For ibrahimovic, he still hasn't decided to retire because he is still able to play and it could be that the ultimate goal is to find an easier league.

Ibrhimovic's contract gonna expire at the end of this year. Ac milan has no interesting to extend his contract. Ibrahimovic was only playing a few games this season. That represents if acmilan lose interest on him due to the his age.
Ibrahimovic is not giving up with his age but he must accept that if he is not the same like when he was young.
The team is now thinking about the future of club. Im sure that if ibrahimovic may move to the another club. Monza has been rumored to be the next club for him since he will be leving with free agent at the end of this season.
His journey in the football is very long and we must appreciate as well it. Legend of acmilan when he was on his prime.
Ibrahimovic is still lucky enough that at the age of 40 he is still in a big team and now AC Milan is no longer interested because he is indeed old because he will no longer be a priority for the next season so the contract is allowed to run out and not renewed.

At the age of 41, he should have retired, but talent in football doesn't want to retire sooner, plus with the current age, the average interest is a small club, so Ibrahimovic has to accept the fact that he is no longer productive, Monza is interested, maybe he's still in say pretty good because it will still play in Serie A.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the best strikers to have ever graced the beautiful game of football. He's delivered incredible performances in different football stadia all over the world and at this age and time of his career, I think it'll be an honourable decision for him if he calls it a day in his playing career.
There's no way we're gonna experience the young and very energetic Ibrahimovic in again in football again.

I don't think there are many options or avenues for him to get into a top team now, precisely because he has been on the bench for so long. He didn't get any playing time, so it's hard to assess his game now, what if he doesn't know how to play at all? I think the path to Chelsea is closed to him...

Form is temporary, Class is permanent. He is still the Hazard we know and loved, he still has those abilities, he may struggle with his pace due to his age, but I'm confident he will pick up after a few games, the skills are there, he just lacks a bit of confidence, but with enough game time he will recover.

Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan is on the verge of joining Barcelona when his contract expires this summer, with the La Liga side swaying the Germany midfielder, 32, with an offer of a three-year deal.
Not after that performance in the FA Cup final, Ilkay Gundogan is one of the most underrated players in Europe, he is an exceptional footballer who always shows up in the most important period for City, i am pretty sure they will convince him to extend his stay. TBH, it can't really get any better than City, thus i don't see a reason why a player who is a regular starter in the club would be pushing for an exit, except for personal reasons anyway, and maybe the desire to try out a different league/country. Gundogan has lifted two titles as City captain this season, and he is going to lift the third on Saturday next week, and that's the all important one.

Once a big name, once a heavyweight and once a talented player who conquered English Premier League left Chelsea FC to Real Madrid with the dream to win the Balon D'or. Someone who was projected to replace Ronaldo and maintain his legacy in Madrid is leaving the club today having spent most if not all of his time in Real Madrid bench.
Anytime I remember Eden's story, it saddens my heart. He is leaving the club after a mutual agreement between him and the management of the club.

Unfortunately, his dream move did not go as planned, he had some injury setbacks, and Ancelotti hasn't made things any better for him since taking over, the last time Hazard had a game time was September last year, he's been sitting on the bench without any injury, and his relationship with Ancelotti finally broke down early this season. It would be really sad for him to retire in this manner, regardless of what anyone says, but I'm confident Hazard will find his feet again if he goes back to Chelsea, but that's up to Poch and Hazard, who is considering retirement from football.

When I read this it still feels unreal because everyone who remembers what a genius Eden Hazard was/is with the ball can't believe what turns his career took. He was one of the players that couldn't be stopped in 1 vs 1 and not even 1 vs 4 sometimes. It is inconceivable how all of this can go down the drain within months and even when injuries occur, with all the physical and therapeutical care they have available you would think that he will return for sure and be the old Hazard, but never again was he the old Hazard. But Ancelotti had his reasons I assume. Nobody knows how Hazard put effort into the training after all his setbacks. It would be normal to lose hope at some point. Any news where he is going next?

As for Marco Asensio, it is reported that he refused a contract extension, the player prefers to leave Real Madrid and try something new outside of Spain, but reportedly Asensio is now closer to PSG according to several sources.

