Issa Diop, a defender for West Ham, has been signed by Fulham £15 million. The 25-year-old, whose agreement at the London Stadium expires in just one year, has signed a five-year contract with Marco Silva's team, which drew 2-2 with Liverpool in their Premier League debut last Saturday.
The defender joins the other Fulham additions from this season, Joao Palhinha, Andreas Pereira, Kevin Mbabu, Bernd Leno, Manor Salomon, and Shane Duffy, as the seventh to arrive at Craven Cottage during the summer window.
Diop might make his Fulham debut on Saturday when Silva's team plays Wolves at Molineux.
Hopefully Issa Diop can make a big contribution to Fulham, especially since Fulham's performance is quite good in the first round of the Premier
League this season. Where Fulham managed to draw with Liverpool, this proves the performance of Fulham players can be said to be very good.
Issa Diop, who was part of the West Ham squad the previous season, was expected to help Fulham survive in the Premier League. As a team that
just got promoted, of course, Fulham must prepare their squad well. so signing Issa Diop is a good step to make the defense more solid.
Hopefully we can see Issa Diop's debut against Wolves, if Fulham is able to draw with Liverpool, should have faced Wolves they could have won.
