If the player in Barcelona has exceeded the slot, it would be better if Barcelona offered it to another club from now on. Instead it can also increase Barcelona's finances at this time and can be used for other things that are considered more important for Barcelona. I see that Barcelona has the strength again to compete with the big teams next season.
Yes, that's what they should be doing now, if they still insist on maintaining it doesn't seem like it will make them better from the player's side. Especially with the number of players in the squad it will add to the burden of their expenses. Actually there are several from the list of players who are wanted by other teams, but for some reason, until now Barcelona have not sold any of those lists.
After having all their targeted players into their squad now second phase of Barcelona's involvement in transfer window is going to start because now they are going to offload few players those having high salaries and now no required in team for next season with this they will be able to have some better time in their expenses because they are currently having some trouble in finances even most of the peoples feeling it's not right because as they are spending money if they have any problem then how can they do this all.

Still, we will have two big players out from this current lineup which are going to be in Germany and Italy with De Ligt is already settled for Bayern Munich and Deepay is most chances going to Juventus as they are already in talk.

The number of contenders to sign Werner is rising now. After Leipzig and Juventus, Newcastle are also willing to sign him now. However they want to make a loan move for him which Chelsea would still find appropriate for themselves. On the other hand I wonder what Werner is thinking about all of these teams. Newcastle seem like the weakest team among them of course so they are disadvantageous in terms of that. But they can be the team he can play in the starting eleven the most at the same time.
Now Juventus is already in talk with Barcelona about Deepay they are not going to have any chance here with Werner after this now we have only two strong contenders with Leipzig is having very good time in last season, and they are also going to play in Champions League and having good chance for fighting against Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund for title race he can enjoy is time here in this team and this is off course his home country where he can do much better than staying here in England and try to work with Newcastle United which is having very long plan for bringing this team into top ranked teams in England and UEFA.

If he is able to go with Leipzig then surely his career in good way, and he can achieve some good records for future as well because quality players and quality team can make things better for any rising star.

Maldini is sent away from Milan by Papa (Paolo Maldini). Transfer from Milan to Spezia Calcio. Daniel Maldini changes clubs at the age of 20. His father make a loan transfer so that he could get more playing practice. This was also tried with the second son, but Christian Maldini has not yet managed to be a professional Player. Now Daniel should make it, he played 8 games in the league for Milan last season and scored 1 goal, he is always substituted, so he need to play more at Spezia Calcio.

Loan can give a real shape to a player with potential. Good thing Maldini was sent on loan as staying in AC Milan will only make him warm the bench and not much play time for him. As for in Spezia, he can have good playing minutes and better than in AC Milan and on other hand he get to have Serie A experience and develop so I think its a good deal and he can develop really well.

Isn't it a bit surprising that Barcelona finances, which are actually considered a crisis, are actually a club with an excess of player slots. So still think that their finances are bad? Depay often sits on the bench and is not a priority by Xavi. It is questionable why did Xavi go so far as to treat Depay jima if there was nothing that Xavi really liked about his performance?

Depay is a talented player. Xavi will probably use Depay as Lewandowski's replacement. Xavi may add Depay to the squad if any important player of the team is injured. Xavi is probably targeting the Champions League title. Due to this, even if an important player of the team is absent due to injury, Xavi now has a worthy replacement. Hopefully, we will see a consistent performance from Barcelona next season.

Xavi can not win the champions league so fast
You can count on him to win La Liga but not so fast with Champions League
Depay can be a second choice until they find a perfect second option for him

Agreed, Memphis Depay has lost ground since Aubameyang's arrival earlier this year.
And Depay's desire to stay is a problem for Barcelona, the number of Barcelona players currently exceeds the slots.

Style of play Memphis Depay fits into Allegri's desired striker criteria, Memphis is plotted as a substitute or as a substitute for Dusan Vlahovic.

Between selling 25% of their tv rights for the next 25 years, and selling their merchandise company BLM's half, and getting a spotify stadium naming rights, they made close to a billion dollars if you include the loan they got.

Definitely this means that they are dead out of water if they do not find a way to make extra money, but between 600 million loan over 10 years, a tv rights deal that only see them parting with 25% of it, and sponsorship, they are actually doing fine. This allowed them to spend this much, and they also did it all at once because they needed new players and since the past few years have been hard, they couldn't get the players they wanted.

I agree that at least this time around Barcelona actually went and are going for the players they actually want or need, the last few seasons, it has always all been about saving face with one big transfer or the other, from Dembele to Coutinho.

Getting these players is just the first phase of their battle, the major problem might be being able to register them and time isn't on their side, they've got to rid a loads of players to afford them register the new ones, and that might be the major task yet that Barcelona would face despite seemingly being a grand winner in the current transfer window, I hope it all don't just amount for nothing at the end of the day.
This season Barcelona are very careful in the transfer market, they don't want to be fooled by the cover of the players who will be brought in. A few seasons ago Barcelona spent 160 million euros on Coutinho alone, but the money that Barcelona spent was not worth the performance of Coutinho. This season Barcelona spent 153 million euros to bring in three star players, Lewandowski, Raphinha and Kounde, this number can still increase because Barcelona are still trying to bring in Azpilicueta. The success that Barcelona have achieved in the transfer market because the Barcelona board has been occupied by a new face, the Barcelona Board spends money on the right posts, not like they used to buy players for fun with big money.

