I would say Chelsea has already gotten all that it wanted. Todd Boelly should now focus on Graham porter to see if actually the fault is from him. Already He has spent a lot on signing Joao Felix, Fofana, knunku, and Mudryk, all of which are attackers, what is the essence of bordering about Madueke when the team's right-back and central midfield also need more creativity? I wonder why it's taking him so long to dictate the deficiency in The central midfield. Bringing in Madueke will be a complete waste of money.
Chelsea has pretty much burned their cash in the summer transfer market. and they also spend in the winter transfer market. but what Chelsea showed was not something big.
Previously fans had talked about being dissatisfied with Graham Porter's performance. fans see the problem is not in their squad but the Chelsea coach who just doesn't fit in.
I think if Graham porter doesn't put in a better game by the end of this season, Chelsea can finish with Graham porter and start a new season with a new coach.
they did not just give something not big, in my opinion they did terribly so far, not so long ago they won the Champions League, and now with all the new transfers they made they are even far from qualifying for the CL next season, this not a good look for them at all, they have pretty good players to perform well or at least better, but probably Tuchel had something to do with their success before, and his replacement doesn't seem to do any good.
Chelsea will continue to struggle until they sack Potter Graham, he's not good enough to manage big club like Chelsea. Yes he did well as Brington coach. Potter Graham has no Excuse not to perform, he had good players and team to succeed.but he's lacking confidence and experience to manage the team.
Chelsea management should look for an experienced coach to hire before things get worse.
With Potter Graham, they will not finish top four and probably may not play europa.

Saturday's transfer gossip:
Chelsea could sign France forward Marcus Thuram for as little as €10m (£8.86m) this month with 25-year-old's Borussia Monchengladbach contract expiring at the end of the season. A very good price for a great player.
Manchester United have received serious takeover interest from the Middle East, Asia and America and are poised to invite formal bids from them by next month's deadline. British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe is also expected to bid for the club. In the end, who will bid the most and take over the club? The Saudis again?

At times I feel like he's not just the one to take Chelsea to another level, but the management has given him more time than we all expected, some names I'll love to see em ( Chelsea ) the blues parting ways with would be, Loftus Cheek, Jorginho, Azpilicueta, Aubameyang, Mendy since he's not really ready to play for the club. Ngolo Kante inna way since he's been Injury prone player. Callagher can be given some time.

It'll be so painful for Arsenal fans to see all of these recent drama, this would be as a result not having enough funds to back the players movement to Arsenal. I won't lie, I'm a bit disappointed seeing this lad going the other way. Shakhtar Donetsk should have completed this deak with gunners. Though, good luck to him ahead as he takes his medicals today.

The Glazers haven't really been good owners who has disappointed the fans and club numerous occasions, it's best they get this sale done once and for all. Thanks for the information.

The club is in a state where it hasn't been for a very long time. Tuchel didn't lose to this extent but his contract was terminated, Morinoh, Conte and the rest other top Coaches were all sacked after losing more than expected, even with the fact that they won the club a trophy, so I think porter is really lucky. Maybe he wouldn't be if it was in the ownership of the Russian businessman. Toed Bolly really wants to grow the club with him so I suggest Chelsea be a bit more patient.

He had been at Chelsea for a long time when he came to replace Thomas Tuchel, so he should have no reason to recognize the character of the player he has. Plus, now a few players came over from his coaching period, so it should suit the characteristics of the game he has from a player. If Graham Potter still can't make changes after several players coming in this transfer window, then maybe the problem lies with him.

Memphis Depay is still talented and experienced player, a very important characteristic that will be needed in every team. Before the world cup I would have doubted this news but after putting up a good performance at the world cup with Netherlands what would you expect. Atletico Madrid seem to be very interested in the player judging by the number of times and places I see this headlines. Depay will fill in for Joao Felix if he joins.
Even so, he was eliminated in the end. Depay's condition is not too good for a big club because indeed he has failed at Manchester United, he also failed at Barcelona at this time even though his condition as a striker is actually not too bad. Now it's just a matter of waiting whether Barcelona will actually auction off this player or not because from a readiness perspective it looks like Atletico are ready with Depay.
After releasing Joao Felix to Chelsea, Atletico Madrid are trying to find players to fill the position just left by Joao Felix. Atletico Madrid have taken an interest in Depay who has received little attention from Xavi, Simeone team will try to bring Depay on loan until the end of the season. I think this transfer process will go perfectly, Depay needs to prove his quality with other clubs and Atletico Madrid are ready to accommodate him.
Barcelona could speed up the process of Depay transfer to Atletico to ease the wage burden on players who are rarely used.

What's next? Depay has not yet gotten regular time to play. he was become a useless player in the barcelona. If he will be still continue to follow his ego and he will miss opportunity to play actively in another club like atletico madrid.
Atletico madrid was also a good team. atletico was rarely absent from playing in the champion league. He must not follow his ego to stay even longer in barcelona while lewandowski has always become the main choice by xavi.
It doesn't make sense if he will still try to stay at barcelona. I think that depay must try to be open minded player. He can get more experience in another team

I don't know why chelsea was buying him for lots of money like that. It seems like that chelsea was seeing a player that being bet by arsenal as potential player? So much money being spent by todd instead of making its team become efficient in the transfer and todd was wasting more money to buy unneeded player. The current squad is not good but it doesn't mean todd must buy any player with non sense price tag like that. it seems like that mostly of small team was fooling the big team by giving a very big price tag.
Let's see whether the final deal will be made or not. 100m was a lot of money just for him.
I think Chelsea doesn't want to let Arsenal to become a champion in Premier League, Arsenal really need striker in this month and next month because Jesus will back after late February 2023. Arsenal currently only have Martinelli, Saka and Nketiah, if one of them injured, there's no way for the other striker to replace them since the other substitution player is very bad.

