Nice try by Leicester City. They did try their best to stay in the English Premier League. But they have not been able to do that. The performance from them this season has been terrible. They are getting relegated this season. Of course, the players who are showing some potential are not going to stay on the team. Not only Maddison and Tielemans, a lot of other players are also going to move away from the team.

Actually, even if they ended up staying in the English Premier League I think Maddison and Tielemans still would have left the team. The only difference is that now some other players are also going to follow in their footsteps as well.

Since the death of Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha the owner of the club, Leicester has not been the same. The heir Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha has not shown much commitment to the club. I am suspecting that he doesn't have a passion for football or he is not business minded. The club have sold so many key players without matching replacement and the management have failed to put out funds to buy new players. Brendan Rodgers tried his best to bring the club back to its past glory but failed and he was replaced by Dean Smith. Smith couldn't achieve much and now they have been relegated. It would have been better for King Power to sell the club last season, instead of allowing a former premier league champion to degrade to the extent of moving to EFL championship. I guess the club will sell more players and make more money and if the management is not careful they will remain in the championship for many years.
Since winning the EPL, Leicester city has returned to its original mode, a mediocre team, not trying to become a big team, not looking for replacements for Ranieri, Mahrez and Kante, proof that management and financial strength are the main things in the EPL league.

Yes, it's true, since the death of Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, Leicester city has even fallen into financial problems, several pillars of high salaries have been removed and minimal spending this season, the results are very easy to see, even Brendan Rodgers' classmate can't do anything with makeshift players.

I see that the symbol of loyalty is in Jamy Vardi, from the start of the promotion to the championship until now, he has returned to the championship vision, he has survived.

It is official Pochettino signs for Chelsea

The race and tussle for good coach has gotten to an end, while I believe Chelsea's problem is not all about coaching. Graham Potter would have succeeded in Chelsea assuming he was given time to go on pre season with the Chelsea guys. He came unprepared and had to hit the ground running from no where. Frank Lampard in his second journey to Chelsea also met an already confused team and he does not have the capability to change things.

Now Poch is here and there is time for pre season. I wish him well

What an interesting journey by Leicester! I still can't forget about the time they won the Premier League title - the 2015/16 season. But this journey has come to an end in a pretty bad way I'm afraid. They have found themselves in the Championship now even though they did what they had to do last week. Their squad was filled with quite impressive players and this helped them score many goals despite their placement.

But after this very disappointing result I guess that they will lose some valuable players in the summer. Maddison and Tielemans are the ones I know very well. Tielemans has been speculated with Arsenal for a long time and I wonder if they still are interested. When it comes to Maddison I have even heard about speculations linking him with Manchester City. So there is a nice probability of seeing him playing for a bigger team in this league also.

I don't know about Tielemans but Maddison seems to have a bigger potential to show a solid performance for a big team.

I just hope Pochettino performance will be different from other previous Chelsea coach.  Pochettino is a good coach I'm having this believe in me he will be totally different from others.
I really don't think the problem is with the coach, remember that these are the same guys that sacked the special one (José Mourinho ) who was(is) considered  among the best managers around and we can not say problem is with the coach..NO!!!
The problem I see is team chemistry isn't  being built, and because the teams are always being rotated the teams don't know each other...more regular play should yield better results.

Chelsea really  needs a good striker for next season,  this will really help them to win their games next season.
These guys have already spent a lot of money into the team, I don't think they need a new face unless they sell some to get new replacements. For now they better work with what they have.

We know very well that several talented players have left Leicester since becoming the EPL champions, such as Kante and Mahrez, as for the others, I forgot a little. In this squad for many seasons, only the living legend, Jamie Vardy, has not wanted to leave Leicester until now. It seems that after winning the EPL that season, Leicester's performance has declined after being left behind by their key players and they were finally relegated this season.

