Yeah definitely can add to Leeds attack given how well they attack in counters and with McKennie's space they can give their opponents some hard time. Its a good move if you ask me. I was expecting some big clubs to make a move on him but Leeds are also not that bad of a club either. I think at Leeds he is gonna have a bit different role and possibly maybe more freedom for him to play. Let's see what Jesse Marsch has in mind for him.

I think that you shall read some statements that already made by eddie howe. Howe signing a new player based on how important the players for the club. Howe was not a coach that was thinking only for a short term plan. If newcastle has a plan to bring ziyech to st james park and that will be so good. Newcastle needs a good guy like ziyech. Chelsea wanna try to let some players leave from the club as chelsea has got some multi talented players. Gordon and ziyech will become good buyst for newcastle.
newcastle needs not only young player but experienced players too.

I'll agree with you, as I saw the news already before I ame to see it here again, Leeds United are good at getting pacy wingers. I watched Mckennie during the Fifa World Cup with United States of America, his performance was catchy even for someone who barely watch football.
The Premier League isn't a soft place to spray hairs and do all sorts of fashion lifestyle, if you're a consistent player with week in week out performance, you'll rot good on the bench. In few day the deal will come to full agreement.

Chelsea wants to sell ziyech to the as roma while gordon is not yet determining his choice. Newcastle may become the most potential club for gordon but I don't even think Chelsea wanna try to give newcastle a chance to take ziyech from Chelsea.
That's a bit easier for Newcastle to convince those players to join with the club after newcastle was acquired by arabian consortium which is really good in supporting the club with unlimited funds. that will be a very wise transfer by Eddie Howe to take zieych and gordon.

As far as I understand the ambitions of Newcastle's owners stretch far enough and it's only a matter of time before buying star players. Perhaps if Newcastle stay in the top 4 this season, that time will come sooner than everyone expected. As for the reasoning about players who want to play not for money, but for a club, it’s rather naive (by the way, Newcastle doesn’t have such a name as Real Madrid, Bavaria, etc.) that even in theory someone just wanted to play for this club from considerations of prestige ideology or something like that.

Regardless of what Newcastle actually could have brought in big players but they realized this was not the right time because they needed a process of course.
They have to bring in slowly and right now what Howe is looking for is quantity. He realized that when one of the star players was there it would make a bit of a big shift and it could have an impact on performance so they made a number of things so they could increase player transfers again and again as the season went on.
