There is no need to hesitate when City wants the player they are targeting, as well as Pep Guardiola's replacement if he chooses to leave. This club has very healthy finances, plus management is filled with people who are competent in their respective sectors. I mean, like you said. The Citizen's supporters don't need to worry, because City is always optimal when they want a new manager or player that they are currently targeting. Currently, the names of several young coaches are often linked as potential replacements for Pep Guardiola if he does not extend his tenure at the Etihad. I don't think the amount of wages Kelvin De Bruyne gets from Manchester City will determine if he'll remain at the club beyond this summer or not. Recently, there was a rumour that Kelvin De Bruyne was going to leave Manchester City this summer to join a Saudi Arabian club but Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola in a recent interview had publicly refuted that report while stating that the Belgian isn't gonna leave Manchester City this summer. De Bruyne is still contracted with Manchester City till the summer of 2025 but what I don't know is if the club are ready to extend his contract beyond next year however, if De Bruyne isn't okay with any offer the club will table should they decide to extend his contract, he will leave as a free agent but that's after the end of next season and definitely not this summer

Older players will not be retained at Premier League clubs, they usually will not be renewed their contracts considering that their performance has begun to decline, which is the target of many English teams is that they are always looking for talented young players, so there is still a possibility that De Bruyne will leave after his contract expires.
If in Arabia it is certain to get a bigger salary, coupled with a free transfer, it could be that Arab clubs will compete to get him to anchor his team, but I'm sure Al Ittihad will wait until next season.

In my opinion, the possibility of Guardiola leaving is very big and Manchester City must be able to anticipate this by trying to look at new coach that might be available later.   

Meanwhile, whether De Bruyne will stay at Manchester City next season or not will really depend on the amount of salary offered and also the guarantee of playing in the future, If Manchester City were to cut De Bruyne salary just because of his old of course  he will choose to leave for other team, However, even though Manchester city currently has no intention of selling De Bruyne, but I am sure that he will probably move to Arabia to get a better salary in the future.

It’s always good to have young talents in the team and it is more like the latest trend in football nowadays to sign players from early stage. Barcelona are short on finance so they can’t afford to spend so much on players and it’s probably the reason why they are more interested in young players since they won’t cost so much. Olmo and Nico are top targets for Barca currently and definitely they will cost them a lot so they can’t afford to spend more money on other players for the time being until they succeed in signing these two players.

You're right though they can't be very active in the transfer market cause their squad seems balanced and rotating the team with numerous new players every season could affect the squad in a case where some new players find it difficult to adapt to into their style of play or sustain early injuries due to pressure and tempo of the Premier League, but then, that doesn't mean they shouldn't strength some areas, this is a team that's made runner up for two seasons straight and would be more focused on winning the EPL next season so they need every area of the squad to be well checked especially in defence and attack, as for Midfield, they're good to go. I love that they added Bologna's Riccardo Calafiori one of the fastest developing defender for his age bracket, he did well in the just concluded Euro's competition and his quality would mean a lot for Arsenal next season, you could imagine the pairing of Saliba and Calafiori or Gabriel and Calafiori, very solid, he'll be having his medical soon and joining the rest of the team in their Pre-Season tour in U.S. Another area I think Arsenal should strengthen is the attacking line, they can't fully depend on Gabriel Jesus the whole season and I read in a news that they're willing to let go of Steven Nketiah if they recieve the right offer for him, which means that they could be in the market for a replacement if Nketiah leaves but I think whether or not he leaves they need to strengthen that position due to Gabriel Jesus's injury issues.

Well, I really agree with this because what Arteta has to do now is just need to prepare the existing squad so that it is better prepared for the coming season. The quality of the players and the strategies used by Arteta last season were actually very good. Even Arsenal exceeded my expectations of them. Especially when we saw that they were able to win several matches against Man City last season. I always immediately appreciate what Arteta has done at Arsenal. And I think even though Arsenal didn't hunt for many players this season, this squad actually has what it needs for next season. So what needs to be done is to improve the mentality of the players so they are better prepared for matches in big competitions like the UCL.

And if we talk about Arsenal's second tier players, their quality is not as good as Man City's. And yes, it could be a bad thing if the main squad player gets injured because the second tier players might not be able to replace him optimally.

In last few days there were serious rumours about the future of the Kevin De Bruyne but now all this ended because Pepe Guardiola and Manchester City management announces they are not talking about any possible transfer of their main midfielder in this season as he is going to complete his contract which is until end of the 2025. Currently as situation is going we are having nothing clear about the possible replacement of this player because most chances Pepe Guardiola will be also not extend his contract as now he is looking for the International job which is going to be another experience for this great coach.

But after the end of the 2025 we are going to have few changes into this club which is going to have big impact on their performance and control in Premier League as well because new coach and new player are going to have their impact this will be good time for few other clubs which are going good changes in this summer for the future.

Benzema will not leave and this actually makes Al-Ittihad's attack line much more dangerous. Moussa Diaby is not a striker and he plays as AMF or RWF and I think his arrival will give Al-Ittihad more attack variety. He was very fast and agile so Al-Ittihad really wanted him and managed to get him.

Benzema's bad relationship with Al-Ittihad has been resolved with the presence of his new coach Laurent Blanc who is also French so there will be no more conflict between players and coaches. Moussa Diaby has indeed failed because if he is able to make a good contribution then Aston Villa will keep him and with this we already know that his performance has decreased quite a bit since he was brought in from Leverkusen.
