I do not think it was deliberate. this are the simple issues with deadline transfer night where everything happens so fast and in a rush. The Chelsea team sent wrong documents to psg 3 seperate times; it must have been an error considering they were to complete enzo deal before deadline elapses. I also think its PSG fault, Ziyech was up for grabs for over 6 months now and nthey got so late to make a decision
