements were coming from him directly.

Forget what Perez said I don't think he would allow this golden opportunity slip through his fingers. I knew from the start that there's no way PSG was going to allow Mbappe run off his contract. I know it's always a difficult decision to see one of your best player leave but this is the right thing to do. If they can get £80M - 110M is not a bad business for a player that has less than a year on his contract.

Manchester United just had a second bid of £50M turned down. I think Mason Mount wants the move and would be a good signing for the Red devil. Maybe United will come up with an improved offer, the Glazer's inability to accept a preferred bidder in the United takeover is affecting the club activity in the transfer market. From what is been reported in the media, United have already lost Kim Min-Jae to Bayern Munich, I just hope they will be able to seal Mount's signature soon.
