I don't think even Real could afford both of them. They do have a really aging midfield though, and it remains to be seen what will they do with Modrić. If they allow him to leave, Pogba can potentially fill that gap - both positionally and in the wage bill.

We can see from his stats he kind somewhat underperforming under Ole. You know, last season he had 3 goals and 3 assists in 26 games but in the 2018-19 season, he had 13 goals and 9 assists in 35 games. Which means that gradually he is decaying under Ole. Ole is using him as a DM most of the time but he excels in CM or AM position. If he's not given enough attention by Ole, he might leave for Real possibly.