Regarding Maddison and Tielmans, I think there have been rumors for a long time that these two players will leave Leicester, it's just that until now there has been no recent news regarding their transfer rumours. But if in the end Maddison and Tielmans leave Leicester it is a good decision, we know Maddison and Tielmans are two talented players that Leicester have and it would be a shame if these two players chose to stay. Tielmans' option to Arsenal is actually quite good, considering that the London team will definitely try to add ammunition to win the EPL title next season, after this season Arsenal had failed to win it. For Maddison, it's likely that if he went to Manchester City he would only be a cover, but there are other English clubs interested in bringing Maddison, such as Manchester United and Newcastle. I think Maddison has to reconsider his decision and if he wants to get regular minutes then he has to go to Newcastle.

Manchester United see no reason not to renew Marcus Rashford's contract. Manchester United's best striker is Marcus Rashford and he is currently in his best form. One of Manchester United's first-choice and regular players is Marcus Rashford. If for some reason Manchester United does not renew the contract with him, then several English clubs will show interest in taking him, he may be Chelsea or Newcastle on the list. I think Manchester United will sign a new contract with Marcus Rashford.

Checking the performance of Marcus Rashford in Manchester United he is one of the best players in his team and Ten Hag definitely needs this player for next season, however, his contract ends in 2024 but I think this could be a safe move if Manchester United extends his contract even end of this season before his contract ends.

Glad to see that chelsea gets at a better coach than the previous coaches.

Chelsea has been changing its coach three times in the first season of new chelsea under todd boehly.

To be honest I am glad that they had brought Pochettino in Premier League. I was actually excited to see Potter when he was signed in but it was too much pressure for him. Lampard was kinda like stand-in just to patch things till they hire someone they want so not really something that they wanted in real in my opinion but from all these one things is clear that Chelsea desperately wants to fix things up and they are looking for the right manager and it will go on until they find someone who can give Chelsea a consistency they need to have.

So, i think that here's possible plan for pochettino in summer

- Sell some players
- Bring back lukaku to the stamford bridge + buy lautaro from inter.

For sure they will sell players as they have lot of players that they might not be able to give chances properly and it is only way to make space in the squad. Lukaku is also gonna come back from loan but I don't know why I feel like he is unwanted at the club right now. It's possible that if Pochettino feels like keeping him then things can change but I think his future is bit uncertain at Chelsea at the moment.[1]

About Lautaro there is high chance of him staying at Inter despite the interests. But its true that even after signing Nkunku, they are interested in signing another striker.[2]

coach pochettino  is experienced in English premier league, he's taking over a youth team. With his experience he will transform this team to a competitive one.  It will take time and patient to develop this team. Some players has to be sold out, qualifying to champions league should be their target next season

I agree with the idea that Pochettino needs time. I hope Chelsea club managers will show him the patience he needs. So, they should be at least as patient with him as they were with Graham Potter. They have had an unstable and poor performance this season. The transfers they spent millions of dollars could not contribute to the team. I hope the experienced coach Mauricio Pochettino manages to reverse all this bad process. Actually, after a good striker transfer, I think he can level up the team. I hope they transfer the right player to the team this time.

The most difficult task is to sell the players to another club. EPL has been ordering chelsea to do that to compete with FFP regulation.

It's really awesome to see him in chelsea. He has become trending on twitter right now.

I hope so but still waiting for what's gonna be his plan for chelsea? Pochet contract until 2026.

In my opinion, if the first thing that must be done by poche to the chelsea is selling so many useless players in the club. Chelsea has some strikers but none of these strikers are useful at this moment. The result in the last match was very disappointed.
Havertz's ideal position was not striker but he must have played behind the striker. It's the strategy that being used by tuchel once chelsea was winning UCL a few years ago. The coaches in todd's era was not even understand how to get the ideal position for its players. I hope pochettino will fix it.

He is always playing behind timo that became striker at that time.
Pochettino really has to work hard to select players in the current Chelsea squad. I think Chelsea have pretty good players. but they don't have good handling from previous coaches. so now a big job to get Chelsea to their best again. they will probably dump some players and also bring in some. Pochettino moment is right in the moment. they can negotiate in the summer transfer market.

Pochettino is no ordinary manager. Pochettino is a man with the capacity to reverse Chelsea's failing time. The players on the team are not bad players, they just don't have the motivation they need. Pochettino is a coach who can give that motivation. I don't want to be wrong and I think good things will happen. I wonder what they will do about the transfer. This team needs some star players as reinforcements. Because the other teams in their league are very high quality. If they want to take part in the race, they have to improve their quality.

