Actually, with Chelsea's current state, they don't have to be in a rush to aim for something high, especially when it's competing for the championship. For me, with the current condition of the team, even finishing in the top 4 positions is already a big achievement for them. Don't aim too big because that might put pressure on the squad, and if they can't control that pressure then they will be far from hopeless.

Chelsea needs to think again for twice before the club wanna try to take any steps. The new manager has come but it doesn't mean if the new manager will able to change everything in the club. im not sure with the come of pochettino will able to change the club to be even better. Since the problem was not only in the owner. The main problem was also in the management of club. Todd shall have sacked anyone who have been coming from brighton.
These amateur management was just trying destroy the club. It seems like that if it will take a very long time for chelsea to recover from its bad performance. I hope that if pochettino will not as bad as lampard and potter.
Todd has been making so many bad mistakes once he was buying chelsea. I don't like the new owner. he looks so stupid in the football.

It should be remembered that as long as Todd Boehly is the owner of Chelsea, we will always see blunders both in the middle and at the end of the season.
Chelsea will do better, the new owner of the club Todd Boehly cannot be blamed for the total failure of the men's Chelsea team this season. He contributed in his own way by being involved in team decisions somehow, but having seen how that affected the team, by next season he will want to reduce his involvement to give the new coach Pochettino a chance to rebuild this club.

Chelsea brought in too many player last season, and that contributed too to the confusion that came with team selection for all the managers of Chelsea last season. Pochettino having enough time can send some players away and keep some from the already Chelsea team, he will also bring in a few players of his own and pushing the team very hard in training as he is known for.

Pochettino has already mentioned one player he will be needing in Chelsea, the defensive Midfield player from Sporting Manuel Ugarte. Chelsea will be pushing to sign him.

Salihamidzic and Kahn both are out now even though Bayern Munich made it to the title in the Bundesliga literally in the final moment. Kahn was the CEO and Salihamidzic was the sporting director of the team as you know. It looks like the team found them guilty of this inadequate performance during a big part of this season. There was a really bad call with a really bad timing for the team for example. They decided to replace the coach in a very critical time period of the season and expected Tuchel to do some magic in a short time after his arrival.

This was the most interesting and amateurish move by Bayern Munich in my opinion. Nagelsmann and Tuchel didn't do a very different job so far. Tuchel could have still been brought here by the end of the season which was more sensible.

Nagelsmann was sacked just as Bayern were in contention for the treble, but in the end the substitution only resulted in Bayern being lucky that Dortmund were generous and gave them the title at the last minute. I'm not sure if Nagelsmann could have beaten City, but most likely the team would have played more reliably in the DFB-Pokal and the Bundesliga than in the face of the sudden change in situation due to the arrival of a new coach in the middle of the season.

But in my opinion Poche's task in this case will be a little easier because for the current conditions they are almost at the bottom of the standings so the demands are only to improve the team and not participate in the championship for the first season even though if that also happens it will obviously be better.
On the other hand, I hope this doesn't have a negative effect next season with Poche because this season, even though many coaches have alternated at Chelsea, this has only made matters worse.
In my opinion, like Chelsea's performance and the existence of a big club the demands that Pochettino will face are very tough namely he must be able to target a maximum position in the top 4 or at least in the top 5. Even though it sounds quite difficult, considering how Chelsea was last season automatically what Pochettino is facing is a problem from its roots. Repairing from all sides and what is clear is that it all takes a long time. The most important thing, for now, is that Chelsea is in the right hands, Pochettino experience in the Premier League and his experience managing a big club like PSG with a squad full of stars should be a reference in fixing the messy composition of players. I don't know why I'm quite annoyed with the purchase of Chelsea players this season, apart from wasting money they also seem to not prioritize the needs of the team. A player for 100 million euros is no different from a player for 10 million euros. The price tag is exaggerated and the quality is below standard, I won't name the player but everyone already knows buying the player is Chelsea's worst decision this season.

According to the source above, Real Madrid are planning to make an offer for Roberto Firmino soon. Actually this has been rumoured for some time and it looks like they are serious about this transfer. Firmino is actually only one of their targets right now. He might not be their first choice but they would think of him as a solid option I assume. Because his contract is about to expire with Liverpool.

Interestingly Liverpool don't want to continue with him either. Firmino isn't a useless player right now in my opinion. By doing this they will rely on Nunez more unless they fill Firmino's space.

I wonder how many top players will decide to remain in Chelsea next season. Most of them came to the club with the exception that they will be playing in the champions league and some of them came from top clubs. Chelsea have started their next season plan on a good note by bringing in an experienced coach but the have to be patient with him. His target shouldn't be to win any competition but to be in the top four positions. The disorganization in the Chelsea team will take a long time to reorganize. And Pochettino will be able to do the job.
I'm not going to be happy just because Chelsea signed Pochettino and that seems to be making a positive impact. Make no mistake, everything started and was only said to be successful when Pochettino received the full support of Todd Boehly regarding team management. Reflect on some coaches and how Todd Boehly didn't always get along. I mean, remember when Tuchel, who once managed Chelsea with good management, could easily be sacked because Tuchel had the principles and management that Chelsea really needed, especially Pochettino, whose job is quite tough now. There is no guarantee whatsoever that Pochettino has his full support. It should be remembered that as long as Todd Boehly is the owner of Chelsea, we will always see blunders both in the middle and at the end of the season.

