Transfer rumours:

Real Madrid have enquired about the availability of Chelsea's Albania striker Armando Broja, 20, who impressed on loan at Southampton last season. Very interesting news. Is Real already preparing for the era after Benzema?
Chelsea's Germany forward Timo Werner, 26, has accepted a 50% pay cut to rejoin RB Leipzig - and a loan fee with a purchase clause is being discussed. This is also a bit of surprising news to me as it looked like he was either going to stay at Chelsea or move to another big club this summer, I think some big Spanish clubs were mentioned?
Barcelona's Memphis Depay, 28, is among Juventus' options for a new attacking option along with Werner and Atletico Madrid's Spain striker Alvaro Morata, 29, but there have been no direct talks between Tottenham and the Netherlands forward. Juve have done a very good job with transfers this summer and are clearly preparing to return to the top of Italian football.
Manchester City have denied they are willing to sell Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva, 27, to Barcelona after reports his departure could fund a deal for Lyon's Brazil midfielder Lucas Paqueta. Does this mean that Silva is staying in Manchester or is it just a negotiating tactic?  Cheesy
Barcelona president Joan Laporta says there is a "strong possibility" Manchester United target Frenkie de Jong will stay at the club and he will "do my best" to keep the Netherlands midfielder. So, in the end, Jong succeeded in his plan to stay in Barcelona?

@logfiles I'm definitely amazed by Barca's ability to spend. I know they sold tv rights, I know they sold everything and the kitchen sink to get the money, but aren't the financial rules supposed to prevent them from getting into more debt before servicing loans, rather than just allowing them to get more debt by selling off actual revenue generation?

Oh and, are you joining the pools? Loads of good money coming in from sponsorships.

It is not easy for Dortmund and especially Haller. The striker who recently came over from Ajax has now been diagnosed with testicular cancer, but if that alone wasn't enough, it now also turns out to be malicious, terrible. I think they really need to start looking for a new striker now because Haller is now on chemotherapy and will be out of circulation for months at least. The question is whether he can ever play football again, and we are not even talking about the highest level.

The club with the worst financial condition in every team that was there and with the most loyal purchases because they continued to spend at a very fantastic price Cheesy It's quite interesting for Barcelona now because they are so eager to transfer this time.
Hopefully, nothing will stop them due to the current large expenses because it will be very risky if they have problems.
I'm more sure that Barcelona will have no problem buying some players at fantastic prices because it is a very decent price for a great player and also one who will strengthen the Barcelona team next season in order to win the title at the end of the season. So I'm sure that Xavi and Barcelona officials will be able to bring Barcelona to the top again without any problems. Because they also understand how Barcelona's financial condition is.
Indeed, in this case they will have no problem buying, especially after giving up most of their broadcasting rights and shares to other people in order to buy great players, but at least they must also make improvements in their attitude to the players, especially in their salaries.
In terms of performance, it is clear that this will be very good because indeed the arrival of players who are quite expensive and in good performance will at least increase their chances to compete with Madrid but don't let the same thing happen to Milan in Serie A this season to happen to them too.

Depay himself admitted that he did not want to leave Barcelona. maybe he still wants to play for Xavi's plans.
but it looks like Barcelona offered the player to Juventus. and I think Juve is a good place for Depay.
Barcelona still has serious problems at the club, although improvements are being made. I'm afraid it will take quite a while. Depay may have to find a good club for his future.
Currently Juve are eyeing a striker after losing Morata and it looks like Memphis Depay is one of the most suitable players to replace Morata, currently Juve's negotiations with Barcelona are ongoing so we will have to wait whether negotiations have reached an agreement between the two parties, although now many rumors are circulating that Memphis Depay doesn't want to leave Barcaleno but I think it's very likely that Depay will leave Barcelona.

So, as things stand right now, Barcelona is the biggest spender in Europe's top 5 leagues. Who else is amazed at how they managed to pull this off minus selling off most of the surplus players?

What is Barcelona's plan to make sure their current financial situation doesn't go from bad to worse after the huge signings, or was there ever a financial crisis at the club to begin with?

