He's not retiring as he desired, but he evidently had no choice; I wish him the best in his retirement.

I always thought that Pochettino is an average coach. I don't know but he didn't come across as someone who has great strategic knowledge or who has an appearance that helps him manage superstars from PSG. His end in Paris came so quickly, but it was the right move. PSG needs to change a lot and if they want to be successful they need a world class coach as well.

Now getting back Pochettino doesn't sound like the right solution for Tottenham. But at the same time it will be hard for them to sign a big name from the coaches that are available. Sure money solves those problems anyway, but it's also evident that Pochettino pretty much won nothing except for Ligue 1 and Coup de France, but come on. And he has been a coach for 14 years now.

News about this has started to get busy, especially with the current conditions where Glasner reportedly refused the contract extension offered by Frankfurt. Of course this makes the news about Tottenham preparing to find a replacement for Conte increasingly heard.

He had a great time as their coach in the past, and rebuilding that relationship will be beneficial to both him and the team. Despite the controversy, Mou is still one of the good coaches but to come back to Madrid despite the rumors there I think it will be a bit difficult.

These days people are talking about a possibility of Aubameyang to return to Barcelona again soon. It wouldn't surprise me at all to be honest. Because it is like he has no place in Chelsea lineup right now. Potter doesn't have any plans for him in the starting eleven obviously. I think the problem is from the Tottenham's player, not the manager, so if Tottenham want to replace with the new manager, it's need to be someone who dare to make a huge change just like Ten Hag or Potter.
