It is claimed that Manchester City would think of making an offer for the current Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers after Pep Guardiola leaves the team. As we know, Guardiola said something about leaving City in the near future some time ago. And Leicester are thinking of sacking Brendan Rodgers after having poor results. I'm not sure about whether he is the right manager to fill Guardiola's place at City. I would look for more successful managers if I were Manchester City.
Well, it's just a thought for now, nothing more. Leicester felt good only under Ranieri, a great coach was at the helm... I'm more interested in who then Leicester will put in the place of the head coach, because there are rumors about the dismissal, but rumors about the alleged options do not, it even bothers me a little

FC Barcelona is expected to formally appoint Xavi as its head coach on Friday. I hope the players can benefit from the hiring of Xavi. Barcelona has taken four months to appoint Xavi. Meanwhile, Xavier is under contract to Al Sadd. Therefore, both clubs must negotiate a deal. Can Xavi bring back the glory days of Barça? Does he have the coaching experience to do it?
Didn't  his current club release a statement saying that they are not going to let him go right now since he still has a contract with them

Here:
Quote
Barcelona officials Rafa Yuste and Mateu Alemany travelled to Doha to try to negotiate Xavi's release from Al Sadd and met with the former Barcelona midfielder's agents in Qatar on Wednesday; "We cannot have him leave at this sensitive time of the season," Al Sadd CEO Turki Al-Ali said

I believe he will face a lot of pressure in Barcelona since they expect a lot from him

I would really love to see a link to this news/info, definitely Pep isn't going to stay at the Etihad forever, but I'm not sure if he is leaving very soon, Brendan Rodgers on the other hand isn't doing too poorly at Leicester city, he has kept them in the top 5/6 for a couple of years now, and with the crop of players they have, that is somewhat of a good feat.

Having said that, I personally do not think Brendan is a good choice to replace pep, neither do I think City are considering signing him as Guadiola's replacement. Having said that, City's manager after Pep is going to have a really tough time, it's going to be a bit difficult to coach a team pep just left recently, he has quite a lot of philosophies, so integrating yours in place of his is going to be somewhat tough

Judging from throughout his career with Alsadd now Xavi has shown good even Alsadd is currently in first position with a score of 25 points and Xavi is quite successful in the Qatar league, it's just that we don't know Xavi is in the European league whether he will be good with Barcelona let alone restore its former glory so we don't know yet because it will definitely take time for Xavi to do it, but I hope this will be a good change Barca under Xavi's management.

According to the Christian Falk's tweet, Bayern Munich defender Niklas Süle is interested in joining Newcastle in the near future. It looks like he really liked the new project of this team and he wants to be a part of it. His contract expires on June 30, 2022. So, he will be available for free transfer in this January. I don't think that Newcastle will miss this big chance of strengthening their defense line. If he doesn't change his mind, it looks like one of Newcastle's transfers is already ready.

That is some good news for Newcastle. Well seems like the trend has already started huh? There is no doubt that Newcastle will pay a huge sum for the wage and starting with Sule, more players will be interested to join Newcastle and within 3 seasons (my hunch) they will become a team to be feared in Europe.
Newcastle continue to target several players to buy in the transfer market later, but I think it's better now that newcastle is more focused on finding a new manager who can keep them from relegation, I think no matter how rich the club is, of course players will think again about continuing their careers in Championship, although in January they can get good players, but without the support of a good coach, will be certainly make newcastle difficult in my opinion.

It seems Conte does not want to take the risk to manage Newcastle who in recent days Conte was rumored to be their coach. Choosing Tottenham is certainly a good decision, at least he doesn't risk his reputation too much if he chooses a club that is on the verge of relegation. With the joining of Conte, Tottenham seem want to continue their ambition to win the EPL. With Mourinho, they failed, this time Conte will succeed? It is very interesting for us to wait, because EPL has Klopp and Guardiola, Conte has to work hard to make that happen.

I think Conte being Tottenham coach is the right choice. Although the start of the game is not quite as expected. Even Newcastle themselves did not have time to give an early choice because there were too many choices that they were entering into the coach list. So, for now Conte just needs to overhaul the game of Tottenham players.

Tuttosport reports that Tottenham London head coach has set transfer targets for January. According to the source, the coach wants to sign 3 Torino players at once.

The Italian striker Andrea Belotti and defenders Wilfried Singo and Glayson Bremer are on target.

Conte is most interested in Shingo, who impressed the coach with his performance against Inter. The Ivorian is estimated at 25 million euros.

I think if management still not give fill service and much money just the same cases with Koeman and not become success there, I think to early with predict Xavi become success on Barcelona because management faced very big problem with financial, they have pay Koeman contract with fantastic value and Al Sad will ask much money as fee transfer and I think Barcelona most terrible right now, how come to support Xavi to buy great player if they haven't money right now.