It's a good move from him; he's won everything, and he's simply looking for more playing time to rebuild his career before the next Euro in 2024.

One by one Real Madrid players are starting to leave the club and the official statement was announced via the official account today. Three players have been confirmed to be leaving Real Madrid, namely Marco Asensio, Mariano Diaz and Eden Hazard. As for Marco Asensio, it is reported that he refused a contract extension, the player prefers to leave Real Madrid and try something new outside of Spain, but reportedly Asensio is now closer to PSG according to several sources.

As for Mariano Diaz and Eden Hazard, these two players spent their careers at Real Madrid only on the bench and these two players' contracts will also expire on June 30, 2023, so Real Madrid does not want to extend the contracts of the two players. Of course, the departure of these 3 players will make Real Madrid spend big on big players in the summer and that is what their fans are definitely waiting for.

Currently, news from Zlatan still has a condition where he is still quite excited to be on the Serie A stage. Today's latest news is Monza which will be Zlatan's next destination. Actually I still feel that he is someone who should retire soon but indeed in this case it seems he doesn't want to leave too early as a professional career

Zlatan is very old now. He will still be able to play in Serie A, and it is a sight to behold. The news about ibrahomivc gone to the monza already a month ago. Ibrahimovic has been stating that if he is still willing to play in ac milan. It doesn't matter a lot how many times he will be playing in the club but i think that if ibrahimovic has not been thinking to retire from football. His age was more than 41 years old. it can be considered as old player but he has no even small intention to stop playing football at this moment.
Im really amazed by his spirit even though he is old now.
Actually, for conditions of his age, even though there is no prohibition in this matter and it is free if you still want to play, but indeed we also need to realize that he is now too old to compete.
Indeed, his presence at Milan can still be a pioneer of enthusiasm for some young people there, but still, things like this can still be apart from being a player i think.

I believe for many players it is not helpful if they are so expensive and cost record sums of money. People judge you differently when you cost 80 million instead of 30 million, but that's how the business works and the players have to cope with it. Some get along with it better and some worse. I am not as critical of Maguire as he had a lot of games where he didn't look elegant, but he was effective at doing his job, which is defending. But recently I agree that wasn't his best time and the mistakes happened too frequently.
When Manchester United signed Harry Maguire from Leicester City, his performances were fantastic, with good duels and tackles in games, but as we all know, things changed for Harry. He lacked consistency and develop fatigued during games, losing his footing and confidence on the field. Harry Maguire is a major issue on the United defense, as he has committed numerous blunders that have resulted in goals. He's an Englishman, and Erik Ten Hag only uses him when he has no other choice. United were hit hard by injuries, particularly on the backlines, but the presence of Harry Maguire added to the pressure.
I don't see Harry having a good performance at Manchester United, instead he often makes the carelessness that Harry often does, which makes Manchester United lose every game
I was very happy when I heard that Harry had left the Red Devils and was replaced by a new player who had a better performance.

Saturday's gossip:

Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan is on the verge of joining Barcelona when his contract expires this summer, with the La Liga side swaying the Germany midfielder, 32, with an offer of a three-year deal. Interesting news, but can Barcelona financially afford such a player?

As a Barcelona fan, I am very happy if Gundogan is willing to play for Barcelona next season. even though he is 32 years old, he is a great player. his role at Barcelona is much needed, at least to replace the position left by Sergio Busquets. after all, his contract with Manchester City will expire on June 30, 2023. that means, he is a free agent. thus, Barcelona can bring him for free only regarding salary issues.
but on the other hand, several clubs also want this City midfielder. apart from Arsenal, currently AC Milan is reportedly interested in using his services. but apparently, Pep will not let go easily.  as du said Romano, Pep Guardiola about Manchester City's new proposal to IIkay Gundohan : will it be resolved? hopefully, I hope.

Barcelona are confident their financial plans will soon be approved by La Liga, enabling them to begin their transfer business, which will include the re-signing of 35-year-old Argentina forward and club legend Lionel Messi on a free transfer from Paris St-Germain. How well founded are these hopes? Will Messi agree to a big cut in his salary and earnings?

