I’m surprised no one is talking about this news. For me, it’s the biggest news this week, the 21 year old English player has been cleared of all charges. What’s the fate of Greenwood’s future in Manchester United and football? Will Manchester United finally terminate his contract or will we see him wearing the reds once again
It looks like Manchester United will end his contract with Mason Greenwood, considering what he has done to make the big name of the Red Devils tarnished a little in the eyes of the world. Even though he returns to the Manchester United squad he won't get the main place because with his current players Erik ten Hag is able to give a very good performance.

Real Madrid are very determined about signing Jude Bellingham in the summer. They are planning to make him their top target as well.

It looks like they will be in a race with Liverpool to sign him this summer. Bellingham's father is eager to see his son playing for Liverpool but Bellingham hasn't looked like he is sharing the same opinion. He is more likely to sign for Real Madrid for now. Maybe after the end of this season he might change his mind as well. But it doesn't feel like it would happen. Because Liverpool are having really difficult days. If they don't fight for the Champions League title at least then their job would be more difficult to convince him.

I have been vote with this discussing about ''Will Ten Hag be the guy to bring the glory days back to United?", based on current standing awhile I think Erik Tan Hag have been success manager for Manchester United because bring back to top fourth standing, qualify to playoff round in UEFA Europe League, The Red Devils still exist in FA Cup on 4th round until first achievement with final stage in EFL Cup.

I think Erik Tan Hag will give first tittle for Manchester United fans trough EFL Cup against Newcastle United in final stage, still left many competition and Manchester United under Erik Tan Hag era has potential get many trophies left in this season.

I can't say if he is the man to bring back the glory days for Manchester United, it’s too early to call it but surely he has been impressive this season and I will give him credit for how well he has improved the team. I also think that since Ferguson, Ten Hag is the only manager that understands the players better and has shown how good he is tactically so I believe with the right players he can do better for Manchester United.

I think there's not much to do with regards to Manchester United, the Greenwood charges were dropped by the police due to couple of reasons, Not enough evidences, and witnesses have refused to follow up on the case (probably because both guys are still dating). Also both parents wanted their kids out of the timeline and decided to settle the grievances between both lovers who have been together since age 6.

There are lots of moral police now on social media, and mufc will need to handle the situation on legal terms only. As a football; Greenwood obviously has been training for the apst 2 years; and would only need few weeks to get up to match fitness.

Whatever happens, i think greenwood and Harriet do not care lol (they have silently continued their relationship and followed back one another on social media). And also mufc have added greenwood back to the website after retaining his jersey number 11 over the few months.

He will be like a new signing for Ten Hag

When the charges were on him his contract wasn't terminated, is it now that it seems he is vindicated that his contract will be terminated?
If he is truly free and ready to rejoin the club it will be an added advantage to ETH because his wing would be strengthened and maybe some unperforming players will transfer

I think he will be given a chance again but it would take some time before he gets on the field again. Also it will be tough given United had already gone with Antony so it will be hard to compete with him for the starting again. Honestly I would love to see him play for United again but United might try to avoid attention for now so that things settles down and his come back to the field is smooth.

James Maddison seems to be a target for Manchester City according to rumours. But not for the winter of course. They are reported to be planning a move in the summer.

Leicester are already likely to lose many of their significant players in the near future. This horrible season must have made those players really disappointed. They can't waste their career there in the end while there are better options. Maddison would more likely be a substitute player at Manchester City though. But it all depends on how he will perform when he has the chance. Maybe he can be a permanent member of the starting eleven later.
James Maddison will be a good addition to Manchester City. Maddison has proven to be a valuable player in Leicester City for a number of years which has attracted Guardiola to want to add him to his team. It is rumored that Madison has been wanting to leave Leicester for some time now, previously linked with Arsenal and now linked to Manchester City. There is a possibility Leicester may get relegated, most of their top players including Maddison would like to leave the club and remain in the premier league next season.
Yes, usually big clubs take chances from clubs that are having very difficult seasons and look at players who have great potential. Manchester City are starting to make a move, even though it's not happening right now but the possibility of it happening in the next transfer market is huge. Especially when talking about Manchester City, they are always serious in pursuing the players they want. I also see that Maddison is one of the mainstay players at his current club, so it's not surprising that a club as big as Manchester City are interested in signing this one player.

