There is excessive noise everywhere because Chelsea is searching for a new coach. It feels as if they are trying to sell the club rather than hire a coach, which leads to unnecessary chatter. Whenever I hear news about discussions between Chelsea and Pochettino regarding transfers, my interest die down once I discover that the deal has yet to be finalized. It's true that Pochettino has not won any titles during his time in England, there's a chance he has learned from his mistakes and is eager to lead Chelsea to success, fulfilling Todd Boehly's dream for the club.

Chelsea has been changing its coach so many times. It's likely the problem was on the owner of chelsea. The result is far different compared when chelsea was under abramovich's era. All the players seem to lose their strength when it comes into play in the EPL.
Chelsea has no chance anymore to be qualified for UCL. it's become even closer to the relegation zone. i heard that if pochettino has been reaching the final aggrement with chelsea. He was not so bad as a coach. Pochettino was able to make totenham almost winning EPL but it was not winning due to the leicester city has more points at the end of season compared with totenham. I can hope only if there will be progress in chelsea. Chelsea has been changing its manager a few times and so far there's no improvement that happened with the club.

There's no improvements happened with the club when chelsea under lampard as caretaker until the end of season.

Lampard doesn't need anything because the reason why Chelsea brought him here was to have a manager temporarily until making their decision on a permanent one. Therefore Lampard was never going to be their permanent manager. Pochettino and Nagelsmann have been the most rumoured names to sign for Chelsea. First they said that Nagelsmann was close to signing a contract with them but now things seem to have changed.
Well i know Lampard was basically not hired to win any trophy, but Todd Boehly also didn't sign up for these shambolic performances every week when he hired Lampard to be caretaker boss, since his return to Chelsea he has lost all five games as manager, thus i am pretty sure the Chelsea hierarchy would be confused either to sack him or allow him see out the season, but what if they do that, and with Lampard's horrific form Chelsea finishes in the bottom half of the table, closer to the relegation zone that the top four.

Having said that, both Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique have both pulled out of the race to be Chelsea manager, thus it is just Pochetinno right now, and info from reliable sources is that the deal is very close, so Pochettino might be Chelsea's manager very soon.

Since Chelsea was under the ownership of Tood boehly, Chelsea performance has been quite bad, even changing coaches and buying players of good quality have not been able to bring about big enough changes. Even under Lampard, Chelsea have never won a match in the last 5 matches.

if Pochettino is targeted by Chelsea officials to become a coach next season I think it will also be in vain if management is unable to give the coach a lot of time to carry out the mission they will achieve. Lampard needs time to bring Chelsea back to strength in the EPL and management must understand the current situation at the club.

Pochettino didn't have a great career consisting of big achievements with Tottenham in the Premier League indeed. However this never means that it will stay that way. He is experienced about managing a big team in the biggest European league. Maybe he can use this experience to Chelsea's advantage. Chelsea need a manager who can take the right steps for the team to save them from a deep well.

Now there is a new rumour like this:

After being linked with Chelsea for a long time we are seeing Neymar speculated with Manchester United as well. If Manchester United really become a rival in this race then I think they would have the upper hand on him to sign. Because they are most probably going to qualify for the Champions League. But Chelsea are having a terrible season in the meantime. I don't think they have can convince with him only money in this case.

On the other hand we don't even know if the speculations about him to leave will turn out to be true later on. Because Neymar hasn't made any statement about his future as far as I know. Maybe he would be likely to continue with PSG if they sign a solid manager instead of Galtier. He might be waiting to be convinced to stay before making a decision to leave in my opinion.

We can't be sure about Neymar's next destination because there are some teams like Chelsea and Manchester United sending him an offer for next season but I think Chelsea won't have much muck to hire NEymat because of their unstable situation and I'm sure Neymar wants to play on a team where he is sure about the stability of the team and he doesn't want to lose the next champions league.

Harry Kane seems to be the target for many clubs this coming summer, certainly if Harry Kane leaves it will be a big blow to Spurs losing their best player in the team. With Manchester United also interested in Harry Kane whoever gets him in the end will be so lucky but I doubt Harry Kane will be willing to leave the EPL anytime soon.
Of course, Harry Kane is a top striker but he only plays in Tottenham. His contract with Tottenham will expire in 2024, and he seems to have the intention to leave Tottenham. So, it makes sense if many big clubs target him, the chance to sign him looks quite good. However, it won't be easy to sign him because Tottenham must ask big money for the transfer fees. I assume Tottenham wants big money above €100m for Kane. Only rich clubs have the capability to sign him. I think Real Madrid or Bayern Munich are 2 top clubs that are very possible to sign him. Man United looks not have enough money to sign Harry Kane.  Tongue

There have always been opportunities for Kane to leave but his condition has remained until now and for now I think it will be the same as before. Even though a lot of people want him but Tottenham have always been able to keep Kane and when he is currently staying at Tottenham then I don't think he will get anything and Kane has to be aware of that.

Do you know exactly why Chelsea's hunt for coach is becoming very popular and viral in the whole Media.
It is because Chelsea has never gotten it right whenever it comes to hiring of coaches. Right from the time of their former owner Ibrahimovic,
Chelsea has always been known for hiring and firing of coaches within small duration of time.

So when the new owner took over people expected that he will not continue the Legacy of the former Chelsea owner by firing at will.
He also tried to avoid the situation by giving Graham Potter enough time even against the will of the people but in the end it seems that he is still caught up in that clausebof hiring and firing because Lampard does not seem to have more chances again in the Chelsea squad unless you want him to drag the club to relegation.

Still his performance was disappointing for Chelsea and this was the main reason why he has been loaned to Inter this time. But now it looks like Inter don't have any intention to sign a new loan contract with him. I think it will depend on Chelsea's new coach to make the final decision on him to stay or leave.

