Chelsea is in first place for the biggest spending in the 2022/2023 season. With their new owners and endless player spending budgets they are so crazy in this transfer market. If so much money has been spent and Chelsea haven't been able to achieve their target of being in the top 4 of the EPL table this season or even win a title in any other competition, I think this will be the worst transfer for Graham Potter's squad.

Chelsea tried delaying the negotiations until the last days to see if any chances will be made but it seems Benfica weren't going any lower and Chelsea were now desperate for a replacement since jorginho has gone to arsenal and there was a void to be filled which the coach wanted Enzo Fernandez to be the player to filled that void. I think the Coach will find a way to make all the players happy especially the new players and lets not forget, many players will be leaving at the end of the season.
Honestly, I don't mind Chelsea buying players and spending a lot of money in the transfer market. But of course, as long as the players perform, and also as long as the team is performing well. However, that is not happening. So, I cannot but think that the amount of money they are spending is just getting wasted. This change is going to take more time to work back to if they just changed the coach in my opinion.

While every player has a weakness, Mikel will undoubtedly work on this one. I give it a 6 out of 10, not the greatest Arsenal could have done but still a respectable player. With Jorginho at least Arsenal can say they have cover for partey who is lot better than what they have. Well, to win the EPL a team needs a big squad, the depth in the squad goes a long way to help a team become EPL champions, Arteta knows this, he was a multiple time EPL winner with Manchester City (as their assistant manager). When it comes to Rafael Leao I believe Milan have a very tough task to do. Because according to speculations Manchester City are already interested in signing him in the summer.
