It looks like the Frenkie de Jong situation is coming to an end at the moment. He has been reported that he has accepted a pay cut to continue to play for Barcelona. I understood his not being interested in joining Manchester United but there was a good possibility for him to sign for Chelsea actually. Barcelona must be very satisfied with this decision of him. If they sold him then they were going to start looking for another midfielder this time which would not be very easy.
The league has started but Manchester United has not been able to bring in de Jong in its squad, because de Jong himself is not interested in defending the Red Devils club, he prefers to play with Barcelona, despite receiving a salary cut, but there is also news circulating that Chelsea is ready to bring de Jong Even Chelsea are ready to offer 1 trillion plus Alonso, most likely that is the main reason de Jong failed to graze at Manchester United headquarters.

There's a rumors that Chelsea is looking for Center Back player from Leicester City e.g. Wesley Fofana, they offer $70 Million to Leicester City but got rejected [1] Wesley Fofana have excellent performance and it's not surprising Chelsea dare to spend a lot money for him. Even they got rejected, they're still want to sign Wesley Fofana, I hope he isn't a Maguire version 2.0 lol.
I was also reading that news  and i hope that if chelsea will not be doing it. It's over priced for him and that's good to see the leicester didn't accept such offer. These days so many players from the small clubs have priced with the non sense price. I didn't know how good the track record from fofana. It may over priced for him to be honest. Chelsea needs to find alternative for him which was even cheaper than him. There are bunch of capable player more than him with lower price.

Chelse and  Everton held two club games. Chelsea have win by one goal and Everton are on a one goal lead during this game. Selfie is a very powerful club that is much better than unique clubs. Because both clubs put in a lot of effort and played very well During the game Jorginho Scored 1 goal based on which Chelse win.

Latest rumours say that Chelsea are preparing an offer for Wesley Fofana which is worth 80 million pounds. This would be a record-breaking transfer at the same time. I still doubt whether he is really worth that much now. He is a decent defender maybe but Leicester want this much high amount of money because of not being very willing to let him go actually. But Chelsea can still be insistent to finish the deal as they want to add one last centre-back to the team. I think Leicester would accept this offer.

They should get lads not from England for such a price and I'll know they're worth it. I think Wesley Fofana for such a price is overrated and over priced, makes me reminiscing the sale of Harry Maguire from Leicester City to Manchester United.

Its now up to Chelsea is take them conclusion, he is no bad player, but, that transfer fee is just too much. Chelsea needs to bring in the players that fits in for Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea are very interested in signing Wesley Fofana from Leicester. It is evident that Chelsea have made two offers to Leicester and both offers
have been rejected by Leicester. But it looks like Chelsea are still not giving up and will make their next offer of 80 million pounds. This means that
there is a possibility that Wesley Fofana will break the transfer record for the defender position, which is currently Harry Maguire is still the most
expensive defender Leicester released to Man United in 2019.

Even though Chelsea have got Koulibaly and Cucurella, it's like Chelsea are still not satisfied with their current back line. I agree Wesley Fofana's price is
too high for a player who is still 21 years old, don't let Chelsea make the same mistake when Man United bought Maguire for too high a price.
Because it's not necessarily Fofana will be able to adapt to Tuchel's game, Chelsea's better to find another defender who is more reasonable price.
There are rumors that Chelsea are also eyeing Josko Gvardiol from Leipzig, which may have a price that is not too expensive. Moreover, Leipzig is
also interested in repatriating Timo Werner, so Chelsea can swap Werner for Gvardiol.

I hate the fact that Pep sold Raheem, still can't believe sterling is wearing the Chelsea jersey
and I think Mancity shot themselves in the foot. Raheem Sterling will punish City when they meet
And Congratulations on Chelsea's victory at Goodison Park since 2017 in the first match of the Premier League's first week
Sterling was a threat in that game, a nice debut
It was Pep decision, he is a great coach who has given Manchester City a number of titles and the decision to sell Sterling was a well thought out decision by the Manchester City management. indeed sterling is the best player, even in his first debut with chelsea he performed quite well but unfortunately the goal he created was disallowed because he was in an offside position. if you say that sterling will be a frightening specter for manchester city at the time of the encounter in the upcoming match I think it can happen or not because the manchester city squad is also very strong automatically that match will be very good to look forward to .

Sterling is a good buy for Chelsea ,and City will miss him....Gabriel jesus as well...I still have this feeling that pep messed up in letting them leave for cheap these are 75m players cuz Brighton sold a left back for 60m....pep doesn't know how to keep good players.when he sold sane I felt so so bad..but he was still able to manage the team..let's see wat halland and Alvarez has in stock for us..I just they fear after watching the community shield..i hope heget the epl again after letting 4 vital players leave at a cheap price..how can city sell zichenko for 30m and now they couldn't find any left back for 30m as replacement.

