So i don't think PSG will take Messi to their team with such huge money . So i think , Man City is only able to give this huge money to Messi .

E Cavani and T Silva already out of PSG because contract end in August and if I am not wrong then Cavani is in Benifica and T Silva is in Chelsea.

Transfer is now confirmed. With Havertz, Volland and maybe Alario and/or Bailey, Leverkusen is losing a lot of their attacking power.

I don't really understand why Bayer didn't use some of these 26.5 million Euro they spend on Schick and try to give Volland a new (and better) contract. Even though Schick played a decent season at Leipzig, you never know how he will perform in a new team.

Man City has a chance to bring Messi if they want since he has a good relationship with Guardiola. But, Messi currently ready to go next season with free transfer status, so maybe City will wait for that. Also PSG, if they want, they still can bring Messi next season. They have good chance of getting them since both players are from teams which were relegated in last season and players obviously would love to get into team getting Premier League action. Seems bad news for teams that were relegated. They obviously can't hold their players from getting transferred into a team getting some better league action.

There is another good player in Norwich- Todd Cantwell. Wonder if anyone shown any interest in him..

Also i think the next steps for Messi will depends on how good the new Coach is and how they are connected.

I think Messi will stay at Barca as a maximum active player for the next 2-3 season and after that I am sure he will choose to retire and start learning something new about football. Dont think he will move to another club and continue his football career there. Regarding the new Barcelona coach, I think Messi has to be professional and he has to do his job as a player and obey all the coachs instruction and give his best for the team. Barcelona is a team even though Messi status is a star but the achievement of the team is much more important.

Messi officially said that he intended to be a free agent this season even though he still has a contract with Barcelona and the problem is Barcelona didn't want that to happen, that alone where a team denies a player to some kind of freedom will just loosen their relationship even more which makes me think that his relationship or playing career with Barca will just be limited to the remaining duration of his contract. Him playing for another big name club is still a possibility it might not be as competitive as Barcelona but this team might still be relevant in terms of its fan base.

The tax system in Italy is what makes a move to Italy even more lucrative for Suarez and Co. Probably one of the main reasons Juve managed to lure Ronaldo to them. They only have to pay a flat 100.000 € tax on every income from outside of Italy. So whatever they earn from their own companies, sponsoring deals or real estates, they only have to pay a 100k € tax. Pretty good when you almost pay no tax on a multi million dollar advertising contract for example.