They made bad transfers. They are in a hurry, I'm not sure Pocethino will keep many players unless the club doesn't give money to buy new players. So far, Potter and Lampard have not been able to manage players at fantastic prices.
Chelsea are in a bad period, they are in transition. So appointing a mediocre coach is a big gamble. Pocethino should have brought them better. Pocethino has quite good experience with Tottenham despite never winning the title, he looks better than Potter and Lampard.

Yeah, they finished in 12th position, thus qualifying for the CL next season should be considered as progress. Chelsea have invested quite a lot of money on players, and i know that some people expect them to compete for the EPL title next season, but it isn't going to happen. Chelsea have players that are individually talented, but they need a coach that can get the best out of them as a team; Pochettino is a good coach, but he has to lower his expectations with the team for now, getting themselves back into the CL should be their priority.

That sounds more reasonable than aiming straight for the title. I mean it's not wrong for them to target all of that, but they also have to realize what state they started in. Obviously the first thing their new coach has to do is lay the foundations for the team, and it will surely take time for them to come back strong. We cannot ignore processes like this, and certainly will not be easy to do.
I'm not sure which players will leave Chelsea and which players will be part of the squad, including new players. What I know for sure they will make changes on a large scale of various things.

Bayern Munich management is used to winning trophies seamlessly that they saw their recent struggle to win the Bundesliga as a failure. I am only blaming Dortmund for losing this great opportunity to show them that are not unbeatable. The owners of the club are very impatient that they didn't even wait for the end of the season before the sack. The former legendary goalkeeper Oliver Khan was prevented from joining the team from celebrating their title at the Allianz Arena after working hard to make it happen.

Have we heard anyone from Dortmund being sacked? This is why Bayern is the best team. Kahn definitely built a team culture that is good and they are doing alright but this season was a "let down" considering how it ended, if Dortmund didn't dropped the ball on the last second then we would have seen Dortmund win the title, that is not acceptable for Bayern and they are not going to really let it slide, I feel like that's not an acceptable situation.

From Dortmund, No. I feel at worst Terzic might be sacked but I am saying without any reports, so let's see.

ABout Bayern director and CEO sack, I would say it was decided from the beginning that they will sack Salihamidzic and Oliver Kahn despite of the results. If Dortmund hadn't dropped it then Bayern would not have won the title. Luckily it went Bayern's way but like I said it felt like it was decided from the beginning whether they have won the title or not. Lot has gone down at Bayern and it was a tough decision but they have made it. I feel that both Salihamidzic and Oliver Kahn had done a great job at Bayern and I think they should have been given another season as a chance.

I know that it is going to cost Bayern a lot to try to rebuild the whole management structure, they need to find someone else who would be better, and that is not an easy thing, definitely not as many loyal people who are as talented as him, but they will do their best to find someone.

Dreesen has already been appointed as Bayern's CEO but they haven't yet made new director yet. Hopefully, whoever comes will fill in the expectations better.

Poche finally joined Chelsea and they hired this coach in time because they can have enough time to buy the players he wants for the teams instead of spending on unwanted players I think this Argentinian manager should give a list to make the teams for the next season.

I think they should start hiring players even now and according to what I see on transfermarkt they are even trying to hire Mason Mount for next season.

mount is selling well on the market, even man utd is interested in it and it is reported that they are in talks with Chelsea management about the possibility of buying mount at below-market prices (man utd made an offer of 55 million pounds)

I myself have noticed that Mount is not a creative player and will have a good impact on Man Utd in the same way if he moves to Liverpool, it is unlikely that Mount will give a good performance
Mount is not good enough to play in Manchester united, no doubt he is a good player, but he will not fit in to Ten Tag new vision for Manchester united, let him consider Liverpool if klopp bid for him. A player of his kind deserves to play in a competitive club. Chelsea will not be playing any major cup next season. I think Mount should leave regardless of the fees. He has a good future. But coming to Manchester united will not be possible except he wants to seat on the bench.

Since Leicester City finally got relegated some big names can finally move out of the club
Players like Madison, Barnes, Ndidi, Telemann and Mendy
They do not need to go back to championship big clubs will have to buy and get them out
Maddison is hot commodity for Leicester because this player was targetting by big clubs such as Newcastle and previously Leicester want Maddison to extended his contract but after Leicester relegated i think very possible he will leave the club because i am sure he don't want to playing at championship division and other players such as Youri Tielemans, Ayoze Perez and Caglar Soyuncu will be status free agent this summer and certainly will leave but last time i heard Atletico Madrid were interested to Soyuncu and for Youri Tielemans some of big clubs such as Liverpool and Arsenal are realized to his potention and even Arsenal is very serious want him because although he was failed to bringing Leicester to survive in premier league but Arteta feel Tielemans is suitable to play at bigger clubs

I do know how they feel to play in the championship is such a disgrace for all of them. that's why they are looking for the best way to continue his career. Playing in the championship league will not help them all to improve their careers and i guess that if there will be more players to go out from the club as soon as possible. Playing in the championship league is a proof about how bad the performance from leicester city.

