seems Barcelona already give up to get Coutinho from Liverpool because only few hours remaining but no price agreement regarding this player although Barcelona was already several times bids with high price but Liverpool has refuse it and currently they're divert other target player that Angel Di Maria from PSG but if there is no interesting offer from Barcelona there is a big chance PSG will refuse too

Is this the same Arsenal? But Arsenal seem like a sinking ship at the moment unfortunately. City bid 60m for Sanchez so I guess Lemar is his replacement.

I will say that Chelsea are in a transfer crisis, its unlike the current champions to lose transfer targets, Oxlade Chamberlain snub is a big blow to Chelsea without a doubt and now i hear that their bid for Rafinha of Bayern Munich has been rejected, They were definitely late for the party.

Spus have signed Serge Aurier from PSG and Fernando Llorente from Swensea and now negotiating Ross Barkley they already signed 2 of Chelsea targets and trying to make it three Wilfred Bony will go have a medical to replace Llorente in Swensea also they got Renato Sanches on loan for one season.
Chelsea had a bid rejected over Bayern Defender Rafinha.

Liverpool just signed Arsenal's Oxlade Chamberlain who refused a move to Chelsea and choose to wait for Liverpool who reportedly paid 40M Pounds for his services, I believe this signing shows that Jurgen Klopp is ready to let the want away Coutinho to leave.

I do not know what really happened, but some players seem very eager to play for Liverpool. First Naby Keita, he rejected Barcelona and was willing to accept the proposal of Liverpool. Then there is Oxlaide-Chamberlain who rejected an offer from Chelsea with high salaries and received Liverpool and willingly received a smaller salary. Virgil Van Dijk also reportedly did not want to play for Southampton and just wanted to go to Liverpool.
Coutinho's attitude was too bad, he reportedly had a back injury and could not play for Liverpool in August, but he looked very healthy in Brazil's National Team Training session.
