I haven’t seen Gakpo play for PSV to be honest but he was very impressive in the World Cup with the Netherlands. It looks like a good signing but to be honest we really need a midfielder or two. Our midfield has been substandard  all season now. We need more energetic players in midfield, youth & physicality. I hope there will be at least another player join in January.

I don't know what happen with Manchester United based on Cody Gakpo transfer values about £37 million and seems not really expensive based on Manchester United pocket, why Erik Tan Hag can make Gakpo believe and get offering from Manchester United? After losing Cristiano Ronaldo as center forward, I think Tan Hag most disappointed because losing his target as Cody Gakpo has predicting for replacing position leaving by Cristiano Ronaldo.

IMO Liverpool already have enough defenders and those players aren't often injured, so substitution isn't really needed. Liverpool has many star defenders:Van Dijk, Arnold, Robertson, Gomez and Konate. While Liverpool is only have 5 strikers, 3 of them are currently injured, since Liverpool usually use 4-3-3 strategy, they need to find one more striker and it's Cody Gakpo.

I think the reason why many striker doesn't want to join Manchester United is people will think the new striker is replacing Ronaldo position, which make it's not easy for them. They need to have a good mental and high skill in order to make people didn't attack him when he's playing bad.

Van dijk has become the main actor why gakpo has been deciding move to the liverpool rather than MU. it seems like that MU didn't have an agent that can make him goes to the club. Mu must try to search for a potential player other than gakpo.The main reason why gakpo as picking liverpool rather than MU caused by van dijk and klopp. Van dijk will help him to adapt with the liverpool's environment easily and EPL.

Liverpool was silently trying to get him and yeah liverpool signed him as a new player. What a surprise from liverpool. MU must feel disappointed caused by liverpool was taking him first. that's a good move by liverpool to sign him as soon as possible.

As far as I am concerned, Newcastle is the only team that will actually be able to get Ronaldo to play for them. As a matter of fact, they can afford to get Ronaldo into the team in the first place. In addition to that, they can also play Ronaldo as the main striker for the team if they want. As of right now, Ronaldo is a free agent. As a result, I do not see any reason why Newcastle United should not take advantage of this opportunity.

There is no way Chelsea is willing to bring him into the team, in my opinion. The reason for this is that Chelsea is most likely not going to want to leave him with so much money on his salary.

TBH, I'm also a bit surprised, what I heard Man United who tried to sign him. Yeah i saw that too he was saying a non sense thing about manchester city. It seems like he didn't even aware about city's player lol. City has kevin de bruyne and so many good players in the club that were making it sitting at the second position right now. It seems like that he didn't even aware if those great players like haaland who has been making city was placed at the second place.