Well, I really don't understand how Barcelona with a small budget has managed to have great players, and precisely to cover those spaces where they are most needed, the one that really surprises me the most is the acquisition of Lewa, which I see is the one that can captaining the team to great things, so far the physical that he has shown to have is at a very good level, at Bayer he and Muller were really the ones who got the most attention, but now Barcelona has stood out in obtaining good players, not very expensive, but they will do a good job, I wonder how Xavi will get what he wants? Could it be that he himself goes and talks to the players and convinces them? this Xavi brings them to him..

A move to Juventus will be a very nice decision to depay, cause it seems with the signing of lewandowski and raphinha and other new players, I don't think his appearance is further needed in the team. Instead of being in the bench, I think he should make a move to Juventus , were his present will be much appreciated.

If only used as a backup at Barcelona, then the option of moving to Juventus would also be better for Depay even though he himself still wants to stay with Barcelona and also has no intention of looking at other teams like Juventus. But if at Juventus Depay can be highly valued and made as a starting player, I think it would be better for him to move there.

You know, I think it's better to go to Juventus than to endure this attitude from Barcelona, the team that needs the player himself. They tell him directly that they do not need him, so if I were Memphis, I would consider a move to another club, and Juventus is a very good option, I think he would be welcome there

Depay himself admitted that he did not want to leave Barcelona. maybe he still wants to play for Xavi's plans.
but it looks like Barcelona offered the player to Juventus. and I think Juve is a good place for Depay.
Barcelona still has serious problems at the club, although improvements are being made. I'm afraid it will take quite a while. Depay may have to find a good club for his future.

Yes, I know, I said earlier that he didn't want to leave the club. But I don't see the club having any major problems other than financial, which will be with them for a long time to come. Are there problems in the squad? I'm not sure if only minor ones. Is there a problem in the game? Who hasn't...
I hope he will feel normal at Juventus and he won't feel betrayed.

But do you think it's worth it, I don't see Barcelona winning the La Liga title neither are they winning the champions league this season and by the time the season ends then they'll realized they have made bad investment with the money they raised. It was no secret that Barcelona was broke and then unwise to spend as they have with the money they raised. They are the club with the highest spending so far I'm the transfer window and their squad aren't that strong.

Well lets just give them few months into the season and they'll start to owe their players as they're currently doing as I see no reason why you'll be owing a players his wages and still be signing players with high fees and asking players you owe to take a pay cut.

After seeing the money they injected into the team and the more than €150m they have already spent on new players, it is clear that De jong does not want to accept a pay cut or leave the team. It is disrespectful to not honor the agreements of the old players; you can't just wake up and ask a player to accept a pay cut so that you can sign new players. As long as he is covered by a contract, you cannot force him to quit or accept a pay cut, and this has never happened anywhere else.

Real Madrid, Bayern, Manchester City, and Liverpool are examples of serious teams that know the value of money and don't sign more than three players per season. Barcelona is continuing the same strategy that caused the team's financial collapse. You will always be forced into the transfer window each season if you have more than three or four players who are over 30s. They have now engaged in this activity for three seasons now.

He should at least move to a club that plays Champions League football.
Settling for Barcelona is a no as he won't get the attention he deserves
How far with another team in the Spanish League. Barcelona has some good players in the attacking options.
It is not a must to join a club qualified for UCL. The priority is joining a club where he can play as the main striker. I think it is better to join a club that plays in Europa league but he can play as the main player there. But I don't know how many clubs that already make an offer for him right now. Let's hope there are many clubs that want to hire him, so Depay has some options to move. Sure, he must think to leave Barcelona because he has no longer future there, he can't compete for the striker position with Lewandowski and Aubameyang.

I have absolutely zero faith in Dortmund to get Ronaldo. Don't get me wrong, not that it wouldn't be a perfect fit because if they just sold a great big striker and got another one in return that would be great for them,~
I also think Ronaldo has no chance to join Dortmund since they already have some center-forwards. They also have signed Haller although he is injured right now. But Dortmund has Adayemi, Malen, and Moukoko, they are more than enough as the substitution for Haller if He is injured. They only waste money if they sign Ronaldo, Dortmund is not urgent to sign a new striker, especially signing a striker with a big salary. Ronaldo's salary probably becomes the problem for Dortmund.

Your thinking is quite reasonable, very far from the fact that Ronaldo will move to Dortmund. Apart from Dortmund already having quite a number of
strikers in their squad, signing Ronaldo is like going against their philosophy which prioritizes bringing in young players to develop. While buying Ronaldo is
not a good investment for Dortmund, after all, winning trophies is not Dortmund's top priority. So Dortmund does not need a player like Ronaldo,
let alone Ronaldo's salary is very high, this is something that will burden Dortmund. Instead of signing Ronaldo, Dortmund will look for young players
they can develop and resell at a high price. It is reported that Dortmund are looking for a replacement for Haller, which is certain that Ronaldo is not
the target player for Dortmund. After all, Ronaldo has started training with Man United, which means that it is likely that Ronaldo will stay at Man United.
