Transfer rumours:

Incoming Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is targeting France and Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante, 31, as he looks to start an overhaul at Old Trafford. It seems that there will be a lot of changes in the Manchester United team again. Players and coaches change every year but results are lacking. Will anything change next season?
~

This is a good player but a strange transfer - it was previously stated that Eric Ten Hag will carry out a major renew of the team. What then is the point of acquiring a 31-year-old player? After 2 years, everyone will start saying that he is already old  Grin As a United fan, this kind of news scares me a little. This is very similar to the leapfrog that has been in the club lately, but the results have not changed in any way.

But you can look at this from this aspect too. N'Golo Kante is a great defensive midfielder and he can even make a contribution to the attacking side too. I believe that Manchester United really need to strengthen their defense side this summer. They made huge mistakes there and conceded incredible amount of goals during the whole season. They lost to weaker teams by absurd scores for example. Kante may be 31 now but he'd still be useful for 2 or 3 years at least.

I believe Erling Haaland i's going to be a lot better because Manchester City has a really good and far better team compared to Dortmund right now. so I believe that performance will also be better for the player.
After their failure in champions league, manchester city keep trying to improve their squad for next season, the arrival of haalaand will be a pretty good addition for manchester city, I think this season their squad has been very good and it will be very perfect if haalaand is in Manchester City front line next season, Manchester City fast foot-to-foot style of play will certainly make it easier for Haalaand to score goals in every game.
He will be the kind of striker Manchester City would want. I can say that for Haaland. As far as we can see, he also wants to play for Manchester City. They will have a very good offensive zone next year. Manchester City is already the biggest champions league contender for next year. They will want to cover their disappointment this year.

United have been weak in defensive midfielder area so kinda guess why they need one but I don't think Kante is gonna budge from Chelsea to anywhere soon. So far haven't heard of discontent at Chelsea so I am guess this move won't be happening.

However there have been some news regarding Klavin Phillips to United and Frenkie De Jong to United but so far haven't seen any such reports from legitimate sources so let's see which one turns out to be true.

But talking about defensive midfielders at United, I would say they are nowhere near at level to play at United. Matic is leaving , McTominay and Fred still needs to do a lot of work so I think they do really need to find someone who shows a responsible character and is good in ball winning and moving the ball from the back and link up on the attack.

Liverpool and Senegal forward Sadio Mane, 30, will become a target of Bayern Munich if their Poland international striker Robert Lewandowski leaves this summer. Is it realistic for Mane  to go to Bayern and replace Lewandowski?
Lewandowski, 33, has agreed to join Barcelona on a three-year deal. It seems that despite all its financial difficulties, Barcelona still managed to bring in a very good footballer for next season.
Possibly moving in the other direction to Lewandowski is Barcelona's France forward Ousmane Dembele, 24, is on Bayern Munich's list of transfer targets. I think it will be very difficult for Barcelona to agree to such an agreement. Bayern is obviously very active in the football market this year, but will it manage to realize all its desires for transfers?

It is good that there are a lot of changes being made in the Manchester United squad because I don't see them performing well in the next season also.
I really don't think it is a good choice for Mane to go and play for Bayern Munich when he is playing really well for Liverpool.
I believe the Barcelona squad is going to be a lot stronger with the arrival of Robert Lewandowski. But I also think that Barcelona should seriously think about their defense because that is the weakest part of Barcelona's squad right now.
Pogba should really move to another club and Juventus seems to be a great option for him right now because if he stays that Manchester United he is not going to get too many things done.
De Jong is really determined to leave the club because I think he has become really homesick and he is not liking the environment at all.
Paul Pogba seems to be made for the Italian Serie A, his time at Juventus was incredible. He was arguably the best central midfielder in the world but moving to Manchester United has seen him lose those brilliance with only few good displays. Just maybe going back to Juventus will bring back the Pogba we knew.

Pogba definitely deserves to be sent already, dude doesn't play at a level where United should be playing. I personally believe that Pogba and Maguire leaving could already make them much better, think about it this way, we are talking about 2 of the most problematic players and they would gain a bit of money from it as well if they could manage to sell them, and use that to get even if just one good player, then they could spend the rest of their money they have on another player. They are already talking about players in range of 100 million or more, so it shouldn't be a problem to get an amazing player.
Pogba leaving Manchester United will be very fair for him and could give him a big boost in his career. He is already old in Manchester United and he could be among the hated players by fans. When the fan base has hate on a player, no matter how hard the player tries, his efforts will not be appreciated. When he leaves the remaining boys will also find peace, it doesn't mean that Pogba gives everyone problems buy from salary to other things would be readjusted.