This is what I've been waiting for, we haven't received valid information regarding the current financial condition of Barcelona. but if we refer to Laporta's statements from several of his interviews, it seems that he is very confident and most likely he has a strategy to deal with the situation that is happening to his club.
Regarding Messi's pay cut, there seems to have been some talk in this direction before. and some rumors say, Messi has no problem with salary matters. I hope, in the near future I will get positive news.

Manchester City may not let Gundogan go, he is a very good player, and his brilliance is what made them win the FA cup game against Manchester United. Barcelona planning to get Gundogan is perhaps a second choice for Barcelona of they fail on being able to get Messi to come back to the team.

Karim Benzema will see out the final year of his contract with Real Madrid, despite rumours the former France striker, 35, is set to accept a lucrative offer to move to Saudi Arabia this summer. Great news for Real who don't yet have a real replacement for Benzema in attack.
This latest development about Karim benzema is more about love he has for the club Real Madrid than for money. A move to Saudi Arabia would have fattened his pocket especially him going into retirement but choosing to stay back to Real Madrid shows that he really has respect and love for the club.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of those players that I am interested in knowing what he will be doing next. Such a unique career and I am sure he has received an offer with a lot of money as well from another league. But he is this guy who would also be able to decide that this is it. If his home base is in Sweden maybe he is even thinking about going back to Sweden and play there for a last season.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 41 years old and will be 42 years old next season. This age is considered a limit even for goalkeepers. He has a career that is truly admirable. Also, he suffered a lot of injuries but was able to come back stronger each time. He definitely has a career that every footballer would want to live. However, it is not very realistic for him to continue playing football in the top leagues and top teams. Instead, he should play football in easier leagues and enrich his career statistically.
No way he looking to break the oldest player record like the famous japanese Kazuyoshi Miura who still playing now at 55 years old and reported also there is robert carmona in uruguay who still playing at the professional football level on his age 60 years old lol , that is not what zlatan looking for of course.

He insist to stay at milan but the club seems too respect on him to terminate or end the contract , zlatan probably leave this time. There is no clear rumor on him tho.

The enthusiasm that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has is still very high to continue to be a football player. But sooner or later age won't be able to lie anymore, it will stop him. For now, actually I wouldn't expect much from Ibrahimovic's game, I mean contributing to burning the mentality of his teammates is a good thing he did, just like he did at AC Milan.

I think when a player has good public relation and hype, it serve as a booster and ginger for them to perfom better but what I notice about Maguire is that last season didn't go well for him and because Erik Ten used him many times, he was all over the news and for that reason, he only had 16 appearance in total this season, he didn't do much and Manchester are ready to let him go but there is no club that are coming for that price, no sane club will even spend that kind of money on him and Manchester United also made mistake falling for his hype when he was in Leicester City to have him bought for $87M, that is a bad business to be honest.

Benzema situation seems to have been concluded. Because there is some news has come out on Transfermarkt like he is extending for one more season. I still can't be sure if this is the right thing to do for him. Because he has really achieved everything he can with Real Madrid. Especially the season before this one was like a dream for him. He reached the peak of his career individually. He was such a productive striker which made him win a Ballon d'Or prize later on. Besides he had a huge role in winning the La Liga and Champions League titles in the same season as well.

Now I believe it is absolutely the right time to leave and look for new adventures. Considering how big Al Ittihad's offer was Benzema should have taken the offer and put an end to the speculations in a nice way.

Benzema staying back at Real Madrid by be fuelled by the believe that he’s still a star the club is still looking up to and haven’t gotten a perfect replacement for him yet. He hasn’t found anyone in the club that is worthy of competing for his position yet, so why the rush for him to leave one of the biggest club in the world when he’ll still have enough playing time.

His decision could not be appreciated by others considering the amount the Saudi club wants to pay to have him in their team. Time will tell, I’m sure he’ll not extend his contract beyond 2024, this is just a season away before Real Madrid finds the perfect replacement for him. In my opinion, he made the right choice and I wish him all the best in his career.

After he made many mistakes which eventually brought a lot of criticism against him. I think it's pressure that Harry Maguire can't handle, so he can't get his best game back for a very long time. In fact, this season he has always shown a game that has annoyed the fans. It was a very different thing a few seasons ago when he appeared in a different team.