If Lukaku can fit into Chelsea's style of play next season, regardless of the coach they hire, it will be incredibly beneficial to the team. Chelsea now lacks a regular striker who can score goals. And, in comparison to his performance at Chelsea before being loaned out to Inter Milan, he has been performing exceptionally well since joining the club. I am certain that the new coach will make the best decision for the club.
I don't expect much from this. He has been at Chelsea 2 times and his performance during the two Chelsea costumes has not shown anything good for Lukaku and indeed for now I still feel that after he returns later from Inter this will only go straight into the sales list especially with the condition of the Chelsea attackers which is quite a lot now.

Maybe if they had a better situation in Tottenham and they had a stable coach for their team and they could have better results in the premier league this season, Tottenham could even have the chance to keep Harry Kane for another season but right now Manchester United and Bayern Munich are two main destinations for Harry Kane.
At the moment there is news that Arsenal are also trying to get Nagelsmann's signature as their future coach candidate for next season even though this is just a rumor but indeed this possibility can also become a reality especially for some other news he seems less interested in Chelsea which makes the possibility still exist for Tottenham for that matter.

Manchester United is a premier league powerhouse that is capable of signing any player listed on their transfer radar. Kane is also rumored to be moving to Bayern Munich, who are in desperate need of a striker, so keep an eye on him during games. World-class striker Harry Kane has acquired all of his experience for the team and has more he can accomplish with Manchester United. The red devil's has expressed interest in the Englishman, but thorough scouting will lead to more competitive offers during the transfer window. For the time being, this is just a rumor.

Harry Kane is already a legend for Spurs and even though he has never won a title with Spurs he seems very happy. However, as a striker who has been productive during his career in football, he should also have the feeling of lifting a championship trophy starting next season, he is no longer young, especially when he will soon be 30 years old.

Maybe joining Manchester United is good enough because this team with new coach Erik Ten Hag is building a championship-winning squad for next season, but if Harry Kane is interested in coming to a club in another top European league then that is also a good choice. It's just that the price offered by Spurs is too high to be able to bring in Harry Kane and that might be related to his transfer later.

I have heard of a rumour like Chelsea are going to be in touch with Lukaku to ask him if he would like to stay and fight for Chelsea again. However we all remember how his latest experience with Chelsea ended.  Grin  I don't even remember him playing very impressively for Chelsea. They were even in a big loss about buying him at first, selling him and buying back later on. Because they made a profit of €20m when they sold him to Everton first. But later on they bought him back from Inter for a whopping €113m.

Still his performance was disappointing for Chelsea and this was the main reason why he has been loaned to Inter this time. Todd Boehly and Chelsea are busy test running failed managers, complete bullshit, they'll lament and suffer for another season. The Premier League experience he had is bullshit, and how many trophies did he get to win?
He's no top manager, Chelsea should rather stick with Graham Potter than Pochetino.. The job was too big for GP ( Graham Potter ) but then Pochetino is of no good use. Chelsea would be like Manchester United after the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson if they fail to land the right manager for the job.

We're all giving our thoughts on this though, I keep on pondering who the hell is Todd Boehlys personal adviser, he's got no brains really.

I made a post yesterday, about this possible interest of Manchester United: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62148525

Possibly it could be the last big transaction involving Neymar, because he is already 31 years old, and soon, even though he is a great player, clubs will not want to spend a lot of money to sign him.

M. United has a more solid and stable project than Chelsea. It's a more victorious club, more traditional, and is achieving good results in the last months.
Chelsea is in a bad situation, but they have hired many new and very good players, if the future new manager can build the team correctly, it will certainly be a VERY good team that can come back to play in the champions league and be a candidate for the title.

I have read several sources, and most of them say that PSG wants to sell him, but Neymar himself would like to stay at PSG (but I have also seen sources saying that he would accept to go to England).

The movement of Neymar to Manchester United may not be feasible for now pending who will be the new owners of Manchester United.
If the Arab community men will be able to procure Manchester United, this will mean that they will be able to approve the kind of investment to bring the big names into the old Trafford.  Bur before this will happen, let us not be too optimistic about it because it may not happen anyways.

Yes Chelsea are going through a bad period under the new owners. Management governance is so chaotic that it makes it even more difficult for teams to compete. The appointment of Potter was a disastrous start for the London club. Then the panic grew when they sacked Potter and replaced him with Lampard. And now they are again looking for another alternative by hunting Pochettino as the new manager. I think it's too late, it's useless for the new owner to have substantial funds but not accompanied by good governance.

I predict that next season Chelsea will again experience difficulties if Boehly and his directors again intervene too much in conditions on the field. Even the Blues will experience worse things if they are proven to have violated financial fair play.

I'm sure Ten Hag will bring in the players he really needs. for sure, Manchester United has a problem that must be fixed in the transfer market next summer. The Red Devils need to bring in a pure striker who is hungry for goals. since the transfer last winter, there have been several players who have become the target of Manchester United. several names including Osimhen, Harry Kane, Goncalo Ramos, have so far been linked with being recruited by Manchester United.

If the front-line puzzle piece has been found, it is not impossible that the Red Devils will be difficult to stop next season. in fact, being one of the challenging teams if they enter the Champions League. several other rumors also reported that Randal Kolo Muani, Marcus Thuram, Duvan Vlahovic, were on the radar as an option for The Red Devils. Unfortunately, we can't say for sure which striker will suit Ten Hag's style.
when it comes to Harry Kane, Osimhen, at least United have to dig deep into their pockets. so, I guess Ten Hag will choose another option. for sure, if the names I mention here play with United, they will be great goal machines for The Red Devils in the coming season. because, Ten Hag knows very well how to make players even better under his tutelage.
