According to some rumors they are talking to change drastically the next market session.
They are talking for a very long session, starting this summer and ending in January, basically 2 sessions in 1 with no breaks.

Don't know why they want this, can't think to any benificial from this.

The news about Marc-Andre ter Stegen's contract in Barcelona has continued to be the subject of discussion in recent weeks, the absence of an agreement with the club to make the German goalkeeper said to be leaving Camp Nou at the end of the season.

Bayern Munich seem to be the most serious club wanting to sign him, even though they have already secured Alexander Nubel's signature, according to Goal report, they will break the transfer record and have already set aside 100 million euros.

Does anyone know how reliable this @DiMarzio source is? Nicolás Melameds market value is only about €300k on transfermarket, so why should clubs like Bayern, Barcelona or Real Madrid offer €8m for him? I actually never heard of him before nor did I see him play. His stats for the SEGUNDA DIVISIÓN B - GRUPO III are okay I guess, but not extraordinary that he would be worth €8m. Is he like some hidden talent? Does anybody of the Spanish guys here know more? An explanation would be highly appreciated.

Bayern, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea are interested in Espanyol midfielder Nicolás Melamed (18) and are willing to trigger his €8m release clause [@DiMarzio]

Well it is not bad news at all, he is old he is not in his best shape but the cost is very low for Juventus for a second goalkeeper especially now with the Corona crisis.

Lautaro Martinez seem has said yes to Barcelona

The price for his clause is 111m€

Martinez he's would be an ideal signing for Barcelona, He's got the right qualities to be a perfect replacement for Luiz Suarez who is approaching his final days at the club.

Inter Milan would not be insisting on holding him to the release clause and would sell him for him for way less, However, they're still going to try make as much as possible from the deal.

Too bad City is gonna have a hard time acquiring top prospects without CL football.  And with this outbreak just getting started, I don't think clubs will spend as much on player transfers (for the time being) after this thing is over.

btw. How is real speculation about Ronaldo's moving to PSG?
I do not believe this speculation of Ronaldo leaving juventus for PSG, AFAIK Ronaldo is happy at juventus, and I really don't think all this speculations would have arisen if not for this corona virus pandemic that is really shaking Italy so much, the moment all this stops, I'm sure we'll see Ronaldo in a juventus shirt again.

Ronaldo is 33, it would not be easy task for PSG or any other club buying him for 70 million and more, and that's exactly the price range juventus would definitely be requesting for if any team shows interest in CR7.

No news here in Italy so far, if they want him they need to pay 80-100m € cause he has 2 more years on his contract.
I mean if he wants to leave he can leave but they need to pay.

PSG should be under FPP investigation so if they will buy CR7 they need to sell Neymar or Mbappè cause Ronaldo costs around 100m/€ on the team balance.

I wouldn't take this as realistic. Barcelona has no money, they cut off all players salaries -70%. as far as I understood it was the only solution or bankruptcy. Also, some of the players like Messi, are not happy with that. I don't think, someone who's haven't money can buy a player for 111mill.
Plus many of his latest buying is totally fail, Coutinho for example. They will be happy if Everton (probably won't happen because of Liverpool) or West Ham offer them 50mill. I think Neymar is only in his dream, especially now.

I really can't understand this guy. He is already a legend, probably one of the best goalkeepers all-time, he doesn't need to prove anything and of course he earned enough money. they will certainly prove nothing sitting on the bench. why he insists on a new contract and why he doesn't retire with respect?

Chelsea is expected to become one of the clubs that will be active in the 2020 summer transfer market. The club, based at Stamford Bridge, is considered to have many parts in their squad that need to be upgraded.  The position of the goalkeeper was one of the parts that received high attention throughout the 2019/20 season.

Calciomercato[1] reported that at the moment Chelsea are considering the possibility of bringing in Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Calciomercato.com is a trash tier they often give misleading information.
Imho they don't deserve the trust.

Buffon is very close to extending his contract by 1 year.

Buffon is a true legend, one of the very best ever. I’ve loved watching his career, I even remember watching him play for Parma on Football Italia (a UK show that was on Sunday’s.)

<...> why he insists on a new contract and why he doesn't retire with respect?
Because he wants to win the Champions League. You gotta understand him, the guys has played THREE Champions League finals and lost every single one of them. This trophy has been his biggest obstacle throughout his whole career, it's kinda heartbreaking tbh.

The guy is SO obssesed about winning the CL that he went to freaking PSG 'cause he thought they had a good chance of winning the whole thing back in 2018  Cheesy

I doubt Manuel Neuer will move to Chelsea. He turned 34 yesterday. Supposedly he wants a new four-year contract, but Bayern is only offering three years. I am pretty sure that sooner or later they will find an agreement. As always, it's all about money. I honestly don't think he'll move to another club, especially not to a club like Chelsea. What do you guys think?
Chelsea need a new goalkeeper that's for sure, Arizabalaga hasn't done as expected, even before the league had to stop due to this corona virus pandemic, Caballero was preferred to him by Frank Lampard, that's to show their dissatisfaction with the young goalkeeper.

I thought Chelsea were at one point interested in Oblak? Or was it just rumors, Manuel Neuer for me is too old to move to Chelsea, the blues will want a younger keeper I'm sure, Neuer is world class, but they will need someone to solve their goalkeeping issues for the next 5 to 6 seasons, that's the only hinderance to the move imo and Neuer's decision also.

I think it will be difficult for chelsea to get a new defender, if we consider facts that Arizabalaga  costed chelsea a whooping 72 m euros, and at 25 with definitely no suitors, i am not sure he can be sold.

Oblak definitely would cost over 75m, while neuer is never leaving Munich either.
Lets see what chelsea ends up doing because united would never sell Henderson to them either.

Its gonna be a long summer transfer.

Move over United.  Real just showed interest on we could be the hottest prospect in Europe right now...  Haaland.  When Real calls, everybody listens to what they got to say.
Ya'll ready to see how my club destroys Haaland's promising football career?  Cool

We all know that Zidane will keep grandpa Benz in the starting XI and Haaland will be our typical sub in the last 10 to waste time, just like Mariano and Jovic  Roll Eyes

@tokeweed If Halland joins Real Madrid then he’ll be forgotten in one season only, as he’ll barely get any chance to show his magic on the pitch.

I don't think so.  Sure he might not start a lot at his first season, he's young at such a huge club.  But he's gonna be the long term replacement for sure.

@coinlocket$ you can forget about Real signing him as PSG will never sell him, and even if they do it won’t be below $250 million dollars so Real Madrid will have to turn their attention elsewhere.

A news report however says Real Madrid will target him read more details here:

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/real-madrid-ready-step-up-21750031

Never is a big word.
A player like him probably wants a bigger team for his carrier, keep also in mind PSG is under FPP investigation.

Also, his contract will expire in 24 months and if he will not sign his price will go down drastically next year.