The financial crisis is still there, Barcelona already sold the next 10 years of TV rights to get some money for the market.

(Besides that later this year everything can change with the ESL)

For now, the plan is that they spend their future earnings  Grin On the one hand, I don’t care about Barcelona, on the other hand, I’m glad that Real Madrid will have at least a formally strong competitor ... but on the addition  Grin hand, I’m annoyed by Barcelona’s attitude towards its players (endless demand for pay cuts) against the backdrop of such spending.

I'm sure there were offers from America's MLS, maybe Dani Alves could have chosen there.  Must have been really impressed with what Pumas has to offer.  He is 39 years old and can play football for 1 more year and end his active football life.  Maybe we can watch him at the head of the teams at the technical level after football.
It is difficult a footballer to get the chance to play in the top league with big club when he is old, Dani Alves is only 39 years old, while Ibrahimovic is already 40, these two players have different fates. Actually Dani Alves is still capable of playing at a high level, last season with Barcelona his performance was not too disappointing for a player of his age. After Barcelona did not renew his contract, he had a hard time finding a new club in a top league. Meanwhile, Ibrahimovic still has the trust of Milan to fill the space in their squad. I think UNAM Pumas will be the last club for Dani Alves, after UNAM Pumas doesn't need his services anymore, Dani Alves will decide to retire as a professional footballer.

some players had to be released to be able to bring in Xavi's coveted players. However, Barcelona's financial condition is not good. the club must understand how they will manage the existing players. at this time club management negotiations with the coach are very important. to determine the fate of their players who are in demand by other clubs. apart from winning trophies, believe me, football is a business.

Memphis Depay has two options now he either stay with Barcelona and continue to earn his £230,000 weekly wage while sitting on the bench till his contract runs out next season or move to Juventus with an agreed paycut as well as a regular starting shirt in the club, Tottenham is another option where playing time might be guaranteed for him however his huge weekly is a big obstacle, even with Harry Kane and Richardson as Tottenham centre forward he might be deployed to play at the flank with many matches to play especially UCL, league, FA cup etc obviously there will be regular playing time for him.
Leaving Barcelona was the best option for Depay, Xavi has also told Depay that he is not in his plans this season. Depay needs to play regularly to maintain his form, he has to give his best to get into the national team. Sitting on the bench expecting a weekly salary is not a good condition for a player of Depay class, he must immediately leave Barcelona that does not need his energy to go on an adventure with a club that gives him playing time.

Joan Laporta as President of Barcelona has confirmed that Barcelona's player salary bill has increased by more than 40%. This means that
there must be some Barcelona players who are sold to be able to ease the burden of wages that must be paid by Barcelona. One of them is
by selling Memphis Depay this year, but Depay doesn't seem to want to leave Barcelona. It was reported by Diario Sport that Depay had told
his Barcelona teammates he would stay at Barcelona, despite the arrival of Lewandowski. This of course in addition to harming Barcelona,
Depay will also spend a lot of time on the bench. Depay should be wise, Depay should move to another club that can offer more playing time.
Even though it was reported that Juventus were interested in signing Depay, after Juventus lost Dybala and Morata,  it was reported that Juventus
were looking for a striker. And it looks like Depay is in the striker criteria that Juventus wants, I think it would be better if Depay moved to Juventus.

All remains unclear. I think if he goes there it's pretty good. With the current age many great players are ending careers in MLS. Bale has also gone to MLS. Maybe while playing he can start to take a coaching license. Maybe he can be a great coach like Xavi. MLS used to be the end of the careers of great players. It seems that their League has also started.

People still don't give up about spreading new rumours about Ronaldo. This time they say that Ronaldo's representatives are in talks with Sporting now. However I have heard before that there is no such transfer to Sporting is likely in the near future for him. Ronaldo shouldn't be this desperate to play for a weaker team to just play in the Champions League. This should stay just a rumour and Ronaldo had better get used to staying already. However it still feels like the rumours won't end until the transfer window closes.

