You probably think that because you're not an active user on transfermarket.com. The rumours/news posted there are of a much higher quality than here on Bitcointalk, tbh. If a transfer reaches a probability of 75% on transfermarket, it is usually quite likely that the transfer will be completed within the next few weeks.
They were interested in the past and the probability dropped to ~20% after they announced that they won't be able to afford the transfer. That's why it's quite unlikely that the transfer will go through. With more news on this topic, it is likely that the numbers will drop even further.
The German Bild is reporting that there is no decision on Chris Richards' future yet. While TSG Hoffenheim wants him to stay, the new Bayern coach Nagelsmann would like to see Richards at Bayern again.

I'm not sure what the right decision is for Richards on this one. He definitely needs regular match practice and it is questionable whether he will get it in Munich. What do you guys think?