But I tend to agree it's too much for Chelsea to spent 100 Million Euro, Arsenal only offer 40 Million Euro with adds on.

I think Chelsea will follow Barcelona path where they will suffer huge debt since they're keep sign a new player and pay too much.

Chelsea have hijacked the deal and have reached an agreement with his club for a €100million  deal. Arsenal were very close with €95million. He is more likely to be unveiled as a Chelsea player in a few hours.  Very unfortunate for Arsenal, we were really expecting that we would be able to get him to join us on time before we face Manchester United.

But hey how much money have they put in transfers this season I think Todd really wants to complicate things now because with so many players now when they fail to be in a decent position at the end of the season this is going to be quite the subject of criticism big for them.

Honestly, I think that is going to be the case in the end. It is likely that they will not be able to finish in a favorable position on the table in the long run. There is no doubt that they will face a lot of difficulties and a lot of people are going to point fingers at them for it. In line with what was expected, Chelsea fans are also not happy with the decisions that are being made by the club. I just hope that this does not turn out to be another deal like the Romelu Lukaku deal.

Besides Newcastle should look for bigger transfers especially if they manage to qualify for the Champions League. They will have all the things they need to sign top players in that case.
Newcastle champions league, wow wow are we not getting ahead of ourselves... Is this also the part where those clauses of Cristiano Ronaldo coming to Newcastle come in as well  Tongue tbh top 4 won't happen there is too much history at stake here Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea all will find their MOJO to fight for that spot being occupied by Newcastle.
Seeing some of the progress made by Liverpool and Chelsea which is quite slow I think with Newcastle's consistency now it is still possible.
Even though we know for sure clubs like Manchester United and Tottenham can still make competition.
But on the other hand it's actually interesting to see Newcastle's transfer. They are still sticking with players who can be said to be normal in my opinion for a very rich club.

They might as well not sell it, in this situation I don't know what's better... It seems like the player will be unhappy because he will still not play enough, the management will also be unhappy because they did not get the amount of money that they originally planned to get from the sale. I wonder how long the crisis in Barcelona will last for them to feel comfortable with transfers...
Actually, I don't really like to say they are in a crisis because their conditions and actions are actually not really in accordance with their current conditions and indeed that is evident when they spend a lot of money on the transfers they are doing.
As for Depay, I think leaving is a solution. regardless of anything he won't get anything at Barcelona unless he is willing to spend himself on the bench.
Having a lot of money spent in transfer doesnt mean that a club like barcelona are just fine , they are taking that huge risk and if it doenst work ... it's gonna be a disaster just like what happened in juventus to have splash the money out on cristiano and then the next couple years the club announced that they are in crisis.

Barcelona still struggling to get out of the crisis , they nearly selling de jong even he just arrived few months ago.

Saturday's transfer gossip:

Chelsea are fully behind manager Graham Potter and are planning a mass clear-out of players if results do not improve. When clubs are in crisis and not achieving good results, club managements usually replace coaches, so this is somewhat surprising news. Will this approach pay off for Chelsea?
Arsenal are confident of completing the £80m signing of Mykhailo Mudryk, 22, from Shakhtar Donetsk in time for the Ukraine winger to make his debut against Manchester United next weekend. The Ukrainians were obviously very demanding negotiators and it seems that they managed to raise the price of their player.

It will be good for Chelsea to be patient with Graham Potter. I have some level of belief in Potter and something tells me he can do it. Potter needs time to make a few additions and changes to the squad. It is encouraging seeing how the Chelsea board have been supportive with bringing in new signings to improve the team and help Potter restore balance to the club. This season is a test run, let’s see how they perform next season.

I'm a bit surprised to see Chelsea really wants to spend big money on this player. I know Mykhaylo Mudryk is a young and talented winger, but his market value actually is only around $40m, why Chelsea wants to pay $100m for him? Arsenal was also brave to make an offer of $95m, which is also quite far from his current market value. However, Chelsea may assume to use him as their asset in the future. Chelsea also needs a new winger to strengthen their attacking line. Mudryk can play as a right winger or a left winger, Potter can put him in some options.

In my opinion, hiring Mbape for a gigantic salary plus 300 million bonuses is an unhealthy hire. Signing Ronaldo or Messi (if he really repeats this path) does not carry anything terrible and in fact it is money for the brand.
It will be scary if the clubs from the oil countries start buying up the current top players not to the European clubs they own, but to the clubs of their countries. This is going to be really scary.

I believe that it is not so easy to convince most high level players to play in the Saudi league. The country is very different from the West and the league is not as desirable if the player is thinking about his national team and world cup.
I can understand the salary of Mbappé (but I don't agree) because it's a young player, can really help PSG win titles, sell merchandise all over the world, he's the face of PSG etc.
~

For players, all countries are about the same - they mostly live in special conditions. During the season, they need to engage in training and games, and if they really want to, then no one bothers to sit on a private jet and be anywhere in a couple of hours.
Now young talented players choose Europe because the sheikhs pay them space money in Europe. Imagine what would happen if Rashford chose not between United and PSG with a salary of a million a week, but between PSG with a salary of 250 thousand a week and some Arab club with a salary of a million a week. I'm not at all sure that he will choose Europe.