It should be remembered that as long as Todd Boehly is the owner of Chelsea, we will always see blunders both in the middle and at the end of the season.
Todd Boehly is the man behind the significant signings of new players, and his hiring of a new coach is welcome. Frank Lampard will explore for other options. Chelsea's board of directors has finally released the tension surrounding the hiring of a new coach. Chelsea's official confirmation of Mauricio Pochettino as the club's new manager has the internet buzzing. After being fired by the Parisians in the French league last season, the Argentine makes a U-turn to the Premier League. He is fully prepared for the forthcoming season and will be fully engaged. I believe his presence will result in an excellent development for the club..
To be honest, I will not confirm by saying that his presence as the new Chelsea coach will bring good development for Chelsea. Because before too many Graham Potter also said so, but in fact he even made matters worse. I'm also not going to say he's going to make things worse, but I have to see how he's going to make Chelsea even better.

Actually, with Chelsea's current state, they don't have to be in a rush to aim for something high, especially when it's competing for the championship. For me, with the current condition of the team, even finishing in the top 4 positions is already a big achievement for them. Don't aim too big because that might put pressure on the squad, and if they can't control that pressure then they will be far from hopeless.

Chelsea needs to think again for twice before the club wanna try to take any steps. The new manager has come but it doesn't mean if the new manager will able to change everything in the club. im not sure with the come of pochettino will able to change the club to be even better. Since the problem was not only in the owner. The main problem was also in the management of club. Todd shall have sacked anyone who have been coming from brighton.
These amateur management was just trying destroy the club. It seems like that if it will take a very long time for chelsea to recover from its bad performance. I hope that if pochettino will not as bad as lampard and potter.
Todd has been making so many bad mistakes once he was buying chelsea. I don't like the new owner. he looks so stupid in the football.

Your argument is based on emotion and not performance because Chelsea has spent alot this season and for that, they should be in better position than any other teams, but settled down for 12th place, that is too bad, Manchester United didn't do much and they are far better than what Chelsea has played this season. Pochettino has 3 years to reshape and reform the teams and I believe with available resources, he can do better for Chelsea by July in the next season, they would have aboundant time to train and also to play the English Premier League except for other England domestic leagues.
As we enter a new chapter in Chelsea's journey, it is my hope that this fresh start may bring good luck and many victories. Not so excited about the change, but I do believe that their new manager, Pochettino, is a class above Lampard and Potter. With his proven approach and track record of success, I have faith that he will help make Chelsea great again. Pochettino's rigorous mentality make him the ideal candidate to build a top-quality squad. Chelsea fans, should feel proud and optimistic about this appointment. With Pochettino at the charge, there is every reason to hope for the best.

Yeah, they finished in 12th position, thus qualifying for the CL next season should be considered as progress. Chelsea have invested quite a lot of money on players, and i know that some people expect them to compete for the EPL title next season, but it isn't going to happen. Chelsea have players that are individually talented, but they need a coach that can get the best out of them as a team; Pochettino is a good coach, but he has to lower his expectations with the team for now, getting themselves back into the CL should be their priority.

According to the source above, Real Madrid are planning to make an offer for Roberto Firmino soon. Actually this has been rumoured for some time and it looks like they are serious about this transfer. Firmino is actually only one of their targets right now. He might not be their first choice but they would think of him as a solid option I assume. Because his contract is about to expire with Liverpool.

Interestingly Liverpool don't want to continue with him either. Firmino isn't a useless player right now in my opinion. By doing this they will rely on Nunez more unless they fill Firmino's space.
I've heard a lot of these rumours in recent days and it seems true that Real Madrid are currently trying to bring in an alternative striker to cover for Benzema. It seems that Firminho is quite suitable for this role, especially if I'm not mistaken Firminho is a free agent so Real Madrid will be able to get him for free.

Liverpool have actually confirmed that Firminho will leave Anfield this summer and it seems that Firminho is already unable to compete with other young players, so he must determine which club his future will play at, fortunately Firminho is currently the only club interested in signing him is Real Madrid, so I think Firminho has to make a decision about his career in the near future.