But if Sterling isn't needed by Manchester City, why should they keep him for the team?  If the coach believes there is a better player in that position than Raheem, then he should not be forced to sit on the bench, he would rather play for another club, but in the main squad and get consistent game practice

Generally it is true what you are saying, but almost any player that wants the breakthrough in a huge club has to take into account that there might another world class player as a direct competitor for a certain position. Selling Raheem Sterling probably wasn't probably an easy move for Pep though. But we shouldn't forget what club he is playing for now Wink It is not as if he was playing for an average Premier League team. He is still playing in a world class squad.

Raheem Sterling is not the type of player you would like to just send off, he was a great player, I have no idea why he was sent off like that. I get that it shouldn't something to care about, but I do not keep myself from being annoyed about it. I am neither a city fan nor a chelsea fan and not even a sterling fan. But when a team makes decisions like this on a season they seem to have the highest chance of making it big? It makes me feel like if they end up getting a loss eventually in UCL, and go back and think if they kept Sterling and made him play on later minutes or when someone is injured, would they instead win it? That "what if" is always quite bad.

Indeed. There are too many wingers in Man City, they don't need Sterling. But they shouldn't sell him to the rival in EPL competition. I think Sterling is a good winger, he potentially makes a difference in a match. Man City will regret it if in the future Man City will be defeated because of Sterling's power. Ideally, Sterling needs to be sold on the club outside of EPL competition.
I agree that Sterling is better to be sold on a club in a different league. But Chelsea may be the most club interested to sign Sterling, they want to pay high transfer fees. Not all clubs are interested to sign Sterling, moreover to pay high transfer fees and give a high salary for him. Man City and Sterling probably consider that Chelsea is the club that seriously fulfills what Man City and Sterling want.

Galatasaray have bought some really great players this year including Mertens, Torreira, Oliveira, Seferovic and Dubois. These players are all very strong & good and will greatly strengthen the team. Since Galatasaray is only playing in the Turkish league this year, they will want to win the title there and are currently the clear favourite.

They are also interested in Daniele Rugani from Juventus.
They are making a good team be in the Champions League.

And yes they should win easily their league.

Things are getting more difficult for christiano Ronaldo,  I wonder where he will be going to after some club have shown no interest in signing him. I think Manchester United is the only place that can accommodate Ronaldo , I wish Ronaldo will understand that and do what he knows best for the club.
There is nothing he can do but stay at United. But indeed his current attitude is not very good in fact there are some rumors about him not starting in their opening match in the EPL this season and the possibility that he will play as a substitute due to his behavior that left even before the match ended on the tour some time ago.

No doubt about Ronaldo's quality as a player, but one must say that he was always extremely egoistic. I remember so often when his teammates scored a goal, you could really see that he was unhappy it wasn't him who scored. He certainly is not a team player, but one of the best solo players of all time. In terms of assists, Messi outcompetes Ronaldo by far.

Now he is stuck and I really don't believe he is willing to play Europa League. I guess he will be trying till the very last day to go to another club. What I don't understand is that he isn't willing to charge a lesser salary. I mean come on, he might be turning into a billionaire anyway, maybe he already is. So why not play for just 15 million instead of 30?
The problem is that it would be useless if he did selfish things by creating a ruckus like this now, even if he wanted to move but with his current condition it was clear that this would be very difficult and this made him even more frustrated. What he has to do now is accept that he will play at United again and continue the season as usual because that is a good thing instead of having to make noise everywhere with the excuse of wanting to move that he won't even be able to get.

After spending a long time with Napoli now Mertens will try his adventure with Galatasaray, Mertens leaving to Galatasaray is one of his love for Napoli even though Napoli has refused to extend his contract but Mertens took the attitude not to play in Serie A and chose Galatasaray as his goal, actually In addition to Galatasaray, Mertens is also in demand by several Serie A clubs such as Juventus, Lazio, and Inter and even some media say that Juventus is ready to pay him more than the salary he has received so far in napoli, but because Mertens doesn't want to betray Napoli, that's why he chose Galatasaray, even though Mertens is now 35 years old, I think he can still compete with other young strikers in Turkey.
I read some reports that Mertens was open to take a deep cut in his salary but Napoli didn't renew it and so he has no option but to leave as free agent. Mertens is also a good player and has helped Napoli a lot. I am just glad he found a good team to play from. I am not sure about other teams and yeah I also agree that playing for another Serie A club won't be in his mind given his history with Napoli so yeah Galatasaray seemed likely.

I have actually heard that Napoli was willing to renew the contract of the player. But he did not agree to the contract which was offered by Napoli to him.
Honestly, I don’t know what’s right and what’s wrong. But I think rather than talking about what happened in the past, we should talk about the future.
And I think the future is going to be good with Mertens & his new team.

Kostic to Juventus almost here we go.

Source Fabrizio Romano

https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1555811661444890625
When he speaks I will not hesitate to say Kostic will play for Juventus next season.
Well this is another addition that is quite profitable for Juventus because indeed he will be a pretty good role especially with the condition of Pogba missing there.
It's quite a good move from Juventus at the moment by bringing in midfielders because indeed some of their midfielders are currently in trouble.