Madrid contacted the agent of Salzburg German Karim Adeyemi, it is said that they are serious about the deal,
I can very much understand this deal, especially since the right side of Madrid needs World class.
And I expected that he would be a suitable alternative to Mohamed Salah in Liverpool because it is clear that they are not ready to break the club’s policy and the salary threshold for the sake of the Egyptian , if there are no concessions from the latter, some believe that renewing Salah’s contract is easy and settled, the matter does not seem easy for those who know the politics of the Reds, the important thing is that if Madrid contracted with Adeyemi, he and Vinicius, will be irresistible wings in the near future. This is, of course, if Bayern's does not interfere, because it is clear that Rummenigge is an expert in convincing German players of his club's policy.

Been a full support of this move, xavi isn't backed by most people to take the job at Barcelona, if you don't know how good xavi did at Qater,go take a good look at it once, this is the right move, I expect a better tiki taka system of football if he is finally appointed as the head Coach of Barcelona on Friday.

It would be very risky to his reputation if Conte took the step for Newcastle but it was the right offer for Tottenham to find a coach after Nuno's sacking and Conte accepted it immediately, of course, it would be a competition in their manifestation.
But Conte has to keep fixing this new club and really understands the adaptation of players so this will be a test at the beginning and after that maybe they can adjust it.
But I think Conte should still add some players that are needed because for me Spurs are still a little short of players from the backline but with Kane and Son upfront it can be realized for Conte to be the main starter.

Newcastle want to make as big transfers as possible even in January. Niklas Süle is a good target for them as he is a really talented defensive player. And he is quite young for a defender as he is only 26 years old now. And their other target seems to be Philippe Coutinho. He left Liverpool to join Barcelona but seemingly he is not doing well there. Maybe he can start playing like real Coutinho if he comes back to the Premier League.
It looks like Newcastle can do everything they want right now with so much money to spend. I've seen they are also going to offer about €30 million for Toni Kross, currently in Real Madrid and idol of germany national team. However, Newcastle has to compete against Liverpool for Kross, as Jürgen Klopp, Liverpool's coach is also interested on him as a potential key player for the team.

Newcastle also seeks for a new coach and rumours said they prepared an irrefutable offer to the spanish Unai Emery, who is at Villarreal for now. He is considered a remarkable professional in european soccer, who managed to lead Villarreal to win Manchester United on the last UEFA Europe League. However, Unai Emery has already rejected the possibility yesterday. So the next Newcastle's targets are Eddie Howe, previously in Bournemouth and Paulo Fosneca, previously in Roma.

The Tottenham press service announced the appointment of Antonio Conte as the club's head coach.
The contract with the Italian specialist was signed until the summer of 2023 with an extension for one more season.
I am surprised why Conte prefers to sign as Tottenham head coach. Man United management should contact him already and be serious to sign him as their coach. Also, if we consider the players' quality, Man United players seem better than Tottenham players. But we don't know what Tottenham management offers to Conte. Maybe it is more interesting than Man United management offers.
Actually Man United never contacted Conte to take over Man United as their manager. Ferguson and others decided to give Ole one chance in their match against Tottenham and he proved himself so they never really contacted Conte. On other hand, Spurs sacked their coach Nuno but it was hard thing to convince Conte for the Spurs job but Patrici convinced Conte with the ideas and plans they have. Its not the money thing actually for the managers, its the ideas and plans which is much bigger factor for manager to choose a job IMO.

I think United made a mistake over here. Conte could have done a better job than Ole with United. But whatsoever, Conte seems like a good fit for Spurs. He has a reputation to make average teams look far better. So I think if he can utilize Son and Kane well enough, they will be compatible once again for the top 4 spots and maybe EPL will get more competitive.

It looks like Manchester United fans must now be ready to cry  Grin, previously Conte was constantly rumored to be the coach of Manchester United, but Tottenham who moved quickly finally managed to convince Conte to coach Tottenham this season, a few weeks ago it was reported that Conte chose to coach Manchester United if he returns to the Premier League, but it looks like the opportunity that Manchester United gave Solkajer made Conte change his mind and choose to manage Tottenham now.

Not quick to finally slip by Tottenham who are much more aware of the advantages that Conte has to build Tottenham players to be more aggressive in running the game. Leaving Manchester United feeling down and left far behind. IMO Tottenham realize Conte must immediately contract for the next few seasons for the sake of Tottenham survival.
Right now apart from zidane, maybe there is no other better choice of coach to replace Ole now at manchester united, yes it looks like tottenham really understands the quality that conte has, moreover reportedly they have been eyeing conte as a coach for a long time, so it doesn't It took a long time for the Tottenham management to sack Nuno and sign Conte as their new coach.
To be honest, since Conte was sacked from Inter Milan, I'm sure that Conte will coach an English club but I don't think he will become the coach of Tottenham who have always been my favorite club eternal rival Cry