This season, Ronaldo's transfer situation has turned into a puzzle. A very difficult and tiring puzzle. He can play for any team in Europe. Every team in Europe should have entered the race to sign him. Normally, all conditions were favorable for the transfer. But his age and salary prevented the transfer. Whereas it would be fantastic to watch him at Paris Saint-Germain with Messi. I guess he will stay at Manchester United from now on.

Memphis Deepay is a big name in Netherlands, I don't think that Van Gall will easily leave him out of his team for World Cup. I don't like the idea of taking pay cut in order clubs, he should definitely remain in Barcelona and make them pay the wages throughout next season. I don't like the smartness that Barcelona is playing with their players about payout and buying more players.

This is quite the right move because indeed pushing himself too hard at Camp Nou will only see him on the bench every day without a glance from the coach.
Depay is still quite young and now there are several clubs that want him, it is a good thing if he starts considering one of them, because there are definitely some advantages there especially in terms of playing time and salary.

According to report, Alfred Schreuder have clear all doubts and rumours that Anthony is staying despite having a possible link move to Manchester United which Erik Ten Hag wanted to bring him over. United coach, Erik had intentions to reunite with his former players as he knows how to use them on the pitch. It's quite a good idea to have one skilled and thumping winger in the team but I don't see anything wrong with united Frontlines as they have dangerous finishers. However, Ajax are not withdrawing when they said they are keeping the Brazilian.
Ajax doesn't want to lose their good players. The rumors did come from the wishes of the MU coach. this may be something difficult for MU to sign Anthony. After all, I don't think MU is lacking in that position. maybe MU better focus on improving their defense to be stronger before the season progresses. United has no shortage of strong and fast midfielders. MU coach should have considered it all.
I think what made Ten Hag insist on signing Antony was that Ronaldo still had the desire to leave Man United, it's likely that Ten Hag prepares for anticipation if Ronaldo really leaves them. In addition, Edinson Cavani has also left Man United, so Man United did have reasons to sign Antony. Ajax still wants to keep Antony, but I doubt that Ajax will stick to their decision if Man United makes a high offer for Antony.

Manchester United still lack of forward players that's why they targeted Antony this summer but reported Ajax will attempts to hold Antony because they already losing Sebastien Haller before because he moved to Dortmund but Ajax football director Gery Hamstra said it depend on Antony that if he want to moved then Ajax will not hold him and rumours is Antony agent will try to negotiate with Manchester United to discuss this transfer and one of the biggest problem why Antony transfer hasn't realized is because Ajax want to high price 80 millions Euro and Manchester United feel this is too high for them

Tottenham are still after Memphis Depay but they haven't made any offer for him officially yet. I don't expect Barcelona to make any difficulties about this deal as they are also willing to sell him immediately. They need to start from somewhere to make their finance better. They wouldn't be able to make a huge profit in this transfer of course but it would be a start. Depay has been ready for joining a strong team so I don't expect him to reject Tottenham.
If Barcelona really wants to get rid of Depay, they should make easy the transfer process. I am sure Barcelona won't plan to sell Depay at an expensive price since his contract will expire in less than 1 year (Jun 30, 2023). Moreover, Barcelona already has 2 strong center-forwards (Lewandowski, Aubameyang), so they need to release Depay to decrease the number of players' salaries. Anyway, I don't expect Depay to move to Tottenham because Tottenham already has 2 CF (Kane and Richarlison). I doubt Depay will spend more time on the bench. If there is another offer from other top clubs, it is better to choose a club that really needs a CF.
Even Barcelona is trying their best for offloading him from their squad but right now things are in favour of Memphis Depay because Manchester United is already out of the race with players requirements are unacceptable for them and Tottenham is also not going to pay him salary which is he taking from Barcelona right now £230,000 a week even right now Barcelona is ready to accept any offer near this amount £12m because they are looking for offloading a high salary player for their financial problems but nothing good happening hopefully Newcastle United which is also had good interest in this player also join this race even still nothing clear about this all what is going to happen in next few days.

After watching this all most chances he is going to stay at Nou Camp for another season even most of the time he will sit at bench but after ending his contract he is going to be as free agent after one year.
