The coach has to choose just eleven players and others will have to wait for their turn to play. Chelsea needs a total overhauling that will change the coaching crew and reduce the number of players. Key players such as Kante and others should be given lucrative contracts to boost their morale. The main task of the new coach will be his ability to integrate the players and make them more coordinated. Nagelsmann, Luis Enrique, and Pochettino are all good coaching options but Mauricio will be a better option because of his premiership experience.