I don't know if Chelsea are going to get themselves into FFP problems because of the amount of money they have spent, both in last summer's transfer window and the just concluded January winter transfer window. Anyway i'm pretty sure the club knows what they are doing and they ought to know how to circumvent all that.

Having said that, Graham Potter is one of the few managers in the world right now that's spoilt for choice on players to select per game, it is a good thing to have, but it can also come with problems of too much rotation and struggles of keeping big players happy; there'd also be a huge amount of pressure on the manager to deliver, Potter has to ensure Chelsea finish in the top four, and then he has to win titles next season, or else he'll prolly be fired.
I don't think Chelsea will have FFP problems because in some of the news I've read, Chelsea has specified a gradual payment option in buying players in this case to prevent them from FFP violations.

Yes, Graham Potter has become the most pampered coach in this year's transfer window. Of course, there will be pressure for his task of bringing titles to Chelsea. if he failed then the consequences would be huge for his future.
Management has been thinking about that. Chelsea will not do that more than 600 milion buy if the team will be prevented by FFP. The problem is chelsea must have sold so many players that are still available in the club.
Chelsea must have paid so many players that will not be played and always sitting on the bench. It's such a disgrace for chelsea caused by the team was making mistake in sending document for ziyech for moving to the PSG.
that being said ziyech must be going back again to the chelsea. that's very sad for him.

But now we see him as a Bayern Munich player. Maybe it is a loan deal but there is an option to buy him as well. I don't think Bayern Munich would let him return to Manchester City as long as he performs at the same level. I don't expect him to have big difficulties there as well. Bayern Munich are one of the best places for this kind of skilled players. Cancelo is definitely one of them now.
The option to buy him needs an agreement with city. city can also let him go leave the club or not. You shall not feel worried about that. M city is still considering him as a good player as well. that's why city was loaning him to the bayern rather than sell him in the permanent transfer status.

As far as I know Manchester City have already named a price for his option. Therefore it must be up to Cancelo from now on to return or stay at Bayern Munich.

If I were in his place I would decide to continue with the place about which I feel more comfortable. Who knows maybe Germany will be better for him and he will love to play for Bayern Munich more than Manchester City. This is absolutely possible. I just didn't see any meaning in Manchester City's action there. They shouldn't have lost an important player like this.

I thought so too, but it seemed that Arteta saw something different in Jorginho so he decided to bring in and join the Arsenal squad. In the team he previously defended, indeed Jorginho has not been able to display anything very impressive, that's because the team he has strengthened has also declined as a whole. We'll see, what kind of touch will Arteta do for this one player.
Jorginho was brought in by arteta as an alternative to arsenal failure to get Moises Caicedo from Brighton, in my opinion this purchase was a panic buy from arsenal considering Lokonga poor performance in the last few matches and then partey injury forced arsenal to immediately get a midfielder at the end of the transfer market, arsenal which so far have prioritized young players but suddenly they brought in old players, apart from that the short duration of the contract also indicated that the transfer of Jorginho its a panic buying, but although many fans were not happy with that the transfer, of course the fans should still believe that what was done by arteta is for good and also to keep the club chances of remaining as a champion candidate this season, So, let's see what a typical slow player like Jorginho can do for a club that relies on fast attacks like Arsenal for this half of the season.

The league has been getting a lot of attention since Ronaldo moved to Al Nassr, I can see Sergio Ramos playing in the Saudi Arabian league after seeing off his contract at PSG, I don't think PSG will offer an extension to Sergio Ramos and for a player of his calibre it is most likely that a club from Saudi Arabian league will be interested in signing him. If a good offer comes I'm sure Ramos will be happy to accept the deal.

Ronaldo alone brought so much awareness about the league to the world making history with just the move to that Saudi Arabian league
It's good too see him reuniting with old friends and teammates asides Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric has been rumoured to leave Real Madrid since he won't be having a contract extension from Real Madrid.
Paris Saint Germans already made replacement for Sergio Ramos as they have made complete meets Inter Milan player Skriner to be part of their squad next year.

