If eventually, Barcelona are found guilty and have not option but to pull out of the deal, Griezmann will definitely be looking for an escape route, and Man Utd indeed could make a move for him.
First thing that came to my mind: can a player sign for two clubs in the same transfer window? Hmmm... Huh

Does anyone have a more recent update on Man Utd move for Milinkovic-Savic ?
I do. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milinkovic-Savic's agent is currently in Manchester to close the deal, €80M and a 5-year contract[1].

Pogba to Real Madrid...is it happening?  Shocked

If the deal went side ways, and he went back to Atletico, he would definitely remain there. i doubt any team had much interest in him a part from Barcelona. This would be so bad for him as the fans won't have his back for "betraying the club"  Grin

Not sure about it, for 120M € maybe can be a good investment for some team, I can see ManUnited or other English teams.

I don’t see where Bale goes from here, Zidane seems to really dislike him. Real fans have never taken to him even though he’s been a massive part of their recent success. It depends what Bale wants, if he wants to stay in Europe he’ll probably have to take a big pay cut to go to another team.
Gareth Bale is surely not in Zidanes plans for this season, and if you judge with Zidanes first spell as manager you'll see how bale was relegated to the background and left out of numerous games, I think if bale stays, that'll be the same fate for him.

So many teams would be happy to have bale, but not at the fee he currently earns at Madrid, I think united were once interested in him, let's see the team he goes to.

I think Paris Saint Germain showed some interest in pulling hin to France, it may have been a back up switch in case Barcelona we're able to get Neymar. As I doubt the Catalans would have ever been able to get both in one transfer window.

About the fans, they would surely not welcome home with open arms, but it's football, it's a passion for them, it's a passion for the players too and also a job. He turned his back on his previous club to join them.

He will go back to Atletico.

If any other team want him the new price will be 120m € till then end of his old contract.

If Barca wants him since they did the deal illegally when the clause was 200m € they need to pay 80 more millions.

I doubt there will be any illegal findings in the deal, It is never out of place for a club to contact a player or his agent for inquiry while still under a contract with another club right ? That was all Barca did according to everything I read about the transfer.

Atleti claiming Barcelona had finalized the deal with Griezmann before his release officially reduced to €120M is just making a mountain out of a molehill.

It was, they spoke to him when they couldn't.

They asked to move to Atletico around March during the Champion's League and at that time both teams could won the Liga, not professional, not legal.

In the past teams were not allowed to discuss terms with players or their agents before agreeing a price with the club first. Now it is the other way around. Clubs find ways to first make a deal with the player and use that to pressurize the players club to release the player. I doubt Barcelona will have to pay any additional fee. It is not going to be possible to prove that a deal was made while the price was higher.

Hah looks like coinlocket$ is right...  Griezmann's move to Barca could be blocked by La Liga.  The Spanish league's president is said to be looking at the situation.  Cheesy  Wow...

And that Dybala to the Spurs news.  YES PLEASE!

If this will happen, Griezmann would possibly be left without any team, right?
This would be disastrous for his career. I am odd to see what would be the punishment for this illegal transfer.

ARSENAL officially signed DANNI CEBALLOS, Ceballos became Arsenal's second recruit this summer. Previously, the London Cannon hooked the young Brazilian winger, Gabriel Martinelli.
There is no mention of how much it costs Arsenal to borrow Ceballos.

Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio seems to be close to a transfer to Manchester United for 80 millions euros. Could this be a signal that Pogba is leaving and Milinkovic-Savic is his replacement?

Told ya, the trade was illegal now I doubt they will stop the transfer but the hope is to get Barca sanctioned by UEFA

The hope is at a really low level if the rumors about the corruption vs PSG and EUFA will be confirmed, they will be never punished.

Yes, I also read a few articles mentioning that Dybala has asked to be transferred. Several clubs from England seem to be interested and Juventus would potentially accept offers in the €80-100 million region. During the pre-season friendlies Sarri is also playing last seasons 4-3-3 formation and Dybala doesn't fit the profile.
Question is, is Dybala worth almost 100M? And yeah, Sarri loves that formation, but I read that he found a spot for Dybala (if he wants to stay) in the 433: a false 9. Also, if Spurs are keen on Dybala, that means Eriksen is pretty much gone, right? Real Madrid, Atletico, and Man Utd, are in the race for him.

• Nicola Pépé's (Lille) agent is in Italy to close the deal with Napoli. Same with James Rodriguez agent.

• Dani Ceballos (Real Madrid) to Arsenal on loan done deal: https://twitter.com/Arsenal/status/1154387086776119296

• I said ealier that Wolves was interested in Cutrone (Milan), now it seems like they're also close to signing Vallejo (Real Madrid).

There's money in China but you'll just be lost from the media buzz and soon people would forget you. Similar is USA or middle east.
Some players don't seem to care about all of that. Maybe Bale is one of them, maybe not, time will tell.

Remember Oscar, the Brazilian who played for Chelsea? He was a good player and went to China at the age of 25-26. The only motivating factor for him was the money as he could have easily stayed in Europe and play for a top club. Nobody even talks about this guy now and he can probably forget about playing for the national team ever again.

Another example is Hulk, another Brazilian who is currently in Shanghai.

Chinese league is a total waste of time, I remember Oscar well. He was quite a good player with Chelsea. I kind of understand when players go to China in their mid to late 30’s to end their careers but it’s insane to go to play football in China in your 20’s.

You are right here but today's players are different.
For many of them, most important things are earning, fun and enjoyable life.
No more fidelity to one club as Francesco Totti for Roma and sacrificing more profits because of loyalty and love to the club and fans Smiley

as a football player, indeed a great income is a dream but in my opinion for young players it is better to be a professional player who plays in the top European leagues even though not as much as in the Chinese league.

Oscar was a good player with Chelsea only the first season of joining the team.
From that season and then, he didn't seem to be the next talented player that would compete Ronaldo and Messi, or reach their levels of performance. Good for him that he got transferred in China and got a lot of money.

No current player in football is on the level Ronaldo & Messi have displayed over the last 10 years. The other top players are several levels below - Griezmann, Salah, Mane, Neymar. Maybe the heir to Ronaldo’s & Messi’s throne is Mbappe but he still has a lot to prove.

There have been a few on the same level such as Ronaldinho and Kaka but they don't have the longevity that Ronaldo and Messi have.  Also  Ronaldo and Messi might look a little better than they really are because they both always played on stacked teams.

Brazilian (the original) Ronaldo is the best player I’ve ever seen. I’d argue he was better than Messi & Portuguese Ronaldo. Injuries robbed him from fulfilling his considerable potential though.

Football in the past was a bit different from the present and would be different in the future. You can compare the contemporary players with stats but can't do the same with players in different time. There are several benefits today's generation enjoys in comparison to the past generations. We just need to appreciate good players of all times.