I don't like the idea of 100 million on one player again. It doesn't favour the club. They should go for 45 to 48 million, it will not be a bad business.

I think most people are right about Harry Maguire but I don't think people are right about pogba because pogba is a great player and he can offer so much to the team but the problem is he also needs the team. He cannot just produce good balls all by himself. I think it will be better if he does leave Manchester United but that is also for his own good because I think he is time in Manchester United is up and he can get a lot more things done when he will play for other teams. And it is just not the fault of him and Harry  because the team failed as a whole.

I think this was the right decision taken by Manchester City and I believe Haaland is not some overrated player who is not going to perform at the top level of football. What I am trying to say is if Manchester United did not spend 100 Million just to get an overrated player. Instead of doing that they could have got other players who are able to perform at the top level. It's going to see that Manchester City understood their mistake and they are trying to fix it.

City of course has a strong team, but maybe they still need a strong striker. Maybe that's what's missing from this team right now? In that respect, Haaland would fit the bill perfectly. He made a big impression at Dortmund, while the playing opportunities there were also limited. Then he will be played a lot more at City. De Bruyne will easily find him.

but in this case City's curse of the Champions League is still uncertain. now they have managed to bring in Haaland but that doesn't mean they are ready for the Champions League because I still feel that there will be surprise signings from other Champions League subscription teams now considering they will also definitely prepare for it

^^ It's funny how his career has been swinging at United and Juventus so far. Kinda feels similar to career of Lukaku till now. Well anyway wherever he goes , I hope he finds his form again and try to play best football in whatever left is of his career. Also I think I have hear rumours about PSG also interested in Pogba. What do you think? @coinlocket$
Right, it seems their case is pretty much the same between Lukaku and Pogba lol. they only swing at two clubs that are almost the same for several seasons.
But on the other hand, maybe this will be a bit of an advantage for Pogba because I still feel that Serie A is still a suitable place for him if you look at Pogba's current game when compared to the EPL.

There are some rumors and speculations, but Haaland is already set to move to City. Whether he can show the desired striker quality? I fear that Haaland will go down at City and it was a mistake to get him.

And somehow I can't understand how Barcelona want to get Lewandowski, they should better focus on reducing the debt instead of buying or getting expensive players  Roll Eyes
Hopefully it doesn't disappoint because Haaland will give his best to Mancity after he joins for next season, I don't think he will fail at Mancity, because the other players they have the same good game so the ball supply to Haaland will be much better.

Barcelona want to get players because they want to improve the quality of their team by bringing in Lewandowski. That's full hope from Xavi can be much sharper for the front lines, regarding Barcelona's debt at this time I think the management has prepared him for this problem.

I believe Erling Haaland i's going to be a lot better because Manchester City has a really good and far better team compared to Dortmund right now. so I believe that performance will also be better for the player.

I think the main tension of Barcelona should be the defensive line right now because they are leaking a lot of goals and especially they are defending very badly in the six yard box. so I believe even though they are bringing in Lewandoski, they are going to bring in at least one good defender as well.

I am a Manchester United fan and I am happy about this news. It is my greatest desire for Pogba to leave old Trafford. I don't mean that Pogba is not a big player or a good player, but I am saying for the betterment of Pogba and the club. The era of player trying to be bigger than club has gone. We don't need factions, we don't want old breeds to spoil née players mind. Pogba should go. Van dar beek will be back and will make a nice pair with De Jong his former team man. Manchester United will be great again.
Manchester United is not all about good players, it is a spirit and the club has lost the spirit because of faction. When the spirit is back, anybody can win a match for us.

I was also expecting Guardiola not to extend his contract with Manchester City anymore. But after this Erling Haaland transfer, maybe he might think of extending it for one more year at least. His current contract ends in the summer of 2023. Erling Haaland could be a key player for them to reach the Champions League title next season. And maybe winning a title there might motivate him to manage to team for one more year to have one more title who knows.
Pep Guardiola still has a year left of his contract with Manchester City, I think he will extend with them at the end of the season since the club seems to have unwavering trust in him and still spending cash to recruit more players to make his job easier. Also, the signing of Erling Haaland was the pointer that Pep will stay. Haaland did signed because he want to play under Pep, so if Haaland chose City, it is crystal clear that Guardiola is in the club's long term plans.