Even though there are so many options for Graham Potter to choose his players, with the distribution of less playing minutes it can make some of his players feel jealous and feel that Graham Potter doesn't consider him, that's what will be hard work for a coach. What's more, their target is to be the best in the EPL or even win in another competition, which is not easy for new coaches who still have minimal contribution to winning titles.
Graham Potter is aware of the group of players that work best with his style of play. Although it will undoubtedly be challenging for Potter to select his best eleven players after the addition of new players to the team, all of the players are aware of their precise contributions to the team. It is now up to the coach to identify the best from these new players. His chances of winning a championship this season are extremely slim because he is a subpar coach leading a large club and is still learning. His primary goals for this season are to win a title and secure a position in the UEFEA.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Graham Potter is in a position to make the transfers he wants and right now he should think about who he will bring to the team and take that step.  The choice available to Potter is incredible.  There are situations such as the ability to spend unlimited.  After spending so much money, the main goal should be to get into the top 4 in the league and build a squad that can be champion for UCL next year.

Here Graham Potter must be able to make their players more solid when they are on the field and a coach must be able to apply their tactics to players who are main starters so it is clear that with expensive players it is likely that he will be prioritized compared to previous players.
With the remaining half of the season still it won't be easy just to be in the standings in the top 4 of the Premier League I think the effort of hard work must be seen again how he manages players with so many brought in, if he can do it then next season it will be made the season for Chelsea.

Chelsea is in first place for the biggest spending in the 2022/2023 season. With their new owners and endless player spending budgets they are so crazy in this transfer market. If so much money has been spent and Chelsea haven't been able to achieve their target of being in the top 4 of the EPL table this season or even win a title in any other competition, I think this will be the worst transfer for Graham Potter's squad.

Jorginho move to Arsenal is indeed the most suitable team for him to play base on his age and base on the traditional tick tack way that Arsenal used to play, no much stress upon his shoulder, because Arsnal plays base on team work and not depending on any individual player. Then while for the Arsenal team, this is a nice boost for the club and squad in their long awaited title race. this shows that Arteta is a wise man.  Jorginho is an experience midfielder with good passes and touches, a bonus when it comes to taking penalties for the team.
Honestly I can’t seem picture how Arteta plans to use Jorginho to realise his full potential because Jorginho has barely been starting in games for Chelsea for a while and I think Chelsea were fed up with his average performance and were already seeking for a club to sell him to before now, lets just trust the process that Arteta could transform him to be better for Arsenal.

Sergio Ramos’ future is up in the air as the veteran defender will become a free agent on June 30 when his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires. As of now, the capital club has yet to offer an extension.

Nonetheless, Mundo Deportivo reports that Ramos will have two destinations should PSG opt to move on from the Spanish defender. The first could be Al Nassr, the team that recently signed Ramos’ former Real Madrid teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Saudi Arabia-based team wants to launch a mega project and one of its objectives would be the Spanish defender. But another destination that is also waiting for Ramos is MLS.

So what happened to financial fairplay? I thought that it was introduced a few years ago to prevent that a club, that is owned by a sheikh, an oligarch or by other super rich people, can just buy every good player out there. Seems like financial fairplay is already dead again, what a shame. Also i want to  add that, just because you have a lot of money to spend, does not automatically guarantee success. How many Champions League trophies has Paris Saint Germain won since it is owned by that sheikh and since they have spent hundreds of millions of € for new players? None at all. So just because Chelsea has now spent a lot of money does not make them stronger.
Also just because they have spent 130 M€ for Enzo Fernandez does not mean that he is performing like a 130 M€ player. His market value is 55M€. It's Chelseas fault alone, that they have spent way to much for him.

No they won't have FFP problems (yet), but they will have a massive selloff problem.

Imagine some of those players fail and don't play up to standard, so you try to sell them. However, you must post them at a very large price, say 60m GBP for example, because you still have to pay the rest of the transfer fees, but since you can't because that will cause you to jump over FFP, you have to pass them on to the next guy.

And since most clubs will not spend a ridiculous amount of money to buy failed talents, they will be stuck with them for many years and as a result have less wiggle room to make new transfers. (most leagues have a 25-man squad limit).

And Chelsea has a long history of making expensive failed purchases (like e.g. Lukaku, and he wasn't even a Todd Boehly purchase by the way).

Very ironic that nobody in the news is talking about that.
