The problem is from the board. Bartemou is trying hard to take the pressure of himself by investing in big money transfers and hoping it comes with successes. He doesn't want to take a gamble with youth.

- Neymar need to leave PSG
- Someone needs to pay at least 150m € to PSG for Neymar, who?
- PSG needs to pay 75-80M € for Dybala
- Dybala needs to agree to the transfer to PSG
- Juventus need to find another (GOOD) attacker to substitute Dybala
- We have only 13 days at the end of this market session