They do not need to go back to championship big clubs will have to buy and get them out

Finally the time has come for leicester city to play in the championship league. i know that how disappoint so many leicester fans to this result but they must accept it as a result from the bad performance by the club.
Bye leicester city. Burnley will be replacing leicester as the team promoted to the EPL under kompany.

If the next manager's main ambition is to return to the Champions League, then fighting for the league title by next season should also be on the agenda. It is true that Pochettino, the new Chelsea Coach, needs to lower their expectations, and I hope that doing so will not have any influence on the terms they agreed upon when contracting with him. It will not be an easy trip to get the team back to working together prosperously, but I believe Pochettino will do his best.
Actually, with Chelsea's current state, they don't have to be in a rush to aim for something high, especially when it's competing for the championship. Rashford still hasn't extended his contract with Manchester United and it must be getting more worrying for the team on one hand. Because Rashford has made a huge progress recently. Under Erik ten Hag's management he has improved his performance a lot. He has made a huge level of contribution to the team with goals and assists throughout the season.

But his contract is still ending by the end of next season. This can even encourage some top teams to make an offer for him this summer. I wouldn't expect Manchester United to sell him of course but I wonder if Rashford would think of it.

Since under the tutelage of Erik Ten Hag, several Manchester City players have improved in performance and one of them is Marcus Rashford. even Marcus Rashford is called one of Manchester United's best players, at least he has scored 30 goals this season. based on several news sources that I read, Ten Hag emphasized that there was no need to worry about Rashford's contract situation, the 25-year-old player was just waiting to sign a new contract.

Ten Hag claims that Rashford wants to renew his contract. "He himself wanted it, Manchester United also wanted it to happen," he told Viaplay. besides, Ten Hag hopes that the new contract will make Rashford even sharper in the seasons to come. as this season, the player has scored 30 goals in all competitions. after all, Rashford is in on the next Ten Hag project. So, it is difficult for any club who wants to sign him in the next summer transfer window. after all, he has made it clear on several occasions that he feels at home under Erik Ten Hag's tutelage.
Marcus Rashford without doubt is one of the best English players of his age and playing position at the moment and that's why he deserves to be accorded with some respect while dealing on issues that concerns him.
The relationship that Manchester United share with Rashford makes it very difficult for the player to leave the club despite not renewing his contract with the club but if hlat the end Manchester United fails to come to terms with Rashford, finding a new club for the English international won't be hard to do
Manchester United see no reason not to renew Marcus Rashford's contract. Manchester United's best striker is Marcus Rashford and he is currently in his best form. One of Manchester United's first-choice and regular players is Marcus Rashford. If for some reason Manchester United does not renew the contract with him, then several English clubs will show interest in taking him, he may be Chelsea or Newcastle on the list. I think Manchester United will sign a new contract with Marcus Rashford.

Pochettino has easy target with Chelsea upcoming season by finish on top fourth standing position and bring back qualify to Champion League next season. Actually, Chelsea has domestic competition only for next season and seems for Pochettino without have focus on European competition after Chelsea failure finish on top fourth standing.

First thing need improvement is on attacking line, Pochettino should looking the best forward next season has consistency performance for scoring goals on every match. Have enough time on pre season match should get effective by Pochettino if won't loss position as the previous manager.
Chelsea had a poor season, failing to qualify for the UCL and suffering a string of defeats. I believe they will return to winning ways since there is new operation management under Pochettino, who is the ideal guy to rehabilitate the club from its particular challenges. Mauricio Pochettino's key aims in the current season are to build the confidence of his new club, since he understands how the Premier League works and the specific areas of the team that need to be improved. In terms of the attacking line, he will make a few acquisitions to help our leading striker, Nkunku. Chelsea have already made a move for RB Leipzig's Christopher Nkunku, who will join the club next season.

Pochettino main task next season with Chelsea I think will be quite tough for him because the main target is to bring Chelsea to finish in the top 4 and qualify for the Champions League. In terms of team strength, of course Chelsea have players who are individually talented and even their quality will be very good if Pochettino is able to implement more efficient tactics next season. I think Chelsea just need to improve up front because they need a sticker figure who is more aggressive in scoring goals which this season their big weakness is not having a sticker who is really able to complete the task perfectly on the front lines.

Apart from that, next season, Chelsea will definitely get stronger competition from other teams because Liverpool and Manchester United will put a lot of pressure on the top of the standings.
