I do recall some social posts admiring the way he managed Al Sadd and developed their play style with passing game and making the game more easy like he used to play at Barcelona. Regarding Guardiola, his usually managing style is to keep the possession but when he was at Barcelona it was actually the players in my opinion who took into another level with tiki taka and all. Guardiola has managed so many big clubs after Barcelona but I have never seen those clubs playing with tiki-taka style.

It appears that both Nicolo Barella and Paolo Dybala will sign new contracts with Inter/Juventus. Barella extending is a major coup for Inter - he looks like a great player in the making.

Dybala is also doing a lot better at Juve after Ronaldo left, he has 3 goals and 3 assists in 8 games this season. Keeping him looks like the right move from Juve - he is a great player that simply could not find his game for a while. Hope that this is a fresh start from him, I really like him as a player.

Brozović is however still undecided - Inter wants to extend. The contract ends in June.

It just shows that famous coaches do not want to break away from their seats in clubs and risk their professional reputation in order to try to pull Newcastle not just from the bottom of the standings, but from the relegation zone in general. Despite the fact that, according to Sky sports, the contract with Eddie Howe will be concluded for a period of two and a half years, it is clear to everyone that this is most likely only a temporary option and the main task of the coach will be to maintain the club's participation in the Premier League and then most likely other vacant candidates will be considered on the coaching labor exchange.

I think it's very risky. Promoting someone so inexperienced in coaching to head coach takes courage and a lot of hope. If Xavi goes wrong, it will be very unpleasant for Barca. They could not only be eliminated in the group stage of the CL, but also fail to qualify for the European Championships next season. I hope for Barca that this will go well.
